The greatest place to take care your car. Let's start saying that since I walked in just to get some info. Omar and the crew treating with the highest level of respect and professionalism. No BS. Straight to the point. Always letting me know the best quality to choose for my car care. Flexible in appointments and on time. I own a tesla Model 3 , I got done ppf and tint , including my tails lights. Definitely best place for my car. 200% percent recommended. Pila de dominican live for you guys.

I'm up here from Florida for the winter and after recent weather I decided to get my car detailed. Found this place on Google maps with good rating and made an appointment for 9 today. Came in and car was taken on time. Opted for Laguna Seca package which should have been $80, and when I came in one of the workers asked if I was confirmed for interior and exterior wash. I said yes and went on errands for about an hour. Came back and car was getting finished. Workers looked like they were doing a nice job. Accepted the car and noticed that my total payment came out to be $111.97, nowhere near $80. I didn't say anything as I'm not picky about money but I don't know why I was charged more. After leaving the shop I inspected the car in the sun. Overall, I would say that they did a great job, and was happy to see that even door jambs and the pillars behind the doors were relatively clean. However, some small spots (from bird droppings) were left uncleaned, some water was not dried off, and some water spots were left untreated (not buffed properly). My guess is if you are a regular customer you would get fantastic service, but this would be my first and last time visiting this detail shop. I will go elsewhere for the rest of my stay. Thanks.

10/10 would recommend this place. I took my car here for ceramic coating and tinting and they an amazing job. Process took two days but they always updated me on their progress and when I went to go pick up my vehicles it looked immaculate. I m definitely recommending all my friends for their services.

I highly recommend this fantastic establishment. Richard is the Avatar ! Omar is down to earth. Sanjay is Papa Smurf of auto detailing and an honest person. All of the staff are hard workers. Been going here for a few years now. Always great results. I came in on a Monday (it wasn't too busy). I purchased the laguna Seca package. Steve was duty at the time. I also asked if he could do an engine bay detail and he said absolutely. He advised me it would be an hour and some change to perform the werk. I ran some errands in the mean time and came back and the car looked amazing. Great job and great staff taking care of your car.

These guys know how to detail a car!I have a light interior and they were able to get all the stains left by the previous owner of my car.Prices are reasonable and the staff is professional. Thank you

The best, of the best! Your car is treated like royalty from the start. I always get the Limerock, package. It s basically (anything but basic) an outside wash with all the bells and whistles you d need and a greatly done interior cleaning including your mats. My first time there made an appointment, but they were a bit backed up. I wasn t super upset, I understood but the manager made sure to apologize and even gave me a great deal. Moving on. This is where I was impressed. The attention to detail that went into cleaning my rims was amazing, and thorough! Every other aspect of the wash was just as amazing. Every crevice was air dried and wiped down. The shine on my car was superb! I ve already recommended my friends and family here. I was here again today! These guys are the best and it s a real hand car wash! No brushes ever touch you car. Just come on down and get your car the beSt wash it s ever had!

Every time I come here the work is amazing! The quality products and attention to detail is outstanding. I spoke to Marcel and Jose and they consulted with me for everything I need from tints to paint correction and ceramic coating. The staff is super cool and wash and take care of the cars as if they are their own.

Had my car ceramic coated straight from the dealership. Steve told me all about the benefits of having the coating done. Also got ceramic tints that work perfect for the summer weather. This was my first time over here and they did an excellent job. Thanks to Mike for his excellent service on explaining everything to me so detailed. The people who helped with cleaning also has done an amazing job. I would definitely be back and would like to recommend this place to all.

Definitely the best auto salon in the area. Awesome prices, everyone is pleasant to talk to, and the quality of work is superb. They take a lot of care with each car individually so they'll take some time, and I find it best to make an appointment with them ahead of time. I will be a continuous customer.

Finally a great HAND car wash in the area! After moving in the area, I've tried a bunch of places around but was always disappointed by the lack of attention/rushed job done by other car washes that I gave up hope looking for a perfect wash. Thank God for my friend who recommended me here, finally, no need for me to clean parts of the car overlooked. Came out PERFECT, made this old girl look new again. I love Mustang Mike's attention to detail by going over the whole car before even pulling it out. Just became a customer for life!!

Water Werkz made the interior of my car brand new! Very pleased with the professional service they provided me. Car had a horrible smell and they went above and beyond to fix it. I would come here again for an interior cleaning. Also really appreciative that they took my car on short notice. There s a reason why this car wash is has such high ratings because of the quality of work they put into washing every vehicle that comes in here. I ve been coming to Waterwerkz since they ve opened up and I haven t had better service anywhere else On Long Island. If you want your car to look brand new again come here because you won t be disappointed.

I picked Water Werkz from their Google reviews and they delivered. Fantastic work on my dog hair covered interior, on time, on budget. The buyer of my car barely looked at it, it looked *that* good.

I've been to Water Werks twice.Each time for an engine bay and undercarriage cleaning. Both times they did an amazing job. The guys were knowledgeable, communicated well, and reasonably priced. Omar hooked me up with a PPF wrap, ceramic coating and paint correction. Car is a couple years old and it looks like it just came of the dealer floor. Transparent with the pricing and most importantly, nice and easy people to deal with. Overall experience was a 10/10. Will absolutely bring my other vehicles in the future.

Had my car fully detailed there yesterday and honestly for the amount they charge, I could have done it myself. Dropped my car off early afternoon and when we went to pickup in the early evening the car looked like it was never cleaned. Wheels were dirty, trunk looked like it was never vacuumed or wiped down, windows were not not cleaned and had water stains still on them, interior still had some dirt and door jams were never cleaned. My husband spoke to someone and they were nice enough to go over the car again but had to wait 30 minutes with my toddler and the car still looks dirty. Unless you have a high end car, the staff will not care which is such a shame (noticed a Mercedes getting detailed while I was picking up and 3 staff members were meticulously cleaning the clients trunk). Marcel and his entire team did an amazing job detailing my car. What was even better is that they were able to coordinate having my tires replaced, rims repaired and having some small dents removed while my car was in their shop. Great communication, great service and I'm still amazed at how they were able to thoroughly clean my leather seats. I have to say in my 43 years of owning multiple vehicles this team is well beyond just a detail shop, iv had multiple vehicles worked on and the work that's put into it is exactly like they are working on there own cars. Your not just a customer to them it's a extended family .. Got my brand new Toyota Rav4 in for a car wash with no clue what kind of package to get. Showroom quality detailing on your vehicle!!At first I thought it would be your standard nice car wash and cleaning. I thought it would be impossible to get the interior of my car back to the original condition it was in. When I picked up my car it looked better than the day I drove it out the dealership!! The interior look as if it was showroom ready and the outside was outstanding!! I would recommend Water Werkz to everyone. Jose was extremely professional, was very clear communicating what type of work was going to get done, and walked me through everything that was done with the detailing in the end. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!! These guys are it!!!

I brought my truck here to get ceramic coated. My truck was absolutely filthy, it s been months since i got it washed and they gave me a great price on the coating. I made an appointment and dropped the truck off and before i left they were already working on it. When i went back to get it a couple days later, it looked like a brand new truck.
