The best! They are so accommodating, kind and honest. I trust that they are doing right by me and my car. I feel like it s really difficult, especially as a female, to find a trustworthy Auto shop, and I m really happy to have found them. I ve brought my car here now to have my engine light checked, oil change and inspection. Won t be going anywhere else.

I have been a resident of Valley Stream for over 25+ years. When I moved here I needed to find a trustworthy auto mechanic since going back to Queens was out of the question. A friend recommended Kips auto service. Kip is like family. He repairs only what needs to be repaired. He won t try to up sell you on stuff you don t need. I trust him with my Corvette and my family cars. From major repairs to state inspections, Kips is the place I would recommend.

I have a degree in Automotive technology, I worked as a mechanic, had my state inspectors license and this is the best shop I have ever used. They are an honest, experienced, professional shop that provides only the highest quality work every time. Prices are fair and reasonable, no surprises, ever. I trust them completely.

Great repair shop. Local spot. Family friendly. Honest repairs reasonably priced. Pretty busy some days. Just pull up in the driveway and they will take it from there. Open Saturdays.

The best auto shop on Long Island. Honest, fully competent, and very fairly priced! I am in mid Suffolk county and will take the train back and forth if I can't get a ride. One of the most honest fair knowledgeable.Has been fixing my car for years if I don't do it myself and I am a qualified auto mechanic. Recently repaired the air conditioner in my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Had to remove and replace the complete dashboard the job's done quickly reasonably priced and perfectly. My wife said it is the best money we've spent in years. I am so totally impressed I think it's even better than when the call was New.

A very reputable and honest mechanic. Kips makes sure that your vehicle receives the care it needs and not extra stuff to charge you more. Thet have been in business for a very long time and will continue to be, so you can return here for years to come for all of your automotive needs. Kip doesnt let you leave without you knowing that the parts are reliable and the service was completed with due diligence.

This company does not even deserve one star. They were extremely unprofessional. I had called them on Monday telling them my car wasn t starting and they told me they would be able to come out to me between 9 and 10 Tuesday morning. I had to call them Tuesday because I hadn t heard from them by almost 10 and they told me they would be able to come to my car by 1 then they just kept pushing the time back. I had other things I had to do so by almost 5pm I told them that I needed to reschedule to Wednesday and they said they would be out to me by noon on Wednesday. And of course I just kept getting excuses from them all day on Wednesday and they never came out to my car. I would not rely on this company to help you with your car at all. They really only spoke to me through text and the only time we spoke on the phone was if I called them. And I was having to reach out to them constantly to get any updates on when they were going to come out and help me.

This is the best automotive shop on long island. I have been going to Kip's for my entire life driving (12 years). I've always had the absolute best service. I very highly recommend this shop!

Been there a few times, Mr Kip doesn't make you change things you don't need. He puts in good parts so you don't have to go back and have it done again. The price is very reasonable.
