Let me start out by saying that this place is amazing. Rick the owner is a wonderful guy n has an amazing staff. They are all very professional. Rick is extremely honest n with that being said, his shop is super busy. Bt I would prefer to call n b fit in n have excellent work at an honest price, then to go elsewhere. He recently hired a front desk manager. Mike. He is also very good at getting cars in n out n very helpful. All of his mechanics are pleasant n respectful n hardworking n knowledgeable. Recently, my battery died n I live a few miles from the shop. They sent two guys over to my house , which went above n beyond, to jump my car n took it to the shop for me. My hubby was away n I needed my car. They are really wonderful. I m so happy I found Rick s shop.

I had a problem with a bad tire. They had me leave my car with no appointment. Serviced my problem in a timely and efficient manner. Pricing was reasonable.

I agree exactly w Victorio review same exact thing with a simple oil change seems to not want to service my vehicle when Ricky was there never an issue. Go to Maurizio shop in Franklin Square used be KK shop also. Excellent service friendly. Some reason seems like either too busy has no workers not my fault. Its shame maybe Jerry needs to step in.

I been going here for years, great service until recently. About a year ago a new representative /employee/owner/ unsure/ sits by the front desk when you come in. Prior to that, the owner named Ricky was there, a real problem solver and professional, but now, this new representative, when you come in always has excuses for not being able to service your car, ie, Im too busy, its crowded, I don't know when you can leave it, leave it but I don't know when I can get to it, definitely not a problem solver type, etc. He always appears stressed and overwhelmed. It doesn't matter what you're there for, it could be as simple as an oil change, and he's "huffing and puffing " wait not now, hold on come later". When Ricky was there it was boom, boom all done. Its happened to men several times recently, almost have to beg for an oil change, I'm done with this place.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Oil change

Love this place. One of the few places I trust to bring my car, knowing they aren t going to give me an attitude or overcharge me. Thanks for being great guys!

After a few awful expensive experiences with conniving and manipulative AND inexperienced mechanics, I finally found Ricky at K & K Auto and Tire Center on Hendrickson in Lynbrook. I couldn t possibly speak more highly about a mechanic let alone a person. Anytime I have any problems or issues with any of my vehicles (Audi, Chevrolet), without hesitation we go straight to K&K. I have been using them for many years and trust them whole heartedly with working on the vehicles that transport me and my family (the most important people in the world to me). I mentioned K & K to my mother and sister and they too bring their vehicles (Subaru and Hyundai), also for many years. He has never come across an issue that he hasn t been able to fix and has always been able to fix the problem and not have to guess at what the issue might ve been. Thank you Ricky and the entire (long term) staff of well trained mechanics for protecting my entire family by never cutting corners and taking pride in your work. I always feel safe and it s nice to know that I haven t just been ripped off. The price is always fair and I have never felt funny or with hesitation when recommending K & K. I highly recommend them. One recommendation though, obviously they can handle emergency type of situations however, if you can call ahead and make an appointment, that is always appreciated. Michael is very Professional. I needed a sensor for my car and he was able to get it for me the next day he also had a tire for me he went to personally pick it up and had it installs for me the following day. The brake pedal on my daughter's used car was riding low. The used car dealer at ACA Auto Sales sent us to K&K Auto.Ricky, the owner, took the car for a test drive, diagnosed the problem and let us know the car would be ready later that day. As promised the problem was corrected the same day. The dealer picked up the cost and my daughter is happy. Well done everyone.

Had a flat I needed fixed I went to Goodyear and was told because they were shortstaffed I would have to wait 1 hour, way to long a wait! Drove to K& K and they fixed my flat in 15 minutes, great service.

Good service from knowledgable mechanic. Very fair prices. Have always been satisfied with all repairs they did - - the 1st time without having to go back. Ask for Rick, the Mgr.

Mike has always gone out of his way to get me in fast and does very efficient work. He's reliable, honest, and tells you how it is. I go to him any time I have an issue.

We have used K & K a few times now, for my wife's Hyundai Elantra. THe work has always been done well, and the price has always been reasonable. Very accommodating as well. They close earlier than I can get there, but they have always waited so we could pick up our car. A++ I would definitely recommend K & K. A great neighborhood business. .

You will only receive #1 caring customer service at K & K Auto & Tire. K & K is the place to go to for all your car needs. Mike & Tim the keys to wonderful customer service. They are always honest, dependable and the will only recommend the service that that your car needs to make it preform as efficiently as possible. They are very respectful and can be trusted implicity. The garage is well organized and clean with a very competant, friendly staff and charge reasonable prices for quality repairs. Mike & Tim have taken excellent care of my cars for over 25 years. I live in Bellmore and would not to to any other place for my car needs. It's not how far you travel that counts but what you find when you get there.K & K Auto & Tire is Rockville Centre's hidden treasure.Bravo... I normally work on my own vehicles but when the work is above my scope or I just dont have the time, I'll bring it here. They are honest and prices are reasonable l. I wont trust anyone else!!
