Had my previous dealer installed Katzkin leather upgraded to a two tone Katzkin interior. Brian and his crew at GLM knocked it out of the park. I was very undecided on my color choice and they patiently worked with me to decide. I wouldn't trust Great White with anyone. Thanks again guys

This place does not get enough credit. They are hands down the best service shop for your vehicle. I've been to numerous shops for vehicle upgrades and I have never received such proper customer service, care, and at an unbeatable price. They recently did my Katzkins interior upholstery for both my front and back seats and they came out phenomenal. Brian was extremely helpful, and I apologize but I don't remember the females name at the front; Nonetheless she was as helpful as can be. They do not rip you off, they treat you like a human, and respect is a two way street that they recognize instantly before you even walk through the door. I have included some images of the upholstery they did, incredible work. I am returning next week for more work, I will definitely update with more pictures and I'm sure another fantastic review.Services: Custom upholstery design, Upholstery installation

Had my Katzkin leather seats installed here and had a great experience. The owners and staff are really friendly and nice. My leather seats were installed within a short period of time and they look phenomenal. I can t recommend GLM highly enough. I bought a new car, and given the inventory problems, I bought one without leather seats because that was what was available. The Toyota dealership let me know that they have a provider that can swap out the cloth seats for leather ones and they would like just like it came out of the factory. I was skeptical, but with a two year old, I really had no choice -- I needed seats that could be easily cleaned.GLM is absolutely amazing. Super friendly, prompt and amazing service. The best part -- they look just like they came from the factory. It's amazing.They're the real deal, soi don't hesitate to try them.

Visited GLM Security & Sound on Monday 10/3/22. Brian and his team, are outstanding and extremely welcoming. You don't have the feeling of dealing with a large corporation. They make it all about you and treat you like family. They ensure your vehicle gets the best of the best, and the job gets done RIGHT! Please ask for the heating seats! It's worth it, for those winter days or if you just struggling with back pain. The installation of it looks like it came with the vehicle, but that's what Brian and his team do they focus on all the small details to bring the vehicle together!Thank you! Amazing experience at GLM getting Katzkin installed, would definitely recommend. Brian and Lisa are some of the friendliest people I have met while modding my 2013 Camaro. There s always a voice in the back of your head that this could all be an act and being friendly is a sales tactic at the end of the day, but damn did this place make me forget that. Amazing service, extremely knowledgable, and gave me a great price for addons ($300 to install leather in my door panels and storage compartment)

I knew I was in good hands with Brian and his team to work on my first time ever leather seats.When I purchased from Katzkins, I did my research and being that I work in Long Island, I wanted my seats to be done at this exact location. They referred me to New Jersey but from all the reviews I ve seen I knew I picked the right choice.When I met brain, he was pulling out all previous Katzkins boxes, at that point in my head this guy knows what he s doing, this is definitely not new to them Brain from the start was very friendly, VERY knowledgeable and funny lolNOT ONLY that he and his team did an AWESOME JOB TO MY SEATS, he was also very GENEROUS when I ask him can he modify the colors to my armrest. He went to the back, then approached me and said it can work.I WAS SO HAPPY WHEN I SAW THE RESULTS, I mean LOOK AT THE PHOTOS. !ANDDDDDD HIS TEAM DID MY WINDOW VISORS! I HONESTLY AM SO THANKFUL FOR THE WORK HE AND HIS TEAM DID.They notified me when my car was done, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED WITH THE WORK!THANK YOU THANK YOU BRAIN AND THE TEAM. I went into GLM today because my alarm & my lights was malfunction. The technician was amazing he took his time and diagnosed the problem. On August 5, 2019 I visited this business to get a high-tech dash cam, a back-up camera, and the Red Alert rear-end crash deterrent system professionally installed in my car. All the work was completed in less than 3 hours. The place was very clean and comfortable, and provided me with Wi-Fi access so that I could work on my laptop as I waited. This business did not try to sell me anything that I didn't need, and everything was clearly explained to me. The owner showed me how to view my dash cam videos on my smart phone, and explained to me how all the features work. I wish I had known about this place many years ago.On August 14, 2019 this business modified the Thinkware dash cam in my newer car to continue recording even after I turn the car off. The BlackVue dash cam that they installed in my older car also has this functionality.On August 20, 2019 my wife returned to this business with my older car to install a larger capacity internal memory card and a tamper proof case for my dash cam, a backup sensor system, and a GPS tracking system. All the work was completed in under 3 hours. Now my dash cam should be able to store a lot more footage internally, and I don't have to worry about someone messing around with it. The backup sensor system should easily pay for itself if one parking lot incident is avoided. The GPS tracking system provides an obvious security benefit in preventing vehicle theft, in addition to serving the safety function of allowing first responders to locate the vehicle quickly and render emergency medical assistance, if necessary.I now feel a lot less anxiety than I used to after experiencing numerous frightening incidents involving cars. I would refer anyone to this business to protect themselves and their families against threats of many sorts, with competitive pricing and service that goes above and beyond.I was advised by Black Box My Car, the largest dash cam retailer in North America, that this business is one of the dash cam installers in the New York area that they recommend to their customers.On June 9, 2022 my wife returned to this business to replace the dash cam in my newer car with a Thinkware U1000 dash cam, the ultimate protection against hit and runs. They did an excellent job with the installation.On August 4, 2022 my Thinkware U1000 captured excellent footage of a serious accident involving an ambulance and an SUV. The ambulance was hit broadside and nearly flipped over from the force of the impact. I submitted my footage to BlackBoxMyCar and won a $20 gift card in a social media contest!On September 15, 2023 I returned to this business to get a new BlackVue dash cam installed in my older car. Even though the installation took more than an hour, they charged me only $90 for the service, since that was the original cost estimate. This is the type of outstanding customer service and impeccable integrity that I have come to expect from GLM Security and Sound.

I came here because blackboxmycar.com referred me to them to install my new front & rear dash cam. Exceptional service here, professional job, and very kind and patient with you. I forgot who the name of the guy that served me he was great but I m sure whoever you ll get here is great. They also took their time after installation to teach me how to use the app and set everything to my preferences!

I just visited this business today to install a Red Alert safety system in my husband's 2016 Subaru Legacy. Every employee was very friendly and professional. The place felt very modern and made me feel good to walk in there. One employee even showed me how to view the dash cam videos from my Thinkware F770 dash cam on my smart phone. Overall wonderful experience! Highly recommended for anyone who is conscious about safety and security.

I would recommend this business to anyone. I drove 1 1/2 hours to have my upholstery done. Brian and his staff are nothing short of amazing. My car came out absolutely beautiful. I am a 100% satisfied customer.

I have always wanted to have leather seats in my car and THANK YOU VERY MUCH, GLM!!! for making my wish fulfilled. Brian T. was a very passionate, down to earth gentleman who took time to explain all the details about the installation process, what to expect and the post-installation care for my new 2016 ford fusion SE leather interior. A big thanks to Katzkin for their quality and craftsmanship that feels better than the factory leather. The staff at GLM has done a wonderful job after which I can highly recommend any New Yorkers to have Katzkin leather interior installed by highly experienced professionals @GLM Security and Sound.

Such a wonderful experience! Brian and GLM installed a rear Dashcam into my Toyota RAV4. It was a perfect job. Brian was courteous and professional and answered all of my questions. It was worth the trip from Flushing to Lynbrook! Highly recommended!
