Went today first time early in morning around 8. . Wasn t busy yet . . Was in and out in less than an hour. . . Very happy. . Will always go here for my Explorer and Mach E from now on. Great guys!

My experience at the Crown Ford Service Department was excellent. I highly recommend them for all your auto service needs. Their communication throughout the repair process was timely and appreciated.

The people running this place are totally inept. Have absolutely wasted my time on more than one occasion because of poor communication and indifference. Don t have someone schedule an appointment for a specific service only to tell them 2 days later when you come to pick up the car that they couldn t complete the work because they don t have the parts. Why would you schedule me to come in the first place? Another time I gave them very clear details on an issue I was having in the car, only to have them tell me once I came to pick it up that they couldn t find what I was describing. How about calling me first so I can direct you instead of claiming we checked when I come to pick it up? I had to take them to the car and show them and describe it again. Of course I then needed to schedule another appointment to have them fix it now that they couldn t deny it was there. Will never go back to this place.

I visited Crown Ford Inc. Service to take care of the recall I received. I was met by Douglas he was nice and knowledgeable, took care of the paperwork had the car taken in had it serviced in a very reasonable time. It was a very nice experience.At Crown Ford all the personnel are very niceand knowledgeable.

Friend of mine took his car in for transmission repair under warranty, and they lied about his mileage when filing the claim so that it would be denied. He only found out when he got in touch with corporate. Then they tried selling him extended warranty for another few thousand dollars.

Took my Explorer to them to check out ac/ heat problem. Took them 2 days just to figure out it s the blower motor and to tell me it s not covered under extended warranty. Then upon picking up my truck they lost the key and I had to wait for 2 hrs for them to program me a new key.

This is the second time I have brought my Ford EcoSport in for service at Crown Ford in Long Island, NY. Each time I was satisfied with the service I received and the professionalism of the staff. I will use them again, the next time my car needs service.

Excellent service as usual. Never more than 75 minutes in & out but techs can be neglectful if not careful & still have a small issue unresolved.

I went in for recall work on a new 2020 Ford Escape. They had me in and out in about an hour. Very friendly and knowledgeable service advisers. I will go there again even though I got my vehicle from a different dealership.
