I highly recommend CARSTAR Celebrity Chase Collision for its exceptional service. Not only did they do an excellent job on my car, but they also went the extra mile by arranging a rental car for me. I was impressed by how quickly they completed the repairs, and their staff was very friendly and personable. Furthermore, they kept me in constant communication throughout the entire process. Overall, I had a fantastic experience with them and would definitely use their services again.

I went off of good reviews but should have went off the bad ones instead. It started off a bit off because when they received my car I did not receive a call. I called them to see if they had my car. I was not aware of what the next steps or told what the next steps would be or what was wrong with my car. Now no more days for a rental. I am truly dissatisfied & disappointed. After I picked up my vehicle a new estimate was done when I drove off, very unprofessional & suspicious. Shattered glass was left in my window from the accident, gaps, huge gap between my light and front bumper. I was called to fix the car after voicing I was not happy with the the services I received. I will be without a car or have to take work off to fix something that should have been done with dignity and care the first time.Service: Body & Trim

Wait was a little longer than I expected, however it was worth it! Excellent job guys. You did not just repair my vehicle but super clean it as well! Was a wow moment! Thanks you all. Celebrity treatment indeed.Ps. Jemmie was very courteous and accommodating.

Ronnie and his crew were absolutely the best body shop I ve ever dealt with. They seriously buck the reputation so many shops have. Our 2016 4Runner took a hard impact (T-bone), and Ronnie got to work immediately. He ordered major parts right away so there was minimal down time, and kept us in the loop the entire time. The car was returned a few weeks later better than new! The whole staff is so friendly and had no problem letting my car-obsessed 4yr & 7yr old check out some cool cars around the shop. They were more excited about the hot wheels Ronnie gave them than the immaculate 4Runner but that s okay!

Worst experience .. to begin they told me I d get text updates about my truck. I never received 1 text always had to call and it was always oh your car will be done this day and I d never receive a courtesy call saying Its not ready yet. To top it off when I got my truck back the rear back tail light wasn t placed correctly, Huge gaps and not aligned correctly. Has scratches between the light and car. The paint job was horrible and looks foggy. Looks like orange peel with specks like they didn t care what they were doing! Would not recommend at all ! Highly disappointed because they have such great reviews.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

People at this location were amazing from start to finish. I thought the name was cute so I decided to go there after getting into a car accident. Great work and looking to bring my other car to get a new paint job

My wife dealt with the mostly but she was very happy with the work, professionalism & accountability they demonstrated. We had to wait a little longer than usual because of parts but these days that's the new norm due production. But once they received the parts it was good to go! Highly recommend! Hurtado family! Happy Holidays!

Top quality service from Ronnie Mike and his son. Very honest guys a pleasure to deal with. They made my Challenger look better then new! If your looking for a great body shop these guys are the best in town hands down.

Truly the most awful experience. Let's start with when they told me my car would be ready it wasn't. When it was finally ready the called me at 10 minutes to closing so I had to wait until the next day. Picked up the car and you could visible see the steering wasn't straight, at this point I gave back the rental so now I do not have a car they told me tomorrow, turned into another couple of days. Let's not mention they never included it in the initial estimate and lied and told me the insurance company denied it. I called them to verify it was never part of the initial claim. When I finally got that fixed, has to bring it back, rain was coming into the car from the door, you could see light where you shouldn't. Several Trim work missing and I noticed. I kept having to call the insurance company to get them to respond to me.Service: Body & Trim

The worst experience ever after 3 times in the shop and the job wasn t completed yet they touch it up in a white car with beige paint and the dealer would charge me for it and the Buick emblem on tire was left a hole alone This guy Nick made my experience a nightmare NEVER AGAIN .

This review is long overdue. I can't say enough great things about this place. My uncle was involved in an accident last year and he dealt with weeks of unimaginable insurance issues that Nick, Mike, and Yessica were all aware of and were all on top of! Once payment was finally approved they got right on repairing the vehicle and left it looking brand new.

Great service and very personable and communicative staff. They re forthright about the work they do and they try to get your car back to you as fast as they possibly can. If you need body work, this so the place you want to go to!

I came in to get an estimate for nationwide. Two weeks later and several phone calls later, I have no estimate. Every time I call, I get some story about how they can't figure out how to upload the estimate. I think it's more because I told them I already found another shop for the repair. I would avoid at all costs, there are plenty of shops with integrity.I also sent my buddy here to get his car fixed. He had a ton of issues that required frequent revisits. Finally the car was sent to the dealer. Turns out carstar put the radiator in backwards

This bodyshop at191 Earle Ave, Lynbrook, NY 11563by far is the WORST in the state. Let me explain.. I was sent there by the insurance who's paying for the repairs to my car, the lady there gives you this speach that you are in good hands ..far from the truth, reality they are incompetent .. My car only needed the rear bumper to be fixed. They said 3 days and it took them two weeks, they claimed that they put new parts a total LIE.. they tried to give me the car halfway finished, job not complete and the color they put doesn't even match the car color or the rest of the bumper. To top it all off they gave me the car dirty not even detailed.. a total disaster.. now the insurance has to send the car to another body shop to get the repair redone done correctly..Please stay away from this place.

We ve used this company for years and they are a great company. Really great workmanship on the car, left our car looking brand new. I can t tell if they repainted the entire car or just did a great job matching the paint. They re fast, reliable and honest people. John walked me through every step and basically all I had to do was give them my car keys and they gave me back a perfect car. They even went so far as to give me the courtesy of dropping the car off at my house! Hopefully we won t need collision work done again, but if we do we will absolutely be going back to them!

Celebrity Chase did an exceptional job on my vehicle. The vehicle looked like it just rolled out of the showroom. The staff was extremely pleasant and informative during the whole process. Mike Manning and his staff at CARSTAR Celebrity Chase Collision are amazing. My son had an accident and they handled the whole process with great professionalism. I was able to get the rental car directly from them when I dropped the car off which made everything so easy. They handled the whole process with the insurance company. I had my car fixed quickly and it looks brand new. The car was returned fully vacuumed and cleaned and they even changed the oil which was due to be changed.
