Exceptional service! The team at auto glass now went above and beyond by accommodating me earlier than my scheduled appointment. Their pricing was more affordable than Safelite, and the ease of speaking directly to a live person without navigating through automated systems was a definite plus. They efficiently fixed my car's back window, ensuring a quick turnaround. I'll definitely return if I encounter any future glass-related issues.

Happy I chose this place to get my windshield done. Great location. They got my insurance company to cover the cost with no problem over the phone. Took me right away with my appointment time. Front desk girl was very nice & the technician Dionis got the windshield done within an hour. Fast & easy process thank you.

Super easy and quick! They responded to my insurance claim almost immediately and I had an appointment in just under 48hrs from my claim. Great communication with follow up on my appointment through both text and phone call. Plus a lifetime warranty for my window.

I'm still trying to wrap my head around this Auto Glass Now company, when I called Safelite to have my glass repaired. Not to say Auto Glass Now is a bad company, they did a good job, with no leaks. But I called safeties and was expecting them to do the job, but I'll accept Auto Glass Now..

Made the best decision by choosing auto glass now. They scheduled my appointment as quickly as possible and offered the lowest price compared to many other places to replace my front windshield. They replaced my glass and recalibrated my vehicle camera within an hour and a half. The staff was also professional and courteous. I highly recommend this location and would gladly choose auto glass now in the future.

I went to this location today to replacement my highlander windshield. The receptionist as well as the technician were nice, efficient and professional.The technician did a great job in putting back the registration, inspection and TLC stickers to the very same spot where I wanted to - the very same spot location where he removed it from the broken windshield he replaced. Friendly service - highly recommend this shop

I would stay away from this place. Customer care Is lacking and when confronted on their service they get offended. Typical.My glass was replaced there and because they had Calibration issues with my front camera I was left without critical safety features. I had spend countless hours between my insurance and dealerships to coordinate for payment to have my Camera System re-calibrated with the windshield they fixed. What's worse is they admitted they have problems with NEWER vehicles when it comes to calibration. So WHY did you take the job.To make matters worse when they transfered over my Inspection sticker they scuffed so bad I didn't realize it until I got a ticket!The manager is unprofessional and dresses like he's in high school. Shows up late to work and doesn't even care to answer basic questions.Terrible Glass place. Terrible Service. They mess up your car and leave it up to you to fix it and have the nerve to simply say " Oh this happens all the time".Get your act together and update your systems to do the job. And if you can't because your system is out dated then don't accept the job!

Called a different nationwide windshield replacement company first. Found out just before my appointment that it would take 3 hours and the only office was too far to get a ride to. Didn t think there were other companies, but a quick search told me about Auto Glass Now. Not only was there a closer office, but it only took 1 1/2 hours, was hundreds of dollars less expensive and the manager, Elias, was extremely helpful and understanding when I had to change the appointment twice, day of, due to family emergencies. Very friendly, professional and told me exactly how to handle the windshield to guarantee no issues. Great thing is they have a lifetime guarantee on their work so if I discover an issue with the seal, they fix it at no cost. That means a lot to me bc years ago I had to replace a windshield and months later there was a leak and that service station wouldn t do anything.I would highly recommend Auto Glass Now. If you re not close to Elias s office in Lynbrook, NY, I m sure this company will have excellent offices where you are.Pray, read God s word & do not fear

The Lynbrook location is top notch. The staff Dionis, Elias and Jana are on top of their game. The customer service I received was superb. I highly recommend them for your glass repair, you won't be disappointed.

Prompt and courteous service. NYS inspection permits now become void upon removal - would have been nice for Auto Glass to point that out rather than me have it pointed out by a neighbor !

I had a horrible experience in there. They literally threw away a part of my back glass and they didnt know anything about anything. I went 3 times in a period of 2 months and they couldnt fix the problem that they have created. I had to fight with my insurance to pay again for the job and send me to a differnet place. Stay away. And i know the will write answering please contact customer support. But i already did that and they couldnt help me at all. Just stay away

I had my windshield replaced and the entire process was both seamless and quick. Jana was incredibly helpful and responsive with me as well as my insurance company. Elias performed the replacement and his work was exceptional. Easy to make the appointment, work was done fast, and the customer service was pleasant. The window seems great so far. They even vacuumed the shattered glass out the floor and backseat. Price was not bad at all, MUCH better than Safelite, by almost $100. The waiting room was also very clean, and it was very quiet (I even fell asleep lol). I would definitely come back here again--although hopefully I won't need to! It was worth the drive out to Lynbrook, and I would recommend them to others.

I had my front passenger door glass replaced this morning and the process took under 30mins. They provided excellent service, and I am very satisfied with the quality of work that was done. The lady at the front desk is very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend.

So I have had multiple glass claims over the years and never had any issues. I decided to try auto glass now this time as they opened up closer to me than the more known shop. 3 complaints: (1) phantom office at 789 south Broadway in Hicksville. Wasted time looking for it in rainy weather. (2) had appointment for Monday but no one came until Tuesday. (3) phone receptionists could not get ahold of office on at least 3 occasions on monday. Receptionist should be located in office.The technician who finally did the job was very good and considerate.
