I recently visited Audi Lynbrook Service Department and was helped by Naomi Martinez. Naomi was efficient, kind and professional. After checking me in, a technician went for a drive with me to get an idea as to what the problem was. I utilized the shuttle service which was safe and pleasant. Naomi kept me up to date on the repairs and later sent a shuttle (car) to pick me up. My car was returned to me in the same clean conditioned as it was dropped of.A part was ordered for my car as it was not available at the time of service. Naomi kept me in the loop, she called and informed me when the part came in and scheduled an appointment for the service. Like I said, Naomi Martinez was exceptional and thumbs up for Audi Lynbrook Service Department

The service at Audi Lynbrook has always been phenomenal. The salesman, Wilson has always been attentive not only during the sales process but beyond- he calls to check in regularly. The service advisor, Erick is also phenomenal and always tries to make adjustments and accommodations as necessary.

The service team at Audi Lynbrook is very professional, detailed-oriented and welcoming! Eric was very eager to answer every question we had and he provided exceptional service, and ensured that we felt comfortable in the end. He gave us best practices and left an open door for any further questions or follow-ups needed. Safe to say, you don't always get this type of top-notch service from just anywhere, so we're really delighted when visiting Audi Lynbrook!

I just went in for my first service appointment at Audi Lynbrook. When I had purchased my Audi Q8 my sales person Brandon set my appointment a year in advance. My service advisor Naomi was helpful and took great care of me. Naomi was able to get me in and out in a timely manner and the service department here is phenomenal when it comes to making customers more than satisfied. When I was picking up my Q8 the service manager Andrew stepped out of his office and introduced himself and asked if the experience here was good which it most definitely was. Great job Audi Lynbrook and keep up the great work.

Audi Lynbrook was amazing! Service .. Celeste was so helpful being my first visit. Keep in mind I purchased the car in CT. So coming to a new dealer was an amazing experience.And Sales, Brandon McDonald, finally has made me a key user and not a guest user in my own vehicle. Ty Audi Lynbrook.

My first time servicing my Audi at this dealership. I was greeted by Melissa at the front desk and she said that a service advisor will come to assist me in a few. Then Melissa introduced me to Naomi and I was happy with the service that was performed. I had some issues with my Audi connect so Naomi introduced me to the sales person Brandon and he was a great help. Thank you Audi Lynbrook

Although I did not have a service appointment, it was a pleasure servicing my car here today at Audi Lynbrook. I did not have to wait long and I was in and out. Jewel was able to make sure I spent minimal time spent at the dealership I left happy. While I was waiting for my oil change my sales person Brandon checked in on my vehicle and brought my car once it was done. I am very with happy with this dealership.

Great experience I had servicing my Audi A6 at Audi Lynbrook. The service manager Andrew greeted me once I drove in and directed me to one the service advisor Eric. Eric was able to assist me with my service appointment and said I can ask for Brandon in sales to get an appraisal to upgrade my 2018 A6 to a new one. I was very happy with everything at Audi Lynbrook and I highly recommend coming to this dealership for sales and service !

I have been a Audi customer for a long time and the tipe of service provide of Audi lynbrook is impecable , my sales person was Wilson Sanchez and everytime i have a quetion i call him and get back to me right away. I called him Last night about to bring my car , he was waiting for me at the service department and introduce me to jewel the service adviser. I told them my situation and the general Saheed came in to make sure thati was taking care of . Thank you Wilson and Saheed and jewell you have a customer for life .

Purchased a 2018 Audi A6 a from Wilson S�nchez. I reached out to him because he always help me with service appointments . He made the appointment for me and let Naomi know I was coming today. While waiting Naomi updated me as much as she could before the car was ready. I was amazed at the attention I was given. The service manager Andrew was the one who gave my car back to make sure that the service provide were my satisfactory , thanks Wilson for always helping me when i need it , I recommended Wilson Sanchez and the service department at Audi Lynbrook

Great experience from Naomi in service. This is my first time at Audi Lynbrook and I will 100% be returning. I was informed of the progress of my car through each step. I sat in the waiting area while my car was being serviced and felt super comfortable. I started to browse around the showroom and met Asia. She asked if I was being helped and answered the few questions I had on the new models. I m not ready to upgrade right now but will be one day! Thank you ladies for your attentiveness.

I have been going to Audi lynbrook service for a while now. I frequently go for my service checkups and maintenance, Wilson Sanchez in particular helps me set up my appointments and let s me know everything that is necessary for my Audi Q8 in advance, the work ethic of Wilson really makes me feel comfortable and secure before my service visits. I 100% recommend Wilson!

We went to Audi Lynbrook for some questions about mom's new car, Audi Q3, and of course we were greeted promptly and professionally by the staff. Asia Johnson was the sales rep that sold us the car, and was willing and able to help us that day as well. She assisted us with all our concerns. Asia is very knowledgeable about the car features and walked us through it step by step, explaining again the control panel, and vehicle controls. We are very satisfied that we went with Audi to purchase Mom's new vehicle, because Asia, makes it a personal and positive experience each time. She informed us that we can call back, if we have more questions and we know she will be following up with a courtesy call to check in. Just like last time. Love this dealership!!! They care about their customers, and it shows.

Purchased my 2022 Q7 and it was time for my service appointment. I called Henry my salesperson and he was able to make an appointment for me, when i purchased he told me at 10k miles or a year to come in. I was very pleased with my experience purchasing my car and after having my service done i can now say that Audi Lynbrook is firing on all cylinders! Henry told me that the person i would be seeing on my service appointment would be Eric and he was very good. Eric updated me while i sat at the dealership: very friendly and kind.

Today Brandon McDonald was able to assist me with setting up my Audi connect so I can be able to access my new Audi S4 from my cellular device. I appreciate the time he took today to go over the app and help me update a few things. Brandon also was able to walk me to the service department and introduce me to the service advisor Naomi and the service manager Andrew Wigfall who was very kind. Naomi was able help me and she said if I need any assistance with making an appointment don t hesitate to the service manager our her. Thank you Audi Lynbrook !

Brandon is very very nice but his 2 times every other day, or sometimes everyday phone calls are a bit extreme and excessive if you ask me. If you walk into a dealership to look at a car doesn't give the salesperson the right to constantly harass you by excessively calling you. At which point does a salesperson realize that the person is no longer interested and to move on? This has been going on for almost a month now and very annoying.

A year ago I had the pleasure of purchasing a car at this dealership, and the experience exceeded my expectations. Recently it was time for the oil change, I contacted Wilson Sanchez who also helped me with my purchase, and he helped me schedule the appointment for it. His attention and customer service and his willingness to help are outstanding.

The experience here at Audi Lynbrook service is top tier. To be honest I never look forward on going to a car dealership but Audi Lynbrook took me by surprise ! Audi Lynbrook is great at communicating with me and they care about how my time is spent waiting for my vehicle to be serviced. Brandon McDonald in particular stood out to me the most and wanted to make sure I was being taken care of. When I am back for my next service appointment I will love to work with Jewel again. But as far as buying my next Audi I will ask for Brandon McDonald.

Purchased my car last year and today my service vehicle light turned on. I called my salesperson Henry who then directed me to the service rep Naomi. Together they got me an appointment and i came in and serviced. Very efficient process and very smooth. Purchased my car almost 6 months ago with Henry Paulino and it is now time for my 10k miles service oil change. Henry instructed me that when it was time to reach out and he would handle everything. This was exactly what he did, he scheduled my appointment and told me who to meet on the day of my service. My service rep was Eric and he was really great. Overall very happy with my experience at Audi Lynbrook.

I cant say not more about the excellent service that this dealership provides me , I bought a 2019 A6 from WIlson Sanchez , every time I need something from services he make the appt for me , he put me in contact with Andrew the services manager and Wilson always are there when I got there to make sure that my service is done really quick . thanks Wilson for always be there for me and Andrew for the service provided .
