Poor customer service at the parts department. Bought front brakes for my audi rs5 online. When I went to pick up the brakes, they requested the VIN and still gave me the wrong brakes. Went back to return it. You had 3 guys sitting at their computer as I stood their waiting for them to address the matter. I just left the incorrect brakes at the counter and walked away! I didn't bother to even discuss a refund, as I was so upset.

I needed a few parts on the car and a battery on my key fob. Wilson made sure I had everything I needed and I had nothing to worry about. The parts department had my car good and ready in a quick time frame.

Misleading advertising on their pre-owned vehicles. There is a dealership management fee of $2000 added on to the price of the car and another $600 fee. Could have been more honest and upfront about the price of the car before I drove one hour and 20 minutes to see it.

sat on hold for the parts about an amazon purchase for 15 minutes and was hung up on. person answering didnt provide name. very rude. dont buy anything from them
