Upon my arrival, Jen welcomed me to Lynbrook Audi and after a short dialogue, she immediately identified my vehicle of interest right on the showroom floor. Jen was super excited to get me inside the vehicle and show me some of its key features. She covered some key features offered on the A7, all of which I was very familiar with, due to my intense research, and was the reason for my visit from out of state to Lynbrook. However, I was very impressed with her knowledge of the A7. Initially I had no intentions of purchasing from Lynbrook, it was my plan to just see the vehicle with my own eyes prior to having my local dealership work a transfer. Jen was confident that she could work up a deal so that I could get the vehicle I wanted without leaving Lynbrook Audi, and that she did. Jen was an absolute pleasure to work with, she provided me a professional presentation of options, was super-efficient in closing the deal and not overbearing. The icing, she put a bow on it. Ronnell and Asia made my first Audi experience a 10/10. They were both knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Ronnell was patient as I was making my decision. He was extremely thorough showing me the details of the car during the test drive and again while picking up my car. I cannot thank him enough! Asia made the process of signing the financial agreements quick and easy. She made sure to explain every document carefully. I appreciate them so much for assisting me with getting my dream car!

We had an amazing experience with Wilson Sanchez and Asia. Wilson is an expert sales specialist who goes went above and beyond to assist in every way . It was a rainy day and he came with umbrellas to get us from our cars when we arrived ! An amazingly he was still able to get us a great deal ! The entire staff was friendly and courteous. So happy with my second car from Audi Lynbrook .

My Audi experience was so wonderful. I was searching for a car for my daughter and found the perfect vehicle. The sales person, Jenn, was amazing. She was patient, polite and very knowledgeable about the vehicles. I leased the car for my daughter in less than two hours. I was so impressed. My Audi experience was so amazing that I m contemplating on switching from Jeep to Audi!!!

Decided to just check Audi Lynbrook for the sake of it, and met Asia Johnson who greeted me upon walking in. She was absolutely sweet and when I had made a decision on a model of a vehicle which was an A4, we immediately went for it. From test driving the vehicle, giving us every piece of information about it and differences. Decided to check numbers on the A4 and we immediately had a deal with her after working some things out to get it to a midpoint and something we wouldn t deny. Asia Johnson was extremely professional, very caring and social. Helped me out a ton with a deal, and had me leaving the dealership happily and unexpectedly with a brand new A4. Would highly recommend her and would absolutely come back to get another Audi from her!

The experience was amazing. Brandon was my sales person and he was very helpful. Brandon took the time to go over the new features of our Q5 with my mom. I also meet the business manager Falysha who is a pleasure to be around and great at finishing up the paperwork. Had to renew our lease from our 2021 Q8 to our beautiful 2024 Q8. Of course we went back to our seasoned sales agent Coldit Thompson who is knowledgeable and thorough. Coldit, as always, made the new lease process seamless. Saheed Alabi, General Manager, was diligent and professional. The process wouldn't be complete without Finance Manager, Falysha aka "Super Woman." As soon as we sat down she said, "I remember you guys from a few couple of years ago, you had on masks but I remember you two, you had the white Q8." All this makes for the great customer service you'd expect from Audi.

There are no words to express how amazing this dealership is. From the General Manager Saheed Alabi to every salesperson there, I could not be more satisfied. Having done business with this group since 2010, I can honestly say I feel part of a family. I credit this to the tireless leadership of Mr. Alabil who will work day and night to make your experience exceptional! He is truly the hardest working person I know. I would like to especially thank Coldit Thompson for his amazing dedication to customer service. There is no task too difficult for him to perform, so long as when he's done you are completely satisfied. But it doesn't stop there. Purchasing a vehicle is only the beginning of your relationship with a dealership. Service plays a huge role in my decision. Under the management of Andrew Wigfall, making appointments and the completion of work is seamless. You are always greeted with a smile and willingness to help! Please note; when walking through the showroom, every single person welcomes you with a big "hello" and a warm smile! C'mon! Having purchased and leased cars for at least 30 years, I found it to be a huge hassle and never looked forward to it. That was until I came across this dealership. I presently drive a Q8 Prestige. From my immediate family to several friends that I've recommended, all have been pleasantly surprised! I just remind you that anybody can sell a car but to stand by their brand is what's important. Any issue I've ever had with a vehicle has always been addressed, and resolved. So to close, all I can say is that I highly recommend this group of young men and women who have earned my respect and confidence. I can assure you that you will never be unhappy! In my opinion, Audi Lynbrook is the Goldstandard in Sales and Service. As with all things in life, nothing is perfect, but how you pick up the ball, and run with it is what matters to me; and they have certainly scored a touchdown with me and anyone I've recommended to them! This is the second car we leased from Dax in the last three years. Dax is not just a car salesman; he gets to know what car is right for you and gives you the best deal he can. It is such a pleasure dealing with such a fine young man. If anything minor malfunctions with the car, Dax will respond to a phone call any time and help you as best he can. Dax wants his customers to be happy! I love my Audi 5 and I love the Audi dealership!
