Online service appointment website feature was easy and very helpful. When I arrived, they were waiting and ready and even added an additional service request to my list.Later, when most of work was done, a service tech came to get me and discussed what had been done, what was left and shortly thereafter I was on the road.The only thing that could be improved about this experience actually has nothing to do with the service department, it has more to do with no visible salespersons to discuss a new car purchase and trade-in potential. Otherwise this would have been a 10/10 score; the Service Department consistently operates at a 10/10 score!

This is the second time I went there. The first time was for oil change and vehicle diagnostic. I was expecting my first bill to be high because of diagnostic, but I was way off! It was a very reasonable priced bill!!! Very happy. Second time was for parts replacement in my vehicle and also expected my bill to be high. WRONG AGAIN!!! Reasonably priced!!! I'm definitely going to use this service department for all my future needs.

While camping in Old Forge my Service 4WD light came on in my Silverado and it was stuck in 4 high. I called the service department Friday morning and Jim was able to squeeze me into their already busy schedule at 3:30 the same day. They had my truck fixed in under an hour and I was on my way again. The technician and everyone at the dealership were super friendly and professional. A huge thank you to everyone!! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone.

Essenlohr Motors went "above and beyond" to get me out of a bind. It was Monday morning and I had an over 400 mile trip to make in the afternoon. My Silverado was overheating, and even though the dealership had a full schedule for Monday forenoon, Scott, Randy and Andy made sure the truck was repaired and ready when I needed to leave. Fantastic service!!!

Friendly customer service, willingness to not only diagnosis the problem at my appointment but mechanic had parts readily available to fix the problem the same day, no additional appointments to get issued resolved, saving a great deal of time!!!

Trust this shop entirely w my Jeep. Staff is knowledgeable and polite. Has never given incorrect information. As a woman this is very important. If I ever decide to change vehicle brands I would shop at Essenlohr

We nearly broke down near Lowville, drove back to this Chevy dealership. A wonderful young man in charge helped us ( Jeffrey Berry?) so much. He diagnosed the problem as best he could, called places to tow us and called another dealership for the car to be serviced in case it was under warranty. He was mopping the floors as we were leaving. Great young man, who is a really hard worker. He was a Godsend for us after breaking down in a town we know nothing about. Thanks!!

Everybody in your dealership that I was in direct contact with went above and beyond, excellent people could not say enough about that place honestly everybody their deserve special recognition to take care of somebody out of town and get them turned around in that kind of timeframe was awesome!!

They told me a vehicle was on hold for ME , (they sold the vehicle and decided to tell me after I had sold my personal vehicle ) leaving me no way to get anywhere to even find another, thanks Chevy, when prompted as to why I was promised a vehicle I was told it was sold to a relative of the owner, the reason being ,"it's his business and he'll do as he wants" Owners words .... MY ADVICE Take it down the road a few miles to Riverside auto , there honest and friendly I'm glad the Chevy dealer decided to burn me BEFORE I did business with them, unfortunately he doesn't own Chevy itself who I will be in contact with about there franchisee about the terrible position they put me in .
