I ordered a Y-pipe on the website , I get a email written in all caps saying I owe another 10$ . I found this extremely strange. I asked how to correct the issue an no clear path forward was provided. My order was then cancelled after I explained I thought it had been updated based on numerous emails. Overall poor customer service. Website is terrible.

Ordered a Dalton primary spring via DDRacing website and received order confirmation and processing notification the same day. Followed up 4 days later for an update or eta via the website email with no response. Called them directly on day 7 to follow up on order. The response I received from Cory was "we have to order that spring... we haven't ordered it because we've been real busy around here". In a weeks time you couldn't have found the time to move on my order? Or even informed me there would be an extended wait time? He couldn't even give me an idea of when the part would be ordered. I told Cory I would see if I could find the part elsewhere, to which his response was "That is perfectly fine by us". They are obviously too rich and busy to fulfill online orders, so I would steer clear of these guys. Not much customer service coming out of this place.

I bought an aftermarket y pipe for my 2007 arctic cat f8 from d and d about 2 years ago and I had only put about 500ish miles on the sled in that time due to a few weak winters. This year I went through the sled before this winter and noticed a lot of oil on the motor. We I went to inspect what was causing it, I noticed that the weld on the y pipe had cracked. I called d and d and told them about what had happened. They believed me and sent me a new one at no charge. Wow!I was really impressed that the guys at d and d were happy to help me with no questions asked.All I can say is, what great customer service they had. ive always had a great experience with them.Keep up the great work guys!Thank you for getting me back on the trails in just a few days.I

Left my sled there for almost a month to have work done. Never even touched it when they said a week and a half. Bad customer service on the phone. Even hung up on us. Waste of a 2 hr drive each way.. sorry for the bad review but it's well earned.

Every single person there is so polite and professional. It doesn't matter who answers the phone or who you talk to there. They are the most honest, polite and professional people to work with.
