It's understaffed, no one at the front desk to meet new customers. The layout is odd. In the beginning, they were not very communicative but that improved.On the plus side, the prices were very reasonable and we'll probably return for the next car inspection.

Stopped to get an estimate, the owner finally came to the office after 10 minutes, as I started to tell him what I needed done, he cut me off to complain about his day then go on to say he's to tiered to do anything else. The job was pretty easy but apparently they got enough money they can pick and choose what work they want. Just from the bad costumer service I definitely wouldn't recommend here

My family were on our way to watkins glen when we got a flat tire and had to pull off. So thankful we were near this shop! They were really helpful in getting us back on the road and even arranged with another shop who had the tire we needed. Thank you!!

My experience with Donovan's is always great. They take care of you as if you're extended family. Very respectful and friendly. Whether your there for an oil change or a repair. They will take great care of you and your vehicle.

Joe is genuinely the most reliable car guy we know. He gets us in when we need him and won't try to scam us. My family has been going to him for over 40 years and haven't had a single complaint. Good guy, great business.

I search for a long time for a good and reliable mechanic that I could consistently go to and thankfully I found then at Donovans. The guys that work here are great, friendly and always honest with you. I HIGHLY recommend them!!

Very nice and easy to work with, but literally every repair we've had them do in the past two years has needed to be re-repaired by someone else within two months.

The best in the area. Knowledgeable, decent prices, personable and friendly. Consistently busy but always find time to fit us in. With our 5 vehicles seems like we are always there for something!
