Customer of two years here; I usually go in for small stuff like oil changes and minor issues. Came in one other time to install lowering springs. I always came back. They were great to work with up until they recently damaged my car.On 1/7/2021, the mechanic present (Albin), incorrectly put my car onto the lift: the lift arms dug into my rocker panels, causing damage not only to the wrap but the panel itself. After seeing the damage, I came back to the shop with the hopes of resolving the issue. Although they offered to repair the damage at one of their other shops, I refused as I no longer trusted their service.I called Mr. Azad notifying him of my refusal of his offer and that I was instead going to call insurance if he refused to pay for my repair at a body shop that I trust. During the entirety of the conversation I was met with condescending and rude behavior as he repeatedly called me a "small man"/"child" and that "I should be happy" simply because he was offering to repair my car at another of his shops and getting increasingly angry every time I declined his offer. He even shockingly asked me what would happen if I broke my leg and "who would repair it". While I can chuck it up to being a poor analogy, I did not find it amusing as much as I found it as a threat.I went back again on 1/13/2021 to show the estimate I was quoted for, but nothing came from the conversation other than the strong insistence that I go to his shop. Mr. Azad continually refuses to cooperate with his customer and keeps pressuring me on his service (something that I am uncomfortable doing). Because of this I've decided to escalate the situation and contact insurance.This incident also doesn't cover the fact that I had paid for an O2 sensor defouler at the shop for $75 and Albin, the mechanic, tried to keep the purchased item after I decided to remove it off of my car.If you don't care about your car then they are your perfect business to go to. Otherwise hightail it to the numerous other auto shops that are around the neighborhood and save yourself the headache.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Horrible service, they make you wait hours without saying anything, if your not Indian or Arabic they treat you different

I am very well known in the community. Everyone treats me well but this body shop did not. I went in for an oil change and they didn t top me off fully. As I was leaving I see smoke coming out from my engine area and immediately went back and they refused the additional diagnostic.

I would have rated this shop negative 5 stars if I could. First off, they didn t have my car ready at all on the day they said it be repaired by. Not only that, because it wasn t ready, they charged me an heavy extra fee for taking up a garage spot during the week. They handled this with no professionalism, they came off hostile with condescending remarks on my knowledge of mechanics just because I wanted to dispute the charge. After I got my car back guess what happened, the next day of driving it, my brother noticed in our driveway how two of the rims were not only completely different, but they were scratched and looked used. These people literally stole my rims. I m planning on disputing it they don t know what s coming for them. Please do yourself a favor, don t waste money or time coming here; because you ll be dealing with a bunch of cowards.

This place sucks. I told the guy in the front that my engine is acting up, he told me to get out of the car so he can test it out and almost ran me over. On top of that they returned my car back to me more broken than when they recieved it. I can tell they switched my Michelin tires out for a cheaper brand. This place sucks.

The owner is nice. They give decent prices for the work usually. If you do some research on what your want they will try and meet you needs accordingly. Inspection is quick and easy. I see all kinds of cars coming in an out.

I went to this place last week and they completely scammed me. They charged me extra for a problem that they did not fix to their best ability. Would not recommend. Really disappointed.

I showed up 2 minutes before they closed and they were more than happy to see me for an inspection. My car then had issues connecting to the machine (my car s fault, not their equipment) and a guy named Mike spent 30 minutes trying to get it to work before it was finally successful. Never complained or turned me away, and were extremely professional and positive the whole time. I will definitely come back here for any sort of car work I need! Great people.

Will not recommend. Put $100 down payment towards parts. Made me wait three weeks to make an appoint for the repair because they are always busy. The third week I finally got an appointment there to get my car fixed and they said they never ordered the part. I have a busy schedule so I asked for my money back since they never ordered the part, yet they refused. Then they told me they don't remember taking my 100 dollars and no record of it either. Asked me to come back again to figure it out. Their staff says that it's my problem because I do not want to go back there again and again to get it fixed. I also found out later from another mechanic that the part they told me need fixed is not what's wrong with the car and at the same time they intentionally ripped apart another hose that was fine before I took it there. Basically, out of pocket $100 dollars and lost a lot of time. Had to go to another place for the repair anyways. These guys are hypocrites and a thief. The old man and the mechanics there do this for a living and they seem as if they have no idea about it.** I went to the shop because they have good rating on google but now I noticed all the good reviews appear to be from their friends and family as most of them have similar names. Never going back there again.Nissan Altima- Rack and pinion.

Despite the critics from previous reviews, this shop does hands down, some wonderful work! They re labor charge is indeed reasonable (below the average labor cost). This is my go-to shop whenever I am in the LIC/woodside/Astoria area, maybe even one of my main prioritized shops. Reliable service!

i went their store today . Ishak is a gentle men but I am concern about Carlos who changed my oil . He cheated with me. He did not put my own oil. Instead he tricked me and put different oil from anonter gallon. BE AWARE ABOUT HIM (CARLOS A CHEATER AND THIEF ). IF YOU GO THERE TO CHANGE THE OIL WITH YOUR OWN OIL AND FILTER THEN MUST TAKE BACK THE EMPTY GALLON (BEFORE GIVING THEM MARK IT DOWN). ITS PATHETIC.How he stole my $35 oil:1# he was talking with coworker behind the car s front side ( planning)2# brought duplicate gallon3# looking my movements suspiciously4# open the hood and cover the gallon changing scenery.5# pour duplicate oil.6# my is struggling with that oilPro advice: ask them only to change the filter with emptying old oil .Refill your own oil .

I called up inquired about oil change on My Bmw 530i They manager is awesome he got me in and out and told me what the problem was due to the check engine soon light was on , Such a great service if I m ever in the area I would definitely return to the location the hours of operation is great !Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Very nice honest guys hopefully this is my new go to mechanic. Went to another place that told me to spend $250 for something and Went here right after and he adjusted something for $0 and passed me on the inspection that was due in 3 days. Amazing guys.

They are not bad. But they can't concentrate on specific car with special care because they have too many customers comparatively their service technician. As a result, they try to fix the problems without special care. It's just a random commercial garage.

Good place for your car repair work. I've known the owner for many years. He never let me down. The only problem is there's always line here. Very good otherwise.

I just go there for a swift oil change and they do it with no hassle. Tip: if you see the shutters closed around 8 am in the morning just call them. There's usually someone inside who just hasn't opened the door yet.

The owner Mr.Azad is the real MVP. Highly recommend. The other guys who work there might not be reliable to talk so make sure if you go there find Mr Azad and talk to him for whatever you need to be done for your vehicle.
