Had a trunk malfunction, Dawn Morris our wonderful sales associate was on it! Booked us a loaner car took care of the service. The service department with Firsy Molina was also very thorough from check in that was so efficient to the service for repair which only took 24 hours. My issue was resolved and I am very happy. I recommend Silver Star Motors with great A-Z Service.

My Dream became my REALITY thanks to Mr. Richard Donosa and his amazing team at SilverStar Mercedes. Shortly after arriving at the dealership. I had the pleasure of meeting Richard. He was very kind, helpful and extremely PATIENT...I explained to him that I ve always wanted a white E450 Mercedes Coupe. He reassured me that he would do his very best to get my car and he did exactly that. From the interior to the exterior my car is BREATHTAKINGLY BEAUTIFUL it s PERFECT and I m truly thankful to have be able to conduct buisness at the SilverStar Mercedes. Thanks again Richard

First I must say, Firsy is amazing. He listens takes notes and makes sure to follow-up on every single concern that you have. Silver Star has phenomenal customer service from start to finish. They treat every customer with respect and kindness. I never feel like my concerns are too much. From the time you drop your car off for servicing, to receiving a loaner to picking it back up there process is seamless. They keep you posted with calls and texts so you re always informed with the status of your car and pricing if needed. They won t stop until they get it right. You tend to hear horror stories with women and dealerships or mechanics. I can honestly say that is not the case with Firsy and Silver Star. I am so happy I chose them as my home dealership.

Had the pleasure of working with Richard at Silver Star Motors to help my dad find his next car! He and the staff were incredible friendly & resourceful and got us into a new lease. I live in Florida, but I bought my car from here and I didn t even have to be in there physically because Sam Allam took care of me from beginning to the end. All the transactions were smooth and easy. I don t know how much I can thank to Sam Allam. He didn t treat me as a customer. He treated me literally one of his friends! I loved my car! I always drive Mercedes but this one was the best experience ever! Thank you Sam!

My experience at Silver Star Motors was perfect. I had hesitations purchasing from out of state, but my sales associate Richard Donoso was top notch. I had many questions and he promptly answered each one-even on his day off. He also sent me pictures and videos of the vehicle to further help me make the decision to purchase the car. His customer service and attentiveness to my needs made the entire buying process smooth and seamless. I would 100% recommend Richard Donoso and this dealership to anyone looking for a Mercedes.

This is the third Mercedes I had the pleasure of obtaining from Silver Star Motors for several years now. I had some issues with vehicle that needed to be addressed recently and I was pleasantly welcome by the front entrance staff and swiftly connected with my service provider Apostol. He patiently gave me his full attention, and assured me that everything would be address. His team Nash & Gus worked vigorously to make sure that I was totally satisfied with the results. They are all assets to the brand, including the reception staff, and the valet that s been there for so long . he s always so welcoming. And I must include Alex, since I ve been acquiring vehicles at Silverstar he is absolutely the best go to tech for all the info inside these amazing luxury vehicles. If you want the best service, you need to reach out to Govanni Trinidad, he is super patient and helpful. I just leased a vehicle with him, and I got everything I need from him with a fast response and detailed information. Highly recommended!!

We had an amazing experience at Silver Star Motors with our sales person, Paul Delgado. Paul was extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. My deal was done in 24 hours. I got the payment where I needed it to be and drove home in a beautiful 2024 GLA35G! Thank you Paul!Also, "BIG" thanks to Sales Manager, Daniel Rosa. It just keeps getting better at Silver Star!!!

Long story short, the service provided by my salesman Richard Donoso was immaculate. Our interests were accounted for and taken care of every step of the way. Even when we went past regular operating hours for the dealership, Richard and the rest of the staff at Silver Star recognized that we were far from home made sure to get us the car in time for New Years! At no point did we deal with any typical dealer/car shopping hassle. I will be sure to come back and recommend this dealer to all of my friends and family!

I've been a customer here for 20 years. My experiences in the past have been pretty good. Professional, but certainly congenial with the employees. My current 2022 C-class was recalled for a fuel pump. Arrangements were made for a loaner vehicle. After driving the loaner about 15 mi. It began to shake, and it turned off on the parkway. The emissions light came on. I started it back up and exited the parkway, immediately notifying the service center. They were closing, and informed me that the loan manager would contact me the next day regarding a pick up from my home, as I was afraid to drive the car back to the location. I parked the car for the evening; as it stalled once more. The next morning, my car was ready and I inquired about a delivery service, reiterating my fears of driving a loaner that malfunctioned. I was told that I, personally, must contact the loan manager. I called several times and left a detailed message on her answering service. I haven't received a call yet. (That was 2 days ago) I had to drive the car on local roads back to Silver Star, petrified, not knowing what to expect. Of course it cut off again. As I understand, I may not be a top priority, since I'm only driving my 6th C-class with Silver Star, and the quality of work ethic has changed nationally, I still have an expectation for Mercedes to live up to their full potential of high quality and decent customer care. I would have that expectation if I were a new customer as well. I am not trashing Silver Star or its employees. I've had good experiences with them years ago. This review is for a "do better" moment. As I'm sure you do,for whom you want.

Faith is very professional and courteous. The service technician was able to locate and fixed my car s issues after thorough diagnostics. They even provided me with a loaner car for few days. Overall, I had a great experience.

The best thing about having my Benz serviced at Silver Star is their constant stream of communication by texting. (Plus the outstanding service to the car itself!) The tech crew is very knowledgeable and they do masterful work. I will return here for services forever!

Silver Star Motors is the place to go. Great people to work with. Paul Delgado my new Sales Consultant which I highly recommended. He will work hard and do his best to give you the deal you re looking for aside from working closely with his Sales Manager - Matthew supports his team in every possible way, they both made it happened for me and took home my new lease and kept me as their loyal customer and will not go anywhere for this is my 3rd time leasing with them. It was a smooth transfer from my current lease to a new one, a quick process experienced with their finance director Alex. Kudos to all of you at Silver Star Motors! I had an amazing experience at silver star motors of Long Island city. This is due to the fact that the salesman was amazing. His name is Jerry Svoronos. From the minute we met him I knew he was an honest person. Honestly, I dread walking into a car dealership and I avoided it for a number of years by using a lease broker. I am not sorry I came in person to silver star. I have never met a person like Jerry. He was not your typical pushy, rude, arrogant car salesman. He was classy, respectful, and knowledgeable. I am not just saying this ... I know some reviews can be misleading but I have to say if your looking for an amazing vehicle at an amazing fee ask for Jerry..... he is top notch ... and if I had a car dealership I would promote this guy in a heartbeat. Thanks Jerry we only got the car because of your courtesy and respect. Your the best.

Great experience @ Silver Star Motors and purchased a beautiful pre owned GLA last week! Daniela was such a helpful, friendly professional who made us feel comfortable during our whole experience from purchase to pick up! Sanjeev was attentive to our needs & helped with our decision to purchase. Alex was detailed, thorough, & assisted above & beyond during the delivery process! Very disappointed experience.!I drop off mi vehicle because The Engine Light come out.! After they run and DiagnosticThey explain me the cause of the engine light came out.! To make the story short.! I paid $1600 to fix the issuesI picked up my Van yesterday and after driving for an hour the engine light came on againNow I have to lost 2 more days to drop off my Van again to the Dealer.! And for Sure they will ask me for more money to repair something different.!

The customer service provided by Firsy Molina at Silver Star Motors was extraordinary. We had a roadside emergency on a major highway. We were directed to contact Silver Star by Mercedes Benz. From the moment of our initial contact with Mr. Molina through the expedited repair to our vehicle, the experience was amazing, ranking among the greatest customer service experiences we have ever had. Mr. Molina was remarkable - a highly professional and gracious individual. He was a pleasure to work with. Mr. Molina has a unique combination of technical knowledge and compassion; he is a superb representative of Silver Star and the Mercedes brand. We had never dealt with Silver Star, but were treated as if we were long standing customers. The repair to our disabled vehicle was handled expertly and promptly at a moderate cost. We cannot say enough about the response of Silver Star in connection with this emergency. We also note the exemplary and caring service provided by Monica, who stayed on the phone with us and patiently directed us to the dealership. Monica actually came to the street to welcome us to Silver Star. We extend our deepest appreciation to the outstanding Silver Star service team.

Omg I had been to many dealerships from Honda to Kia to AudiBut when I walked In to Silver star motors, I was lost couldn t find the show room lolSam found me lol he directed me and said let me take care of you and that is what he did. He explained everything to me and worked with me to get me the numbers I wanted to pay! I will say he is now family. It didn t feel like pressure he let me think about me decision. Everyday I look at my car and can t believe it s mine. I would recommend anyone looking for the right vehicle stop in there and ask for Sam.
