I needed to repair my front bumper, fenders, and side mirror. I was referred by a co worker to go to Precision and I could have never made a better decision. They took care of my car and made it look like new. The communication was excellent, German spoke to me like a friend and they even washed my car for me at the end. They provided exceptional service and most importantly the price was very very fair! I would recommend Precision to anyone who needs body work done. I appreciate these guys so much. Great great work!

My vehicle lease was up in 60 days and had lots of damage to the front of my car and passenger side fenders. Someone had backed up and smashed my car in pretty bad while I was sleeping. I went to Precision Auto Collision 3 and met with German and Glennys. They made me feel comfortable leaving my car there and told me my car will look brand new when they finish. They kept good communication throughout the process and when my car was ready, it looked like i just left the dealership. I had my car inspected and they gave me a perfect inspection report. Now i can return my lease and not pay any fees! I will definitely recommend, these guys rock!

My car looks like it just came out of the showroom.*P for Polite: David and his team are professionals. They set the bar highfor customer service in car shops!*P for Performance: After having a horrible experience with a prior repairshop, my expectations were low. However, after this customer-centricexperience, my opinion is that not all NYC car shops are createdequal.These guys are second to none!I vouch for David and his shop and highly recommend them.

My boyfriend and I got into a car accident and my dealer had referred me to Precision, and I am so happy that I listened. German was honestly the best of the best. He was with us throughout the whole process - from dealing with the other parties insurance and into getting me a rental while they fix my car. He helped us out with everything we needed, and we couldn't be more thankful. My car feels and looks brand new. They will definitely be my go-to shop from now on, and I would 100% recommend.

I got into my first car accident ever. I was referred here by a friend of a friend. They did an amazing job on my car. My car came back to me looking like it was right off the lot again. They kept me updated with everything. The communication, service was excellent. German makes you feel comfortable and speaks to you as a friend. To top it all off the service was fast once he has your car. I highly recommend this spot to everyone. He even became my personal mechanic. I truly appreciate these guys !!!!!

I am SO pleased with the service I received from German and his team. I m new to the car world and my car had its wheels stolen a month after I bought it. Not only did he have my car picked up immediately after I called, he handled everything from the tow truck, helping me with the rental, to having my car brought back to me looking brand new again. He was very professional, welcoming and walked me through the entire process. I was referred to him by my car dealership and I couldn t be more thankful! I will definitely be letting everyone know where to go when they need their cars repaired.Service: Tires

HiI had an unnecessary car accident and thank God,David the Manager of this Auto Shop promptly helped me repair & bring back my gorgeous top car into its original shape.They are fast, very reliable & very helpful from the very beginning like calling the car insurance to create a claim, getting the work done as soon as possible. Plus they clean & polish the car before they give it back to me.They are the best & I strongly recommend these guys for any of your car problems.

My brand new 2019 Honda Accord that was parked in front of my house was hit by my neighbor when he backed out of his garage, long story short after hearing from a friend about Precision Auto Collision 3, what good work they do,I checked them out and I was very impressed at how very detailed they are. I got a tour from the owner himself German thru the process that is involved in fixing my vehicle. German thoroughly inspected my vehicle and explained what was needed to fix my vehicle, German got me genuine 2019 Honda parts from Honda manufacturer, also he kept me informed as to the status of what stage my vehicle was in, great customer service German,My vehicle looks and still has that new car smell. I am overjoyed beyond words.I am amazed at how awesome my vehicle looks . The paint job was a perfect match as well. Thank you everyone at PRECISION AUTO COLLISION 3, I am one very Happy customer. E. What a great experience I had with Precision auto collision 3 from start to finish. Every person I dealt with was helpful, friendly, and honest. The car looks amazing. The work was completed much faster than I thought it would take. No one wants to be in an accident and have to deal with all the stuff that goes along with it, but they made the process super easy. I recently had a theft with my Honda and was referred to German from Precision Auto. German did a terrific job of explaining the process and putting me at ease with the repair. He provided door to door service and my car looked perfect. Extremely please and would highly recommend to family and friends.

You only get one shot to make a good impression, and Precision Auto Collision 3, got it right on the first try. After someone damaged my car in the parking lot, I panicked as I did not know what to do. I went to several body shops and most of them were charging me a fortune. Then I was recommended to Precision Auto Collision 3, by a good friend. Everyone there was very friendly and the price quote the gave me was incredible. I decided to give them a shot and I m glad I did. I could not believe the result. My car was left like new, faster then the estimated time. I m defined coming back and recommending Precision Auto Collision 3, to anyone who is looking for an honest, quality and hardworking body shop.

I am SO thankful for precision and their team!!! Wow! Not only do they do an AMAZING perfect job but They literally treat you like FAMILY! They are so transparent about everything and let you know every little thing they re doing to your car! They give you such a peace of mind knowing your car will be taken care of. We had a car accident, dealt with another horrible body shop but precision team corrected everything in a timely manner and made my car look brand new again!!! I just had my 2016 Mazda CX-9 repaired at Precision Auto 3 and I could not have been happier. German and the entire team made sure my car was fixed in a timely manner and I received it looking brand new. I highly recommend them.

Went to this auto body shop a few days after purchasing a pre-owned certified 2017 Honda Civic from a dealership and noticed there was a dent on front passenger side and a few scratches elsewhere. These guys were great! The car looked more like a 2019 Honda when they were done! They also touched up the minor scratches on it from previous use. Friendly, personable reps. Took time to explain everything that was done and told me if I ever need to come back for touch-up, they would do it at no or minimal cost. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

This place is great! Highly recommend1. They are super friendly and welcoming to the shop, I ve been to shops where they just wanna hear what you got and throw you out.2. They take a whole look at the car and see what s wrong rather than just what you brought it for. And offer fixing those problems for no extra charge.3. The owners give you calls to update you on what s going on with your car, rather than other shops where you have to keep chasing after people to find out when your cars going to be done.This place is amazing and if you re in need for a good body shop I promise you precision is the place to go. You won t regret it

My 2018 Honda Accord was damaged badly on the entire right side and front bumper, someone recommended I go to precision auto collision 3 to get it fixed, I was set up in a rental for a couple weeks and stayed in contact with the owner German during the process, my car is now fixed and looks brand new. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs body work done to their car!!! Amazing service

Awesome place they are very professional, courteous, and they kept me abreast to everything they were doing to my vehicle. They did a beautiful job on fixing my vehicle. If any body work needs to be done to your car please check out precision auto collision.

My car was hit in the rear.....BMW X3German was extremely helpful throughout the entire process from dealing with the other insurance company, rental car and always answered his phone when I had a question or concern.Well dressed and very professional throughout the entire process.Would definitely recommend this business!!Was advised by German that they only use OEM parts....Services: Painting, Body & Trim

German and his crew did a great job on my MB GLC. Impeccable job. Had a large dent on the hood and another on the side of the car. They finished the job on time and the result was very good. Highly recommended.

Wow! Is what I can say about them and the Pacheco brothers!It feels like you are one of their brothers. I had 2 accidents where my vehicle was parked and I always come here and they treat me like V.I.P. My White Honda Accord 2018 was wrecked and Precision Auto Collisions 3 gave me back my car like if I just bought.They even washed my car and left it spotless! I recommend anyone that had an accident or any issues with their vehicle to come to them. Thank you for all you did for me.

Precision Auto Collison 3 was the best place to get my car fixed. As I shopped around they were the only ones to be honest and straight forward with me. Very professional, good work ethics, job is done on time. Most importantly what I thought would be a headache to get my car fixed ended up being a smooth process. They helped out with everything even getting a rental as soon as I dropped the car off so I didn't have to be without a car which is important with kids LOL. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and use them again if needed!!Service: Body & Trim

The best shop I ve ever used! I m mad that I didn t use them sooner, but I know for a fact that I will never go to another body shop after the amazing service from precision auto! Best auto shop in queens hands down. They are all about quality not quantity. Professionalism is through the roof. They know what they are talking about they know what they are doing and punctuality is a 10. Would recommend this auto shop to anyone. Check them out because their work is the BEST.

Very Grateful to have been referred to this place. Professional and efficient from the start of the towing process to the very end of me picking up my vehicle upon completion. My vehicle had been in a fender bender and Precision auto retuned my 2013 Dodge looking better than a 2019!I will be sure to tell anyone who asks about this place! Cinco Estrellas
