Do not expect any help from them. Before you finish your question they are shaking their head saying i don t know . To get anything done or if you have any questions, you have to email Eduardo the Master Parts Manager. Everyone else is useless. Trust me.

Eddie and Mickey are very knowledgeable about the Lexus products! Very friendly and gracious! Greatly appreciated what they did for me! I appreciated how they helped me, which they did not have to do what they did for me! I will recommend this dealership any day! My orders are delivered at fast pace. I will keep ordering from them.

I cannot believe how easy and fast the process was. My local dealer wanted a lot more for the same floor liners. Even with shipping, the cost from Lexus of Queens was still much less. I'm in NJ and received my shipment the next day. Great experience!

the site allowed for easy ordering. Shipping and delivery were extremely fast, about 2 days. The items were exactly as described and fit well into my 2015 GX 460.I would order from this site again if anything is needed

Got a great deal on parts, remember 2 things, zip code on card must be same as shipping address and you must provide vin number. This place also has the most competitive priced cars in the country.

Make sure you get there before 5 or you're out of luck, I guess?Got there around 5:20 thinking I just made it in time, asked to buy some parts and the guy told me they closed at 5. I'm guessing, the info on Google maps is wrong?

Ordered parts from here since the local dealer charges double (higher than msrp). Arrived quicker than expected and packaged well. Will do business again. The parts website can be improved and possibly add a Paypal option but otherwise was smooth.

So happy to have Googled and found these guys. Sadly, my car was clipped and my side view mirror shattered. In the vein of "you don't know what you have until it's gone", I found it extremely uncomfortable driving just locally around busy main roads without it.I sat down, did my research, found the Lexus of Queens Parts Department and found the part I needed, and while not cheap, it was about 1/4th the cost I was quoted by other entities. The part arrived in less than a week, packaged carefully, and was, as expected, a perfect fit.If the need arises again, I will definitely look to these folks first.

I went to their parts department to ask for assistance on locating a part for my Lexus. They found it in their system but refused to provide the part number unless I pay their significantly marked up price and labor to install this easy to install part. Dealers should be supporting owners, not actively trying to hinder owners from attempting self repair. They explained this is their policy, which is fine- just sleazy. I visited a different Lexus dealer and was able to get the part number without issue. Disappointing they will resort to withholding this information to make a buck.

I ordered the wrong part and they promptly sent me an email confirming with my vin attached to purchase and then canceled my order. Mr. Perez was very helpful and quickly guiding me to the right part. I appreciated the fast response.

Came in last Saturday to pick up few parts and Anthony was there. Just an awesome and helpful guy. Very straightforward, super nice .Very few people like him . Go to Puerto rico one day :)

Bought 2018 RX 350 Lexus recent. Wanted all weather floor mats. Friend told me to look at Lexus of Queens. Happy I did.A+++ service. Floor mats did not have rubber smell.I would highly recommend Lexus of Queens.

I wanted to find a windshield blade for Lexus NX 300. Searching on Google shows imcomplete information. I called the parts department, I learned the NX300h and NX300 have the same windshield blade and I was guided to order from their web site. After I placed my order, I received email at every step, confirmed order, order is shipped and order is deliveried. This place provide reliable service to Lexus owners. Thank you.
