I have a Toyota Sienna and I have to say Ali took care of me, he knows and I can put my trust in his hands for every time King Of Queens took me onto their services. I had a clean and accurate diagnosis from the mechanic Eduardo aka Chepe, great way for f explaining me with details and steps on how to get my car back running. Anuj, is a very smart manager, and he is very polite, I appreciate your teamwork and your team effort. I cannot forget to mention my boy Henny. Henny is manager and he copes with every customer and he maintains communication and commitment to his customers and his Boss Ali. King Of Queens Auto Service shop is very good business. I recommend all Uber and Lyft drivers to come a get your car service here. They replaced my alternator after one year it went bad and because of this shop I havent received any issues afterwards. Goldy is a great manager, she ordered my alternator and it came back quickly thanks to her. Ali thank you so much boss for servicing my car. The work is great. Also have good prices. I will come again.

Excellent service day or night. Quick, fast, efficient and quality repairs. No fooling around shop. Drive in & they diagnosis and fix without any upsell games. Thank you Nelson and Ali for putting my car back on the road after it sat for 3 years without ever starting. Good luck in continued business and success........ Once again, I visited King of Queens auto repair on 11/12/2018 and I received wonderful and accurate auto repair services on a challenging repair job for my car which is my lifeline for financial existence to survive in the world. The test drive around the block and diagnosis was preformed by the mechanic, Charles, as soon as I drove into the shop and he immediately went to work fixing 7 different items that the car needed to keep running on the road. For all the times I been to K.O.Q. auto, I can honestly say that this mechanic shop is the best... Well staffed with 6 to 11 mechanics at all times to get you in and out really fast, well organized work areas, nice bright lights in the work area for mechanics to see what they are doing & working on ( not a dingy place by any means) plus the place has a nice waiting room with t.v. The best part is- no matter what make, model or year your car is- King of Queens auto picks up the phone and next thing you know- the part your car needs is delivered and property installed. Whether it's a early 1990's car or a 2018 whatever, these mechanics fix anything. I been going here for over 3+ years with 5 different family members cars and i can say that this place is awesome, wonderful plus they charge a fraction of what the other neighborhood garages charge. I drive 68 miles one way from N.J. to get my car fixed by K.O.Q... ( True review from real life customer). -------- Excellent, awesome, quick and fantasticly priced describes King of Queens Auto Repair..On 12/31/2019, I had my 2009 Ford Crown Victoria with 313,000 miles towed in the shop because it had a misfire so bad that the car didn't start. In 2 hours, Ali, Nelson and Jonnie fixed the trouble plus tuned the car up. All i can say is outstanding work and perfect repair . The car purrrrrs like a kitten at idle and roars like a tiger when you press the accelerator. My goodness, these mechanics are very good.. And I must add that my 1989 Ford Ltd garage queen classic only gets worked on and serviced by King of Queens. Trust this garage to do the right thing with your automobile. If 5 stars is good, these guys deserve 25 stars for thier hardwork, effort and dedication.. 10/16/2023- Another excellent repair done by beautiful & knowledgeable mechanics . Very professional automotive technicians with super fast service and down to earth pricing to get you back on the road almost instantly. My hazard light wouldn't turn off. Went to some other place took them over an hour and couldn't find the problem. Came to this place they found the problem in no time and fixed the problem and pretty good price

Today was crazy Servais. For change wipers brushes, offers change all wipers rack...And look like the guy is more concerned with his fellow countrymen. let him offer such lucrative offers to his fellow countrymenThey don't know much about spare parts. unless you need to change the oil. You can change the oil at gas stationsThe part is called Windshield Wiper Linkage Bush. And cost about 6-10 dollars in the Ebay. With blank eyes they tried to sell me the entire wiper drive rack, which costs $200 at the best price. I'm not millionaire. And then more , you never become millionaire with this service. Because millionaire count money.And for a manager who doesn t know spare parts, it s better to first work as a foreman s assistant for a couple of years. although they may have their own rules.Just wasted time looking at the positive reviews

The best service, price is very reasonable. The owner Mr. Ali and the manager and the rest of the team are extremely professional. They had to put a lot of things in my car to figure it out the main issue. At the end they only charge me for the parts they actually have to put in my car. Thank you so much. My Infiniti g35 didn t want to start !! Took my vehicle to their shop was told the engine went bad. The owner gave me a fair price to change my engine . Car is running fine did have to take it back once because of a bad fuel injector but they fixed it and even offered me a ride home . Or far I haven t had a bad experience here and I hope in the future we can make more deals. Only thing I didn t like was that they refused to give me any paper work on the engine they swiped ..

No complaints. They were able to find out why my car wouldn t start within a few hours (damaged wiring from remote start).Charged me $85/hour for the electrical work ( 3 hours for $255) Just know that even if they worked on your car for 10 minutes, they will still charge you the full hour.Total was $380 to locate the issue, remove the remote start, fix the wiring (i m not sure if they replaced or fixed it) and reprogram the computer.It was a bit difficult to get a proper breakdown of the costs but still happy that my car was back on.

I ve used this auto repair shop twice. Both times they quoted me a good price and provided great service.My car was shaking. I needed a new ball joint. My car was making a cracking noise every time I hit the slightest bump on the road. My axle was cracked. They repaired my car quickly and efficiently. I recommend this shop.

i just entered the shop because my toyota camry horn are both broken. after 5 minutes of waiting for manager assistance, immediately the managers Goldy made an order that arrived no longer then 30m, Ali is intelligent person , that guided me through the steps of process. Thank you so much Mr.Henny D for giving me such an amazing customer service experience. you are a great person inshallah you will be good in the future.

this is the best shop for all your car needs. I've been going here for 5 years now and had 2 little accidents in that time and every time my car was better then ever. make sure you ask for Ali hes the best but if not all the guys are great and ready to help

Definitely recommend. Car was dead due to an electrical issue. Nothing was getting power. Got the car towed here and left it for a day. Diagnosed fixed and back on the road only took 3 hours. Tune a out the aftermarket remote start killed my BCM. Amazing work and very knowledgeable workers on cars and electrical system. Very reasonable pricing as well. Staff was direct, honest and answered every single question I had. Amazing experience.

I am a TLC driver and I fell into them by luck a couple of years ago. As a driver I need my vehicle as quickly as possible and they have NEVER DISSAPOINTED!!! NOT only are they time sensitive but they are fiduciary and honest a couple of issues I had where I thought it was major it was only a minor issue and they saved me hundreds and thousands of dollars. I.have used them to replace my engine, transmission and many other issues I've had. I will not even blink to think of where to take my vehicle when there is an issue. Disrespectful and Ready to fight mechanic and checked in the review to know I am not only the one guy who faced this attitude.Seems no one gives a damn..Had an issue with my tyre and since this spot was referred, had stepped in, not knowing what the hell was going on with this mechanic.He diagnosed ball joint is messed up & later after he doing something, I took a test drive & the issue persisted, shared the results with this guy & he is already taking defensively & annoyingly said that he had told me about the alignment..wait when was that?. Also had requested him to check other places, but he did not listen.The way this guy started responding erratically, as if I was taking all his time and after confronting him for the way he was responding he was about get on a physical fight with me, but the other staff member stepped in.After taking it for alignment, that guy told me that there is still more work to be done and not sure what the early mechanic did, and later I had to change more parts.Was stranded looking trustworthy mechanic to get this fixed with a broken vehicle also knowing you live in a different state was really troublesome.

I originally was referred to these wonderful people about 2-3 yrs ago when I needed my transmission fixed on my Camry. They completely rebuilt the transmission and did a great job. I ve since upgraded my vehicle to a Suburban and will continue to bring my car to them for any repairs. They re Open 24 hrs, friendly, and honest!! Highly recommend

Enrique and Gorge are two amazing mechanics. I have more then 10yr bringing my cars to them. Ali is a tremendous boss and definitley knows how to check my engine issues. Henny is a very nice manager. Talk me through the process meanwhile my car was being serviced.Goldy is a also an amazing manager, she ordered my parts and the parts came back immidietley. Thanks to King Of Queens Team my car has no more issues.
