Oscar was so helpful today! I walked to the shop to explain my situation. He walked with me to my car which was 5 blocks away, assessed and then took the car back to his shop and it was ready within an hour! Such a local gem for any car issues.

I am delighted with the body work done on my Tesla at Greenpoint Auto!! Extremely fair pricing, timely repair, and the work makes it look brand new. Cannot say enough good things and frankly I m surprised by some of the less flattering reviews. Very open and honest communication about price on my end.

Overpriced and a ripoff..I should have looked for estimates before going to this crookHe tells everyone that the ball joist on every car needs to be replaced. Only realized he was a scammer when I was waiting for something and he told 2 customers that they needed it changed. He threatens people if they don't have the money on time.

I live in the area and was visiting the local corner store (asian guy nice guy)Car battery dies went to the car guys next door only to be told $30 for a jump which I didn t have guy had the nerve to say everything has a price. Typical scammer mechanic that when some one is in need only money they see. People like this should not be in business only shadiness.Some nice guys driven a Hassan van stop and helped me( I had jumper cables)only took seriously 30 sec.

Got me. Paid $700 to replace battery cables and Tow. The cables weren't bad just the terminals. I looked up the price for those cables and realized how cheap they actually were. Oscar seemed like a nice guy the first day. But the next it was all about money. I asked him why so expensive and he said he had to replace the cables were no good. I still don't understand how $150 tow plus 2 cables for the battery came out to $700. I should have read the reviews and did my research. Battery terminals cost $10 or less. If you buy the whole cables there around $100.

I have been servicing my cars here for many years, Will and his staff are very straight forward and understanding. They go above and beyond to explain my options towards a solution for each repair I come across. On my last visit I dropped off my car in the morning for an oil change, brakes replaced and inspection performed. He gave me multiple price options to choose from and all the work was done before I got out of work. Drove home that day didn t have to take the bus. I recommend not waiting and making an appointment in advance it s worked for me for years. Great location, friendly atmosphere and reasonably priced.

Don t go there for inspection. Guy failed my car for worned brake pads and charged me 170$ just for replacing front axle brake pads however it is 85$ at anywhere else.

I went to do the ny state inspection to this auto repair shop n the first impression his was gonna tell me something wrong with the car so that he can charge me for doing nothing and when I realized he came really close to me and started yelling at me and there s Nothing wrong with me brake or tire despite of that he failed the inspectionPlz everyone report on this storeFacility number:7118483
