I wouldn t recommend it. My car wasn t really dirty, but I never expected them to pass a dirty cloth on the interior.

Had to switch up my detail spot because the last one was highly unsatisfactory. Although Formula is an extra 10 minutes away from me, it's worth it.I tried them out today based on a couple of recommendations. I got the wash/wax for $76 after tax. They washed the rubber mats in the car and the trunk. They complied with my request not to add any greasy solution to the interior. They just cleaned it nicely. It looks showroom on the inside which is what I appreciate.The exterior was also done well with a very nice shine. I will be going here again going forward with both my car's.This was a Wednesday 10:30am drop-off and they assured me the car would be ready by 1pm. I ended up arriving at 1:30 and sure enough, ready to go.I assume weekends are probably very crowded but I have the luxury of dropping the car off on a weekday and working remotely.

I'm gonna let the pictures speak for themselves. They do such a fantastic job. I booked Luis for the clay bar + wax w/ interior leather conditioning. Forgot to take pics of the inside, but he did an amazing job there as well. Makes me feel like the day I drove the car off the lot last year. Give them your money!

Sergio, what an absolutely amazing job! I brought in my decent looking car and left with show piece! Sergio took the time like I asked. He washed, detailed, polished and treated my car with CQuartz. The care you guys took even washing my car, I'll take the drive down from Bayside every time. Sergio and Ariel were absolutely easy to work with and beyond courteous. It's because I got a quote on how much it was going to cost, ballpark figure, how much work needs determined final pricing, was why I came. No one else would even give me a quote. They wanted an initial visit, then an appointment. They were closer and also highly rated. After dealing with Ariel, and then Oliver in person, this is it. My car is also a 2012 and needed a good deal of paint correction. These pics don't even do it justice. Everyone working there are the nicest people, even Stefano was very cool. Sergio and Stefano gave me tips on how to care for my car and paint treatment, and how to keep it looking amazing. What a job, thanks guys!

These guys sure know how to detail cars. Every inch of the interior and exterior is polished and the car ends up looking brand new.Whatever stuff they use stay shiny and fresh smelling for weeks. I will not let anyone else touch my car.

STAY AWAY !! Had body work done here and was not happy about it at all they could not match the original color front end looks different than rest of the vehicle sloppy work paint drip orange peel etc . Hood was not prepped for paint so now paint is chipping off easily and also some parts do not have paint check picture for example. I will definitely not go back or send anyone there for BODY WORK especially when they call you and say the paint will not match 100% . If you care about your car DO NOT TAKE IT HERE FOR BODY WORK ! MACCO can do a better job !

This place is not cheap but worth every penny. I completely forgot to take before pictures but this car was not clean at all. It had years of gunk and traces of juices spilled both on the upholstery and dashboard. I took the Interior Rejuvenation package which takes 1-2 days to do but it doesnt take them that long to clean it, its only to allow the fabric to dry up because they will shampoo the heck out of it. Very happy and would recommend this place to anyone anytime. These people took this car back to original state with an extra shine.

I had a small dent repaired on my car. The work was flawless and the car was ready on time as they promised. They even washed it inside and out! Definitely recommend this place.

Definitely worth the price! Great hand car washes, not rushed at all, they take their time to clean very thoroughly. 100% recommend this spot to get a hand car wash, job well done. Don t hesitate. Come through.

Waste of money. When I came home, I realised there were a lot of missed spots (with some dust that I wiped off, see pics). Also was told that the swirls will go away after the wax buff but they are still there.Basically I paid $91 for a lousy car wash.

Amazing work done to my car and previous car as well. Also when they wash your car to return it to you. I kid you not no one washes/details your vehicle better than these guys. Any problem they solve it. Anything you want to add or do to your car they'll get it done. Look how they left my car.

Overall would highly recommend as a trusted place to visit for your detailing/wrapping/waxing needs. Have been here years back as my first visit and on sight, Stefano(correct my spelling if it s wrong) made me felt at home. Recently, with a new vehicle after 5 years since last visit, I wanted a wrap for my car. Discussion and follow up with guide through was impressive and easy to understand. Quotation was perfect. Time to get the car wrapped was solid. Final product, they threw in a few extra detailing and event tire shined/cleaned my car. 5/5, can t thank Mr. Stefano and his team enough. This is by far the best car wash I ve been to. Not to mention that I come all the way from Long Island just to have them take care of my car. The best times to come is early mornings because it gets really busy later in the day. Don t expect to be in an out. They take their time and wash as if the car was theirs. Ask for Stefanno or Luis. They will take care of you.

It's been 3 months now since I got an engine bay wash at formula. I have a '14 dodge Durango so it's fairly new. Due to construction work near where I live, it forced some rats to live in my engine bay overnight. I called Friday noon and was told there's a wait time of 30min-1:30min. So I drove in Saturday morning instead. First thing I noticed was that every car already in there was being hand wash from carpets to wheels, bumper everything. I had previously washed my car 2 days before so I didn't get a wash done there YET! Straight to the point the guys over at formula took care of me instantly. Got rid of bad smell and made my engine bay look new! To top it off price was the best all around. Other car washes wanted 75-150$ for the job they did @ 40$. Highly recommend this place. Def going back before summer to get a full interior/exterior wash !

I've gotten a lot of work done here and they've always done an immaculate job. I had a ceramic coating put on my car as well as a paint correction. My car is 3 years-old and still looks like it's brand new.

I had the best service of handcar wash on my Volvo . The staff are so talented and knows exactly what they are doing. The spend the time to do the best and makes you feel special.My headlights were too bad , simply turned into bran new.. It's my first time but will be regular customer and I'll refer all my friendsGood service is not cheap but it worthyOliver is so friendly and reliable

Was very concerned about having my new black Porsche 718 washed and waxed as the color is very difficult to detail and have swirls avoided. I should not have worried. The team here treat the car superbly, and after an initial wax and multiple washes I would not go anywhere else. The car always looks fantastic after they have done their magic with it and will not let it out until it is perfect. I could not recommend Formula higher and will continue to return.

To put it plain and simple, if you're not driving a luxury car or you're not friend with one of the guys that washes cars there, don't even waste your time going to that place.I called the number on their page asking if I could go in for a wash, I was told "absolutely". When I arrived (2020 Altima), they told me they were not accepting more cars because they were about to close(that was around 5:10, they close at 6:30pm)--I said okay n I backed up.2 luxury cars showed up, that very same guy that told me they were about to close took both cars in and started washing them--when I confronted him, his response was "I was forced to accept the cars that came after you" and he walked away--I was like wait, what?oh it's worth noting that it's a repeated experience. 3 times in a row--the same week

I was looking for a place that does hand car washes and after all the great reviews, I decided to give this place a try. I was greeted by Oliver upon arrival. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. I was looking for just an exterior wash and the attention to detail for something as simple as that simply exceeded my expectations. Ill definitely be coming back for future car washes and other services as well.

Came here expecting stellar service from all the positive reviews...Horrible experience. Didn't even get to go in. I had an appointment for a handwash and wax early this morning at 930 AM thinking that meant something to the business. I arrived about a couple of minutes before my appointment and when I speak to someone, they tell me that the appointments don't matter and that it's all walk ins. When I ask why was I even asked to make an appointment, they say it's really only necessary for car detailing. After looking in my car, the person says I "have to shampoo" the car. When I tell her that I only made an appointment for a handwash and wax for $80 and ask do I "have to"? She says yes. When I ask how much to add the shampoo, she explains that it's $300 and can only be done during the week and that I would have to leave my car there for up to two days. I don't know who is in charge but this is horrible customer service and feels like a ploy to just get more money out of folks. Whomever is in charge needs to tell the staff to honor the appointments and NOT try to swindle their customers into an upcharge of $220! How do they think it's okay to have someone come in to an appointment expecting to pay $80 and then tell them it'll be $300 and they have to come back another day during the week? Never going back and would absolutely not recommend.

On January I brought My Black Mercedes Benz for a full detail. My car came out from Formula 1 Auto Detail like the first day I got it from the dealer. I had a great customer service experience with the staff at Formula 1. They are very careful with your car meaning the way they drive it. The thing that I like most is that the they pay close attention to detail. The price was right it was not cheap but it was not expensive either. After the great experience with these guys I travel from the Bronx to Long Island City to get my car clean. If you want to protect your asset I highly recommend Formula 1 Auto Detail for all your car wash needs.

Just purchased a new suv and I was concerned about washing the vehicle at a regular car wash and getting scratches especially like my friend did.Found this place and never looked back. A regular wash and wax last for about a couple of months. I park in the street and it gets dusty but a simple wipe down you can still notice the wax after.It is pricy compared to regular car wash but that is what you are paying for. It's great spot for your car wash and detailing is awesome.

Car got hit while parked, took it over to Stefano and crew, hoping to get it back in at least the same condition as before the impact. I don't know how these guys did it, but they took 10 years off the age of the car - the bodywork and paint was flawless, and the entire car sparkled with deep detail that I haven't seen in years on the car. Stefano proceeds to surprise me with the quality of the interior detail and then - reveals a full detail and restoration of the engine compartment - basically giving me a showroom-ready car - just WOW.Happy to say after years of dealign with dodgy auto body shop owners, these guys will be my go-to the next time i need any work done on the car.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I made an appointment to getmy Toyota Rav4 detailed and for tints. I was asked to place a deposit of $100 to secure the appointment, which I had no problem doing. When I showed up today, I was greeted in a poor fashion by Steffano and his crew. Steffano did a poor job at handling the job by not even taking the time to discuss with me exactly the specifics of the job at hand. I told him I wanted tints all around, and he practically just told me yes sure okay and sent me on my way. I felt he lacked extreme customer service skills, by not taking the time to inspect the car and give me options or explain. I left my car at 10:15am and it was not ready until 5pm. Why does it take 7 hours to detail my car and put tints? When I went back to get the car Steffano acted like he tinted all the windows including the back ones the way we discussed. When he finally said he didn't do them all, he said to come back tomorrow and he will charge me $150. Are you serious? Where is the customer service? You rush me out of your shop, then you don't tints the back windows and don't tell me. I literally drove away and had to drive back. After all this I'm still being charged for the job they said they would do? Save your money ND your time and go somewhere where people actually value your money and what they do. The guys here really do a great job, Brought in my car after just having bought it and drove it across the country to get back home. The interior and the exterior needed a serious cleaning. For a great price they made my car gleam like the jewel it was. I would definitely reccomend them.

I first started coming here to wash my black Escalade about 3 years ago and never stop coming since then. I have tried other places because the wait there sometimes could be quite long, but never received such a good service anywhere else. I recently got my tints done on my BMW and they did a great job!!!! I will recommend this place 100%, just be ready to wait since they don't take appointments unless is for a full service detail.

Our car's paint had been damaged by powerwashing at our building, and we took it to be detailed and compounded here. They did a GREAT job. Car looks like new. They communicated well and delivered what they promised. Recommended.
