The guy named Dany was very rude, went for an inspection and only for rear breaks he was going to charge me over $600, I bought it the breaks and changed myself for last then $40

I am very unsatisfied and disappointed. After years of loyalty, I brought my 2019 car in for an oil change. They charged me over 120.00 ok..but when I got home there was a puddle of oil under my car. I brought it back and Johnny said I needed a new oil pan! Clearly the mechanic did something wrong but no one ever took responsibility. I had to bring it to another local mechanic and the pan was cracked and needed to be replaced. The car never leaked oil before the oil change?So sad still about the lack of integrity and customer service. Shame on you guys for treating a loyal customer this way.

Have been a customer for nearly 7 years. Should have given them a great review long ago. The shop is well managed, organized and clean. They take the time to explain to you what the issues are and then do exactly what they said they would do. They are honest and get your car back to you promptly. They are a pleasure to work with.

Have used this shop a few times in the last year to purchase tires on two cars ,oil changes and for state inspection and they were very professional and fair with their prices. I am a retired mechanic and appreciate a shop that doesn't try to sell you on extra services.The work was done on time and to my satisfaction.The owners are knowledgeable and honest.Will use again.

Rare thing - an honest mechanic - didn't make up things wrong with my car, fixed my issue at minimal cost and was all in all great. Highly recommend over another place down the block that does the same thing.

Everytime I come here they do a great job. I had some minor issues with an odd noise coming from my rear tires. I could have easily been taken advantage of, but the honesty of this place shined through. They diagnosed the problem, no repair was necessary. I will always use Savvy because they do good work and are honest

I just had my first visit to Long Beach Savvy and it was such a positive one! My inspection was expiring tomorrow so I needed to get mine done today. Most auto shops in Long Beach have hit or miss reviews so I was almost tempted to stick with my original place, but I'm glad I didn't. AND, I almost overlooked this place because, for some reason, I thought they were strictly a tire shop.I was told that my car would be done in around 2 hours, but they finished in just over 30 mins.... very surprising because they look like they are non-stop busy!I was already aware that one of my tires were on their way out, so I wasn't surprised when they informed me of that... so upon picking up the car, they already had the pricing for me if I wanted to take it to them in the future. Most places will be pushy and try to get it done then and there, but I didn't get that impression from them, which is VERY refreshing!Other than that - the staff is very courteous and honest. And if I wasn't walking distance, I would've hung out and waited - the waiting area is clean and tidy.. you don't feel like you're waiting in a dirty garage.Overall, I would definitely recommend Long Beach Savvy to anyone looking for an auto body/tire shop in LB. Thanks guys!

This place and the guys that work here are by far the best I have ever come across. Excellent work and great customer service! Came in right before they closed and they checked my car out. I highly recommend. Ask for Johnny or Dan those guys are awesome.

This place is great and the manager Dan is very honest! I took my X5 in and asked them to do an evaluation to see if the repairs were worthwhile or if I should just get rid of it. As promised, they did an honest evaluation and did not charge me and told me that it was not worth repairing. I highly recommend them as it is rare to find mechanics with integrity!

In the past, I have always been dissatisfied with car washes. My car never looked clean enough. This time, I tried out Savvy after a friend recommended them to me. I was very happy with their service. My car looked so shiny and new. I highly recommend Savvy!

I too have been a long-time customer. Anything and everything that I have ever brought to be done at savvy has been done well, at a fair price, with a genuine commitment to explanation of services required and the various options available. This is a garage you can trust.

I ve been taking our cars here for a couple years and have always received great service and Johnny and Dan have always been great to deal with. A couple of weeks ago I had some fairly expensive work done on our Volvo and Dan s service this weekend made me want to post this review. Turns out a Volvo part they replaced had a defect in the factory pressed in gasket that caused a pretty major oil leak the other day. Not only did they take care of it without hesitation but also sent someone up to Karp in RVC on Saturday to get the new part so they could finish it over the long holiday weekend and I d have the car back for work on Monday. Things happen and from looking at the defective part today I m pretty sure it was a factory defect and whatever car it went into would have had this problem. The way they handled it was amazing. Pretty much any shop can replace parts but knowing they stand by their work and the parts they purchase is more important. I ll be using these guys going forward and recommending them to anyone who asks.

Thank you Savvy Automotive! I came in because I was missing a lug nut for one of my tires. You told me you would need to order one but if I went and picked one up you would put it on for me. I did what you said, and returned to your shop. You immediately helped me and in no time I was completely taken care of. Great service!

If you want the best treatment for your car, think of nowhere else. I ve bought tires for all three of my cars here, each time is easy and they match competitors pricing! Every other place I ve been too has tried to sell me on every little service. The only thing I did buy was the road side assistance for the tires & boy have I used it! Very happy with Long Beach Savvy!Good Work!

I took my car here for a regular inspection. I didn t have an appointment, but they were able to get me in pretty quickly. The staff was helpful and friendly, and I was very impressed with the customer service. I was a first time customer, but now I would definitely bring my car back to them!

I went to Long Beach Automotive on a Saturday. Did not know anything about them, but desperately needed my car headlamp bulbs replaced. They did a great job with a fair price. I will surely come back for future repairs.

I have worked in this shop for about 2 weeks. The pay is $12 an hour. I decided to work there to see what their expectations for a mechanic that has 18 years experience. It's like buying gas....you pay for what you get. I'm disgusted to know how the owner....pays a bit over minimum wage when I personally have over $13,000 in tools. It's a good place for a young mechanic that will have field experience. I believe as a mechanic the truth must be told. How can a man or women survive when this company makes more then enough because it's good year at the end of Long Beach road. I'm saddened by the pay these men get. There are only 2 techs that make grown up money. The thing is they want you to upsell services to atleast make more money but it's wrong. The service managers make commission on what you sell. I'm disgusted at the facts.

Excellent service ,great experience. I went there on Sunday ,and I was impressed about the team working together and fixing my car in no time. Dan ,the manager was so helpul answering to all my questions with proffesionalism.. The best place in the area so far. I'll highly recommended.

Johnny is an incompetent manager. These are back yard mechanics with no real training. If their able to up charge you a penny on a service you best believe they will.

I went to this shop on the advice of a neighbor, just to check it out, see what was in the neighborhood after using the same repair shop for years. Severely disappointed. Treated rudely by the staff. Given incorrect information. Went back to my regular repair guy, who charged me $200 less for the same job. Would DEFINITELY not recommend this shop to my friends and neighbors.

Had these guys replace the tires on my truck, was easy and they were competitive on price. Clean office and comfortable waiting chairs. They do a lot more than tires. I'd go back
