Excellent! My car was barely driving and I was really scared but they were extremely fair with their prices and communicated with me throughout the entire process. I am so happy that I went to them instead of another mechanic shop. It s great to know that as a woman, I can trust someone to be honest and fair with me. I would def come here again.

Jimmy and the crew at Locust Vally Auto Service never disappoints. As a woman walking into auto service places is never a fun task. Jimmy will always steer me in the right direction and NEVER tries to upsell. He s always straight and up forward with any issues/maintenance my car has experienced this last year. Fast and timely service always - and someone ALWAYS answers the phone and I can usually bring my car in the next day. Best place ever and I recommend everyone to go if you re nervous about being hit over the head - wont happen here !!!! Great neighborhood auto repair shop that doesn t overcharge. I have two new cars and would not even think of going to Toyota for service. Jimmy is very reasonable and I respect his ethics. Saved hundreds on brakes and oil change from this place over westbury and Huntington and Penn Toyota. Thank you!
