They've been our family's go-to mechanics for about a couple years now. They're fair, honest, & generally have pretty good/fast turnaround time. Justin & Hayden have always been wonderful to us & we trust them.

Should ve reviewed more recently but this shop is the best shop I know of in lockport. Justin s a real and honest guy and prices are fair. The rest of the guys do what they can and do everything they can to get your car up and running. I brought my car to them for clutch work, radiator work, oil changes etc, they re a real good shop and recommend them over any other shop in lockport.

They are AWESOME, They managed to get me back on the road fairly quickly, when no one else had the work force ( as we all understand that people would rather sit home than work ) I have always utilized Goodyear for all my repairs and will continue to do so, check them out, it will be worth it

I went there to have my alignment checked, they took my car and they put it on alignment machine and came and told me that it was fine, they never charged me anything, they could have told me that it was off like other places probably would. I would recommend this place to anyone, they are very professional.They have very good crew working for them, much better then years ago when it used to be good year. Good job guys you have gained a loyal customer in me.

Always had great experience with Jim and Justin . They do awesome work in a timely fashion. I would recommend them to anyone. I have always been satisfied with the work done on my car. They all are pleasant and friendly. Keep up the great job :-)

They have always been the ones to take care of whatever both of our vehicles need Both a 2011 Ford Escape and a 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 have always taken very good care of us and for that we will never go anywhere but to them for anything our Vehicles could Ever need. My car continued to over heat and I spent a lot of money at other shops replacing parts. Finally Justin at willco took the time to experiment with my electrical and found the actual problem which was my small fan not turning on. He was super nice. Had it done fast and the price was the best I've seen from any shop. P.s. never buy a Chevy cruz.

I received a fix-it ticket for my headlight while driving from Binghamton to Lockport for work. I asked a local for a recommendation and they directed me to different garage. I went to that garage and they were very rude so I left. I went to Willco later in the day and they were not only very professional but very quick and affordable. It took them about ten minutes and they only charged me $27 for the repair. Furthermore, I lost the ticket they had signed for me, so I called them and they were once again very professional and e-mailed me a copy of the invoice right away. If I lived in Lockport, I would make Willco my permeant garage.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Excellent customer service and mechanical repair.of E-350 work van. They were able to get us in right away for serpentine belt and tensioner assembly replacement. Also took care of issue with timing belt cover. Thank you.

Went in for an inspection, I didn t have an appointment. They were able to squeeze me in and were done quicker than I thought! They were so kind, I highly recommend them!

Dealership said I had "blown head gasket" $3500!!!Called Jim he said " don't sound right, bring it over". Turned out to be crack) failure in radiator overflow tank..$235,00 with oil change and tire rotation!! I go back there all time, refer many people there! Honest, good people ALWAYS thorough, take care to do right thing and explain my options, cost! Complete trust! Rare to find!

Had the bearings on passenger side replaced on Jeep Cherokee. We travel and are in New York each year to visit family. The work completed did not last a year and had to have the bearings replaced in Oregon. While a Goodyear Dealership, they would not back their 12 month 12,000 mile warranty unless I brought the car to them to work on. I had gone to them as they had such a strong reputation, let me be the first to quash that notion. Stay away, workmanship obviously sub par and dependability non existent.
