The new service manager Josh is great. Vanessa claimed to be a service manager then found out she's an assistant. She was no help. It should not take 3 months to get a part put in your car. If it wasn't for my many calls and the new service manager Josh I would still be waiting. And Linda who I started with messed everything thing up. My paperwork and the ordering of the part. The one that took over for her was amazing.

We (my wife and I) were greeted by two people as we pulled in. They were in extremely good moods and were very helpful. We had an oil change done and didn't need a tire rotation because we only have 2600 miles on our vehicle. The work was done in a timely manner and we were on our way.

I was in on the 9th and had to reschedule to have brakes done. I was told I needed a coolant flush and the brakes. Which was told $1350. Which I agreed to I also added an oil change and a cabin filter if I needed . So that was 69 o&f 79 cabin filter which came to roughly $1800. Which again I m still good with. When I was call Don said it was $1976 I ask how we got from $1800 to $1976. Said oil change and filter Cabo. Filter . What I was never told about or agreed to was a BG brake fluid service which was a extra $150 plus tax that doesn t sit well with me all I needed was a heads up , a phone call

Dealership was slow, ( one customer) according to the service manager, One customer waiting for an oil change. I came in , needed a new belt put on, I even showed the tech what was wrong ( split in belt) simple job. Service manager comes in and tells me the belt is bad, like I didn t know. I paid 179.00 in labor for a 30 minute job, Truck sat out front for 30 minutes after belt was put on. Obviously marked up the price on the belt too, but that s ok, paid 275.00 to put a belt on, not cool. One man comes in looking for his vehicle, can t find service guy, the oil change guy is waiting as well. All 3 of us waiting, His truck has been out front for 30 minutes as well. Both guys complaining of the extremely slow service. I was there 2 weeks ago for an oil change , truck sat out front for 30 minutes. I had to go find someone, then wait for paperwork to be filled out. 95.00 simple oil change and then we sit and wait. Unacceptable.

Service was fine but they did not communicate when the work was done. Dropped off 11 am Thursday. Had not heard from them by 1:00 Friday, so I called & they said truck was done sometime Thursday. But had not called Thursday night or Friday morning to let me know. Cost me a few hours at work Friday running around to get truck picked up.

TODD IS A GREAT GUY !! HE WENT WAY WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CELL OF DUTY!! He was Great, Had a little front-end damage but Todd and the Guys in the Body Shop @MikeSmithBuick, These guys there took really good care of the Truck and it looks AMAZINGLY brand new. Thank you Todd and Everyone who had Hands on!! Thank you.

the odometer was not accurate on a vehicle I purchased in good faith from this dealership. Vehicle was 33000 now value is unreal.The management offered 18000 to settle now I have to wait for NYS Attorney General to get satisfaction never buy here again! VEHICLE IS STILL IN GREt shape mileage was compromised they refuse to address

Oil drips on top of engine, oil spots on my driveway the next morning and I had a complimentary free tire rotation for the first time that they did not complete. Very disappointed, will not go back. I will be doing the maintenance myself from now on. I thought I could rely on a dealership, apparently not!!!!

Salesman stopped answering my texts once he realized I wasn t going to be financed. Finance Dept. sucked (credit score mid 600 s and $3k down they couldn t help me & gave up on me?). Only thing they did right was refunding my deposit- but they still gave me a check for my refund when I had paid cash. Small dealership working on being like a big dealership- i.e., they suck.

I spoke with service around 2:45 PM on Monday and the woman said she was going to take a look at my car and give me a call back in a little bit. I didn t hear from her and needed to figure out how I would get to work the next day (since there were no rentals available) and called back around 5. The receptionist took a message for me because no one for service was picking up. She also told me they were open until 7 and she would walk back to service and have someone call me. At 6, I still hadn t received a phone call back so I called again and was told the service department was closed. The receptionist checked to see if my car was ready but it wasn t. When I asked to speak to a manager she put me on hold and then said Joe Miranda the sales manager was refusing to pick up the phone because it was not his problem. I am disgusted by his lack of professionalism. I understand that is not his area, however, as a supervisor he should have taken the call and tried to assist me. I am also upset that no one gave me an update and I was left scrambling to figure out a ride situation for work the next day. I bought my terrain brand new and had to bring it in for the 3rd time for the same issue.

Very efficient service department, I was in and out in 40 minutes for an inspection. Everyone there was extremely nice. Josh is an excellent manager.

Standard oil change service, but I asked to have a sensor checked. They not only identified the issue with the sensor immediately with me standing there, they showed me where in my info. center I needed to go to fix it!

Andy made the experience pleasant and we were very comfortable in the deal that we settled on. However the truck at delivery was really filthy in the interior, I spent three hours on the interior just to make it presentable. Your people that clean your used vehicles needs to take pride in their job or move on to selling French fries.

My experience was very good at Mike Smith buick. My sales rep came to my home to show me the vehicle that i had wanted because mine had broken down. I loved the buick encore gx. Only concern is that my engine failed before 30k miles but you guys are replacing it and also provided me with a nice vehicle in the meantime so I appreciate that very much and feel I was well taken care of. Just hope my new engine lasts this time but things happen.

Couple weeks ago I had appointment at 3 p.m as their system showed availability for safety recall in my 2024 Chevy trax, when I arrived the service manager had terrible attitude because their system doesn't show my appointment instead of apologize about their issues with their own system, and had the nerve to tell me that in future they don't take 3 p.m appointment which so rude, I said in future I'm not going to come here at all and if you don't want to do DON'T but he end up doing it but with this terrible experience I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Specially when we are trying to support local businesses.

I really want to express my positive experiences with Vanessa in the Service Department. In the past, I was beginning to lose faith in the serv. dept at Mike Smith but since Vanessa has been there, every time I need service done on my car, she has gone above and beyond to make sure my car needs are met.

Service Department was very efficient treated me for a routine oil change and tire rotation at NO charge because it was our first time after purchasing ( June 7, 2023 ) and it was complimentary! Friendly staff and prompt appointment time. No wait No hassle I ll be back .!!!!

Always have great customer service. The only thing that needs work are the techs that work there. I know most components are plug and play and that s what most of the techs are used to. But when a customer asks a question about a part on the vehicle the tech should know how to explain to the customer what the part is and it s function.

I had a 10am appointment and got there around 9:30. They were very welcoming and got my car right in. The whole experience at the dealership was smooth. I did the mileage maintenance package for my gmc terrain.

I brought my truck in because my Service Brake System light went on. Both, front and rear, life percentages disappeared. I also had a Safety Restraint System light come on and then go away. After looking into it, I was told that I needed new front and rear brakes, rotors all around, and a new Safety Restraint Sensor and was told it would be $2200. Are you kidding me??? What s the markup??? Well, what you did not know was that brakes and rotors were put on by David Chevrolet 11 months ago. There is no way, I repeat NO WAY, that my brakes need to be replaced. Especially the rears. That s unheard of. This was an absolute money grab by a bunch of crooks. Did you even look into the problem? Because when brakes go, they still show a percentage. Mine are grayed out, almost as if it is a computer issue. The Safety Restraint sensor? Why does it need to be replaced if that message isn t being displayed? Is it possible it is computer related? Needless to say, I will never do business with you again. Oh, did I mention that we were in the process of working with Andy to trade in my wife s vehicle for a new Acadia? Andy is a real nice guy, but I won t give you another dime. Not that any of you read these or care about these anyway.

Service had Car for 8 days, Said something was wrong in transmission .Kept telling me they had no loaners available for the 8 days .called and said nothing was wrong, tried to change me $435.00 for nothing...terrible experience
