Called to have a bike inspected, they wouldn't be able to do it in time for me. But they must do good business, otherwise they wouldn't have been so busy they couldn't check out a nice Ole bike. . Hope to slide some of my business his way here sometime. I do hear he does good work. He's local business.

Thief - Overcharges - Ladies, beware - this guy thinks women are stupid. I was charged $41.99 for a Hitch ball repair kit that ranges from $6 - 8; I was charged $21.99 for a 7-way RV replacement connector that costs $5.21. The estimate for work was $140, which seemed high for replacing the ball kit and adding a new connector to longer wires. When I showed up to pick up the trailer the bill was $233.26. According to the "book of work" they all go by to bill hours, it should have taken 45 minutes to do everything they did, I was charged for 2 hours of labor. Either they're incompetant or they're gouging me - oh, wait a minute, both of those are BAD!!! Ray thinks he can take advantage of a senior citizen, what he doesn't know is that I have had trailers for 45 years. When I questioned him about the bill, the idiot doubled-down on looking me in the eye and lying!! I left Ray's and went to a shop I trust, they confirmed I had been overcharged by at least $100. Stay away from Ray's!!!!

Have used Ray s quite a number of times. Always reasonable and fair. One time I hobbled my truck into Ray s thinking I had major issues and stated so to him. He soon informed me that when I mounted one my snow tires myself and I had forgotten to tighten the nuts. He tightened them and barely charged me. Believe me he could have done a bunch of work if he wanted but he didn t. That goes to his character as a business man. Rays is most awesome, as always. Needed tires, brakes, wheel bearing, tie rod and my a/c fixed. The last part came 4:53/ he closes at 5!! It was a part for the a/c.. he said I'll be right back . He was done by 5!! He's about the only mechanic I've literally... ever trusted!!

I had my entire muffler and exhaust replaced yesterday as well as an inspection. Ray got it done quickly and at a great price! Highly recommended!

Fast and efficient work. I called to schedule a NYSI for my motorcycle. Everywhere I called prior was booked out almost a month. Ray said he could get me in the next day! Very happy with the price and fast response time.

He's a good mechanic, and he takes care of your vehicle well. I think he does excellent work in a nice little country garage. Also make sure to pet the cat.

If I could leave no stars I would! Stay away from this shop! This guy is that mechanic you hear about who finds problems that don't exist or breaks something to create work. He must assume that anyone who isn't covered in oil or grease is clueless about automobiles mechanics and electronics.
