I have had 2 bad experiences with this shop and I now realize they are in it for money not quality work, I got wheel bearings done, that's it 2/ $750 could have replaced the whole hub on both sides for cheaper with new wheel bearings!

Fast friendly service! My oil switch broke while I was passing through Livonia and my engine had lost most of its oil. Eric towed it to his shop and had it diagnosed and repaired in one day! The best I know of!! Always cheerful & pleasant, reasonable rates & can handle all my lemon car needs. Bet u cant wait till I get rid of it , Eric.lol. I took vehicles there for approximately 1 year and although the actual work done was ok, I will never return. Every single time, I ve had to call them, 2 or more times, for a status or remind them that my vehicle is there, and the wait time is very long, nearly 2 months at times. In person, they are very polite, but I learned to see that as artificial.

Our family has been going to Commercial for years, and our cars have always been taken care of in a timely manner. my first time going there .. Family owned business ..the prices where very reasonable and they didnt try to tell you that something needed to be replaced when it didnt like most places do!!Overall it was a GREAT EXPERIENCE will definitely be taking my vehicles there!!

Have been a customer of Commercial Automotive for about the last 10 years. Since I have a fairly old car, unfortunately it has needed quite a few repairs over the last few years. I have been totally satisfied with their work and their customer service. They are courteous, helpful, and mainly, they will call or return a call when they say they will with an estimate and work is usually done within a day. Never did I need to return car because work wasn't done properly the first time. I would highly recommend this company.

Eric got me right in when I had a frozen caliper and was able to provide a very accurate quotation and quality repairs! They give the extra care that makes doing business with them easy. I am very appreciative of the service I receive at Commercial Automotive!

Recommended by a friend. I found them to be professional and organized. My biggest fears are inventive repair estimates. I have a good feeling with Commercial AutomotiveI was charged a fair price for my repair.

Quick turnaround on inspection and brakes on 1 vehicle, and alternator replacement on a 2nd vehicle; also helped open broken driver's door latch. Great job. Reasonable pricing. Professional and personable staff.

We were traveling and had a problem with our Van. We needed a coil changed. We arrived at noon and one of the mechanics worked through lunch to get us back on the road. We went to lunch, our van now runs well again. The price was more than fair. Thank you again.

I love going local! This place is friendly fast and affordable. They can get you in within a reasonable time. There is a 24/7 tow hotline that they have functioning as well. Overall it is a great service with great people!

Commercial Automotive was wonderful. They did a full service and inspection of my horse trailer. I'll be using them for all my vehicles going forward. That's how impressed I am with their service.

I had my car brought to Commercial because there was a loud squeeling in my wheel. When they test drive it the sound was gone but they took the wheel off to check it out anyways. There was a small stone stuck in my brakes and they removed it free of charge. Highly recommended!

Have had two vehicles serviced at Commercial Automotive for more than 15 years. a GMC Envoy and a Volkwagen Passat. Quality of service has always been superb. Cost has been reasonable, and staff eager to explain the problem and the solution and give you the most economical solution to get you and your vehicle safely back on the road. Have recommended them to others and will continue to do so.

Essentially no knowledge beyond what is available on Youtube, left with more broken parts and problems than when it was dropped off, and all for a 15-20% markup. Look elsewhere.
