Recently purchased my first used truck from Sharon Chevy in Clay, and I must say I received the highest quality of service, communication, follow up and information from all those i dealt with. Athena and her sales team have gone above and beyond to assure that all my questions and concerns have been explained thoroughly and accurately, and any/all complaints have been taken into consideration and were fulfilled by her and her managers to assure I was satisfied and confident in my used-truck purchase. 10/10 would recommend to anyone new to financing a vehicle or looking to trade in for something new! Looking forward to doing business here again in the future.

My fiance bought a 2011 Chevy Malibu here and enjoyed her vehicle very much. About a week after purchase she experienced some issues with the front strut mounts and bearings. After chatting back and forth with the service guy it seemed like we were SOL. Luckily Dan, one of their salesman, had talked her into an extended warranty which took care of the problem completely. After some misinformation from their service guy, the finance manager, Garth, was very diligent in making sure the issue was resolved.There was roughly $700 in repairs that were made and we were able to make our service appointment the day after calling in complaining about the issue.Through all of our frustrations, Dan and Garth held themselves excellently and took care of the issues we were having and were very professional. I had my doubts but, they definitely kept their promises to us and kept in communication with us throughout the entire process.I would recommend this dealership if not for the great vehicles they have in stock but for the fantastic service from the sales and finance department.

I would never buy another vehicle from Sharon Chevrolet. In 2014 I bought a used 2014 Chevy Silverado with only 3000 miles on it. Less than 2 years later somehow the whole muffler decided to fall off. When I brought the truck in to Sharon Chevrolet they said there was nothing that could be done. They told me that I should not have placed an after market muffler on the vehicle. Excuse me? You sold me the truck with an after market muffler on it and did not disclose that to me. I even have the extended warranty that has done absolutely nothing for me. I'm sorry but when I pay $45000 for a vehicle I would expect better service than this. They just sent me on my way and I have had to pay for the muffler out of pocket. Terrible service!!!

I will never buy another car from Sharon Chevrolet. Customer Service is horrible. Promised a replacement part never called, have never gotten nothing.. Numberous attempts for even a call back have not been resolved... Horrible customer service and I am writing Jane Fox personally regarding all this. Whether it is a used car or a new car, service is service and every customer is important and should be treated as such.
