If I could give ZERO stars I would. Fourteen years ago I needed a major repair collision repair to my car so I choose Northside Collision. The repair turned out satisfactory. So this year when I needed a minor dent repair I decided to try Northside again (different location) despite how they poorly treated my daughter who totaled her car last year. Boy what a mistake I made. It took a month to get an appointment and then they took another 2 weeks to repair a dent the size of a half dollar.Then they lost my keys and although they offered to replace the key fob, there was no apology and also they treated me poorly. They also admitted they have lost keys on other customers. They obviously don t know how to safeguard a customer s property.Judging by some of the other responses posted by the owner to other customer reviews, I expect he will dispute what I have said or try to explain away what happened.So a word to the wise, if you need your car repaired and don t mind being treated like a number, then this is your place. If you wanted to be treated like a valuable customer then choose another shop.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

First time I ve ever needed collision repairs and wasn t sure if a dealer would be preferred. I am very happy I chose Northside Collision. Not only were the repairs done perfectly, but it was done the day they promised. The staff at the Liverpool location were friendly and professional and made a difficult situation bearable. The manager at this location (Shana) is top notch. She s a hands-on manager who personally made sure I was 100% satisfied when I picked up my car. I was also pleased with the fact that they detailed my car .

Very polite professional staff. I appreciated the updates of the different stages the vehicle was in which gave me a timeframe of when the vehicle could be ready. They answered all my questions and walked me through the process. They gave me one of their vehicles to drive while I waited for my vehicle. Their vehicle was good on gas!Great experience.

I took my 2015 Lexus ES350 to this shop. The body work done so far is beyond excellent. The receptionist was amazing and respectful. The manager Sharon went above and beyond to fix extra repair that was needed but never discussed. They treated me like family. I would recommend everyone to this shop. Service was done faster than expected. My car was repainted and sensors replaced. I appreciated!!Service: Painting

The customer service was great, except I felt I had to call in for all updates. The vehicle was not done in the estimated time frame. Also, the work was done, but the vehicle was not as clean as I would have liked when picking it back up. There is a smell that lingers in the vehicle.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

My Suv was broken into while at northside collision for bodywork. The shop didn t even have the common courtesy to let me know my vehicle was ransacked and broken into. I was greeted by a police officer at my home letting me know they found my insurance and registration paperwork at a rundown motel. When I contacted the shop( I had to wait 2days as they are closed on weekends) Instead of apologizing they assumed I was going to claim items were stolen and immediately told me they were not liable although I never said anything was taken. My vehicle was left unlocked the whole duration it was at northside collision. Even after my suv was broken into they still left it unlocked! I will never ever do business here again! They didn t even apologize for my car being broken into!! Do better Northside Collision

I had a front-end Collison and received excellent customer service and quality repair work, on time and with updates throughout the repairs. I would defibitely recommend them, and.go there again if needed (hopefully I won't have to!).

After a very, very bad experience with Chuck Taylor s Body Shop, I took my car to Northside Collision . They repaired what Chuck Taylor s had not and also repaired the damage that Chuck Taylor s had caused. Had a great experience using this place. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was continuous communications during the whole repair so I always knew the status of my vehicle. They had a free loaner car for us to use which was a big help. When the repair was done it looks and handles like new, they even cleaned the inside of the car for us. I would recommend this place.

Put a huge dent in my bumper and just wanted it fixed quickly. Northside Collision Liverpool offered to repair or replace and I just chose to replace. They had the part within days and had the car back 2 days after I dropped it off. Perfectly matched paint and they detailed the entire car, inside and out. All the staff who I interacted with were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Special thanks to Zach who walked me through my options and the whole procedure. He also clarified the costs and called me back with specifics before they proceeded. Zach also made sure I got a loaner vehicle ( nice late model Chevy Cruz- good enough/did the job for a few days). Will definitely Northside Collision again if I ever need auto body work done.Service: Body & Trim

I would like to give them a better review. They had amazing customer service, and got my work done on time.But I had some issues with condensation that turned into water in my tail light, and a screw that was dropped, and left in my trunk deck lid. I am a student and I couldn't make it back in the 30 day warranty period. Yet, I still feel it should get done right the first time.Again I want to give a good review, but I feel maybe I had been taken advantage of.

They were excellent. I took my van their after being rear-ended and they made the entire process so easy including getting the rental car. They were so friendly and even detailed my vehicle before I picked it up. You never want to be in a position to need a collision center but if you are, choose this place.

From the time I went into the reception desk everyone was friendly, helpful, professional, courteous, and timely. The estimator looked at damage, said he would contact insurance company and gave me a nice clean loaner. After that, the customer service team was on point and kept me informed about everything. I would highly recommend NORTHSIDE COLLISION to anyone who needs their services.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Scott was professional and very helpful. He was great about providing any information I needed after being in my first ever accident. I picked my car up today and I think it looks better than the day I got it. They even detailed the inside! I would definitely recommend Northside Collision.

I dropped my car off the Monday before Thanksgiving & staff was polite & pleasant! It was nice to see with all the craziness of getting ready for a Holiday that they were focused on getting me my car back as soon as possible. I was told would be able to pick up my car on that Friday and advised that I would not be back in town til that Thursday. No problem was their answer keep the rental until then and your car will be ready. It was on that Monday and detailed and they had even warmed it up for me so that I would not have an ice cold car to get into!!! That was a great treat!! I will take my car there from now on and will suggest everyone and anyone to go there because they are the BEST!!! THANKS!!!!

Amazing overall experience. My pickup looks like it's brand new, it was done two days ahead of projection, and when I had an issue with my rental car they got it resolved in my behalf. I recommend bringing your vehicle here.

The process was seamless with regular communication about the process! Attention to detail was maintained. The facility was spotless and our vehicle was returned clean and properly repaired! Paint matching per spects! Thank you for a fine job. Would recommend to anyone!

A1 service! The repairs to my car were covered by the other persons insurance but they wouldnt pay to match the paint...Northside did it on their own dime and kept me aware of everything the whole time. Plus when i picked it up, the interior was spotless as well. Cant recommend them enough...10/10!

Took our chances with Chuck Taylor's Body Shop, had car 4months, Brandon Taylor lied to daughter, myself and State Farm. Totaled it in August. Wish we had used Northside Collision, live and learn.
