They were fantastic! I ran over a nail and had an emergency an hour before they closed. Thank God I made it there in time! They were still willing to take me in and got the tire patched before closing time. You can tell they really care about the business And their customers. The manager, Joe, if you see this. You re the man!

I took the car in for a left airshock and the car pulling to the left and a little rattle noise on the inside of the car. When I picked my car up attendant said that part of my muffler was in the trunk because they cannot figure out what the rattle noise was and then I would have to take it to a dealership due to my warranty company and now when I drive my car, it is pulling to the right instead of the left, and the muffler is off and very very loud. I will never take it there again or recommend ever.

2nd time I've had to have work done on my car this month and both times were excellent service. I had a minor accident this morning and needed my car fixed on short notice. I walked in right as they opened and the Manager Chris got me right in, worked on my car himself all day. He made sure I was all set and my car was perfectly safe. 10/10 reccomend Chris and Jessie at the Liverpool location.

I found a great place, next door to me that actually has you in and out. No waiting,no dropping off the car. These guys working were knowledgeable and polite. I will continue my business with them.

Called around to service my vehicle. I was told anywhere from days up to a week. I called you guys. I was in and out within 24 hours! (It was a holiday week) Great experience! Amazing customer service. I will be back!

Would recommend this place. Every interaction there was professional and respectful. Joe the manager is the best!! He has always been fair and straightforward with me. Very knowledgeable and experienced. They usually get my car in right away, working around my busy schedule and limited availability. You can t go wrong choosing this place!

Joe really gave me 5 star service another shop (won t name names) was set on ripping me off and nobody likes to get jipped especially in todays economy. These guys took care of my extensive car repair at a very fair price I will certainly be coming back. So difficult to find honest mechanics but these guys have my full respect and earned a new long term customer

I had a great experience here! I have an older car and often mechanics see that as an opportunity to nickel and dime me. I told them what I wanted for my car and what I didn't want, and they went above and beyond to accommodate me. I really appreciated their efforts and that they listened. I would definitely go back!

I made an appointment online.When I arrived they were a little behind but actually got me out in 1/2 the expected time. The gentleman at the desk was very friendly and professional to me and other customers. I will definitely be back! Thank you!

I recommend Monro Auto Service for your car needs. I had an issue with my car and I called David and he got my car in ASAP. He handled the problem and off I went a happy satisfied costumer. Give them a call you won t be sorry.

If I could give this location more than 5 stars I would because every single time I visit weather it s for service or quick questions I ve been given the best service possible. Each employee is knowledgeable and very good about helping me to understand whatever may be the issue. They are efficient and always have quick turnaround times on repairs so I m able to get back on the road as soon as possible. Today I visited and like always I was treated respectfully and helped. It s the people like Scott who took care of me today that keep me 100% loyal to this company and specifically this location. He made what could very easily be a stressful situation super smooth and even went above and beyond for me by giving me advice on how to take care of my vehicle better and some things they could do that would fix a lot of the concerns that I have about my vehicle. Scott and his coworkers are the reason I will be back and keep coming to this location. I will recommend this location 10/10 times to anyone who needs help!!!!!

Very, very happy with my strut replacement, cost, and speed of service.Update 3 years later: if you're looking for a shop where the people will be honest and it doesn't feel like you're being pushed services, make sure to check out this location- especially with Joe. They always go above and beyond to make sure I'm informed and not paying for anything that isn't necessary.

I went in for an oil change. I also told the MOD about 3 warnings I was getting everytime I braked. He took a look at it and found my brakes were good. The issue he found was they were stuck on the hardware. He recommended cleaning and lube the hardware. Since then I have had no problem with it.

Monro muffler has been one of my go to places when it comes to getting any services on my car. They are quick and efficient. The customer service here is nice as well. They know exactly what they are doing here. They also tend to have coupon deals which is awesome. So I highly recommend going here because you will have no complaints!

I only bring my car here for 5yrs now. When I first came Mike would take care of me. I'd need more done to my car then I could afford before a trip down south. Mike would perform all service and have me pay when I could hed rather my car be safe for my trip. I will forever be a customer.Fast friendly service. I never pay full price for whatever the service is. Mechanics and servicemen are down to earth. Friendly conversations I never feel I'm waiting very long. Will recommend to friends and family

Every single time I have had a issue with my car this has been my go to place in Syracuse. They are fair, reasonable, hardworking, and the staff is excellent. I will continue to refer this place to all my family, friends, and anyone who needs their car fixed for a great price and the work done correctly.

My brother had recommended me to this location, I ve had many cars and been to many shops before and this Monro is definitely one of the best experiences I ve ever had dealing with my car. Every member of the team that I spoke with was very friendly and made it easy to understand any issues I had and the easiest solution. There s no stress when working with the folks at this establishment and I ll definitely be going back for routine work and anything else!

The management and staff at this establishment are incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and understanding. I can personally attest that they go above and beyond for their customers, in every way they can. I have so much appreciation for the excellent customer service and all-over good experience that they provided. Having car trouble is never positive, but the staff worked with me and explained every option. I cannot say enough good things about my experience here.

Scott and his staff got me in the day I had an issue with my Equinox. I m typically used to hunkering down for a while at other establishments I ve been to, as I know it s going to be a wait. However, before I knew it they were done. In and out in under 40 minutes and a job well done. I Will recommend THIS Monro to anyone I talk to and will be going here regularly.

Nick and his employees really helped my out by taking me right in. They were caring and professional. I thought I d have to get a ride home and come back but I decided to wait. It was done in no time. The price was fair and I would definitely recommend them to others.

Had full front and rear breaks and tire rotation done here. The staff was friendly and the work was competed quickly. They discussed with me over the phone what work needed to be done and what could stand to wait a few months. They answered all of my questions with thorough explanations.

I woke up to a flat tire this morning and called Monro to see if I needed an appointment to have it looked at. They were able to get me in and have the tire patched right away. The manager, Richard, was polite and a pleasure to speak with. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for fair and quality service.

We are new to the Liverpool area we needed to find a reliable place to bring our vehicles for service, and we found them!Not only did they get us in when it was convenient for us but they were very fast and efficient! The price beat EVERYONE around!I can t say enough how much Rich and his team came through for us in our time of need.
