Scheduling an appointment for service is a phone call away. Im always treated with the utmost respect and I am always satisfied with the timeliness and quality. David is a great manager and this shop is my go-to for ALL of my automotive care and service. Highly recommend!

Wow, what a pleasant surprise. My wife and I dropped by the Midas shop to have them check on my Ford F-150. My exhaust was making a great deal of noise and I needed a New York State Inspection. David, the gentleman at the counter, was very friendly, polite and helpful. He had mentioned they could look at the truck in an hour or so to see what they could do. The time was only 30 minutes and they brought my wife and I back to see what they saw. They explained exactly what was to be done to repair the problem with the exact cost. On top of that, I had concerns about the inspection due, they handled that. They also recommended new tires, needed, could be purchased at a later date where we might take advantage of a sale. It was one of the best visits to a repair shop we have had to entertain. Friendly, truthful, and efficient a highly recommended shop in the Liverpool area.

I have been getting my car inspections and car repairs done at this Midas Shop Rt. 57 Liverpool NY since 2000 and the staff is always professional and very courtesy. Thank you for the valued great service that is always provided.

David and his crew have always done a professional job in a timely manner while working on my vehicle. They are very talented and don't mess around, make mistakes, or play deceptive games like at almost every other chain auto repair store I've been to. Honest, quality work at a fair price is what you can expect here! The only issue I have had is that they are working so hard on fixing cars that they don't always pick up the phone quickly. A small price to pay for talent and integrity.

Midas on Oswego road in Liverpool is the only place I bring my car for oil changes, brakes, etc. Brian and Dave are really good guys! They are always honest and they truly care about us! I ve never had service like this at any other repair shop. Highly recommend!

Dave at #706 is great!!! I bring my car there even after moving 2.5 hours away He s always very respectful and very good at this job. I got my car in in a timely matter and let me know every step of the way.

I went in to have Michelin PS4S put onto my car. What a professional shop they run over at Midas! Dave checked me in very quickly, and my vehicle was taken in before the appointment time was even reached! The tech was careful not to scratch the wheels whilst mounting and balancing the new tires. Highly recommend!

I took my Truck, at Midas every time I have to go on a long road trip for the regular oil change, and had it Inspected for the 2023 Sticker, Dave made sure my Truck, was in full working condition, before sending me back on the road. Went in for my check engine light and spent about $1,300+ on repairs. I picked my car up only to discover that they neglected to use seat covers and completely trashed my upholstery (there's more than pictured but the photos are the worst of it). I contacted support and requested compensation so I could get my seats professionally cleaned. Their reply was simply "Go back and ask the mechanics to clean it." You expect me to bring my car back to the people who trashed it and leave it with them to clean? If they were capable of cleaning it then why didn't they do so before returning the car to me (given that it's impossible to miss the damage if you look)? I spent $1,300+, got my seats ruined, and you can't even compensate the $100-$200 to get my seats professionally cleaned? Midas clearly doesn't care at all about its customers' cars.If you value the upholstery in your car I would sincerely recommend finding a different place to have your car serviced. I will certainly never be coming back here again, and I will be making a report to the Better Business Bureau. Now in order to get compensation I'd have to file a civil suit.Service: General repairs & maintenance

They show you the problem and then give you cost to fix. And their prices are very reasonable and usually lower than other places. Great honest professional service. Have earned my repeat service.

These people are wonderful! Can t say enough We had a almost flat tire loosing air constantly on the way to Toronto from Boston. We took exit from I-90 & they took us in immediately when they re about to close. Couldn t repair tire due to leakage from side wall. They filled air for us & told us keep driving & keep checking air frequently. That s what we did & made it to our home. Thank you & God Bless you all!!!

I have been a customer at Midas in Liverpool NY (on Rt 57) for several years now. NEVER have i had a bad experience here. The guys are very professional and do a fabulous job. Every time. The manager, Dave, has always given me the info I need, suggestions on what should be done and what can wait. Pricing is up front and within reason. They don't gouge you on costs. Highly recommend these guys !!

Highly recommend this shop. The gentleman here are always very professional and quick with repairs. They never try to charge more then necessary and try to help as best they can. I have been going here a couple of years now and will continue using them. 5 +. It was the last day of the month and I forgot my car inspection! I stopped at Midas to make an appointment. Not only were they pleasant and professional, they said they would do the inspection if I could come back in half an hour. I waited, and before I realized it, my car was inspected and I could breath a sigh of relief!! You can t beat that kind of service.

BEST REPAIR SHOP IN CENTRAL NY!!I have been using Midas for 25 years and they have never let me down! Extremely knowledgeable about the services and parts needed for my car. The manager here has gone above and beyond more times than I can count to make my car roadworthy again! Needed a water pump. Guy was very honest at the counter and told me he didn t want to replace it until I could take it to the dealership and see if I was under warranty because I had a blown head gasket. Didn t want to take my money if I wasn t going to be able to fix my car. He also let me keep my car there for 4 days until I could get it towed.

Dave did a car inspection and was very helpful in fixing an ongoing problem. He is one of the few licensed inspectors around liverpool. They recently put tires on our car and did the rear brakes. These guys don't try to upcharge you,either. ( We stopped going to a former shop when they quoted one price and wanted $100.00 more 3 days later cause their prices went up.)

I would not hesitate to recommend this service location - the manager was very cordial, and the service tech that worked on my truck, Jonathan, was top notch - he pointed out many things that I was unfamiliar with because this is my first diesel engine truck - great service, great location, all good. many thanks.

Everytime I get service from Midas on Oswego St in Liverpool NY. The mechanics go above and beyond expectations. They might fix something you didn't expect and they are speedy and accurate. This is where I am bringing my vehicle from now on, for any repairs I may need. Thanks Midas family. You guys are awesome.

My brakes were grinding pretty bad. I called for an appointment and the manager Dave was able to get a time that worked wellFor me. The repair was completed and they feel great! I would give less if I could Took my car in for a standard evaluation & the mechanic couldn t even make sure my tires were properly secured. My lug nuts were so loose one fell off my back tire & two were on their way off in my front tire. Had I not taken my care to another mechanic my wheel was definitely going to fly off! Not only did they give me inadequate service. I have yet to have a return call from the GM. -100,000/10 don t go if you value you & your family s life!

It was very polite and friendly. It took a little longer than expected and cost more than the quote I was told over the phone. But the gentleman Dave that waited on me was polite and explained why it took so long
