This review is for the service center. We dropped off our car for a recall remedy, as well as a minor interior parts fix, and it was completed before the end of the day. We also had a loaner vehicle that was given to use, for the inconvenience of having to leave the car for the day, instead of waiting at the lobby. (Ask if any are available if you go this route.) The service center team was kind and respectful. I also went onto the showroom floor after picking up our car, to talk with a financial advisor after, it was a neutral experience, so I won't base the rating on that. Service center is decent and they get what is needed done in a timely manner. Thank you. Picture attached was the loaner vehicle. '22 Honda Accord. Nice car, nice temporary drive for the day. If I didn't have kids, this would be a good choice to buy/lease.

Ron is certainly an asset to your dealership. Excellent service and he is very pleasant and polite. Again on this visit Ron is very accommodating. A plus employee. Went back on Friday, did not have an appointment. They gave me a loaner over the holiday weekend and called first thing Tuesday morning saying it was ready. My appointment for an oil change and general look-over was right on time and completed earlier than anticipated. Very pleased with the first contact person, the person who advised me of future maintenance needs and explained what work was done that day, and the woman who checked me out. I live 50 minutes from this dealership from whom I purchased the car. The entire service experience was definitely worth the time and drive from Auburn.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

This is my 5 th Honda and dealing with Katie she is a great saleswoman .I would recommend her to everyone if they are buying a Honda.Also she is accurate and a great personality.If I was the boss I would give her salesperson of the year.Also Brad is awesome also.

Penny at the front desk was great. So too was Sean, the gentleman that set up our service. As I only had the work done hours ago I will withhold my opinion on the quality of the service, but it was surely efficient. The only hiccup and the reason for 4 stars Vs 5, is because someone left my vehicle window open when I retreated it from the lot. The weather was threatening rain and more importantly, thieves could have had their way. I m sure it was an honest mistake but such awareness is important.

I had an issue with my car while dropping off my daughter at Syracuse. They were great in taking in my car on a Saturday and then letting me know the issue and getting it fixed quickly. I was able to pick it up the next weekend with no issues. Needed all new brakes and rotors and had to wait at facility. It was a long wait and I had not eaten. My service advisor actually shared his lunch with me. A task not included in his job description, but above and beyond out of the kindness of his heart. A rarity indeed in today s society and I m was so very appreciative. Excellent service with honest and fair costs. My service advisor was pleasant and very helpful. Besides the scheduled appointment for front and rear brake work, I also asked them to look into possible tire imbalance due to some vibration when driving. Ron called and left a message that several tires were out of balance. Great Lakes Honda City also provided me with a loner vehicle.Service: Brakes

Horrible .bought a car 3 months ago and my tires are already looking like this. I called the service department at which they told me our guys drove the car and felt it didn t need an alignment . Or the fact I brought it in 3 DAYS after buying it because of a front end shake .they told me it s because of uneven tire wear Ok so why wouldn t they check the alignment. Now they re refusing to compensate me for new tires that they neglected to fix at the beginning. Disgusting service, I will never buy from here again and I will make sure others don t either.

The people there - everyone - are wonderful. I purchased my CRV there, which was an excellent experience, and it continued on with the Service Department. You can drop your car off when they re not open, they have a shuttle to and from work, longer hours on Thursdays. I ve also had accident repair work done there and had the same great experience. They take very good care of their customers!

Great Lakes Honda city is overall the best customer service I have experienced ever!! The receptionists are pleasant and very welcoming that goes forThe service area and Mechanics also..what a great job .Vehicles are a big investment to me anyway, and to know that your vehicle is in the greatest of care puts my mind at peace. I appreciate all they do as a team:)

I got my first car from here a couple days ago after visiting a couple dealerships that seemed a bit shady. Ray and Darrius were extremely helpful, kind, and honest and answered any questions I had and made sure I understood everything. My car is beautiful and way nicer than anything I thought I was going to get. I was able to go home confident that I made the right choice buying my car from here. I definitely recommend.

Clean facility, competent service team, comfortable waiting room, efficient and friendly staff. I leased my car from this dealership and always take it there for service! They have always taken great care of my car and have been creative problems solvers with a few issues that have come up. This was my 1st experience w/Great Lakes Honda City Service Dept and I was extremely happy with the quality of care I received. I worked with Jason & he provided me with great customer service, which is refreshing now a days. He explained the process to diagnose, repair, and was even able to warranty my faulty A/C compressor. When I picked up my vehicle it took less then 5 mins to cash out. My car was parked far away and I had trouble locating it but a wonderful gentleman walked all the way down to the next lot and drove it back to me. I appreciated this more than he realized because I have a medical condition that prohibits me from walking that far. So thank you to the older gentleman with the baseball cap & black hoodie for being genuinely kind. I was very impressed with the service dept & I highly recommend this team. I had a great experience at Great Lakes Honda City. My sales person was very motivated to get me into the vehicle that I wanted. Sergio made getting into a CR-V easy. I will recommend my friends and family to go to Great Lakes Honda City whenever they are in the market for a new or used vehicle.

Had an issue with tire rotation done at another shop. They identified that the issue was not as serious as all the dashboard lights made it seem. Fixed in one day and even got training on resetting the tires afyer maintenance. Great experience!

I had to use the collision department due to an accident that my vehicle was in. My car is a 2020 with18k miles on it. The accident was not my fault, as I was not in the car. I was concerned about the parts my car would receive and the care due to it being new and in an accident. The gentlemen in collision were awesome! They worked with the insurance company to make sure they got the Honda parts! They kept me informed , every step of the way, they walked me around the car when it was done! They made sure it was cleaned and taken care of! I am so happy I went to Honda City! I am very grateful to the collision team for their hard work to make sure I got Honda parts and even with doing this, they were always smiling & polite when speaking to me! I am very happy! Honda City always has the best service and is extremely accommodating!!! I dropped my car off the night before because my battery was dead and also needed an oil change. It was all ready to go within a few hours by the next morning! They also have the best price for my new battery over other shops. I always feel like a valued customer there.
