Great all around team here. The Work well together and efficiently while keeping me updated on my Jeep. Plus the Waiting room always looks great and stocked with free refreshments! Give them a shout with any auto need!

Stopped in on a Friday to make an appointment to have my snow tires on. Booked it for the next Tuesday at 9am. Was so happy they could get me in so fast. As I work close I dropped it off and told them I was done at 1:30 and would pick it up then. I arrived at 1:45 and didn t see it in the parking lot. I went inside and a guy came in the office from the garage and asked me if he could help me. I had an appointment at 9am for snow tires and he told me they just started working on it. When I explained I had another appt to go to he said well if you let me go I can go in and help. I don t understand why I even made an appt. A young gentlemen came in and by the way he was talking they were friends. He had a 2 pm appt. 15 mins later he was told it was done. I asked why my 9am wasn t done. He couldn t even explain to me why it wasn t done but a 2pm appt was done before me. I explained that I had a 3 o clock appointment and it was now 2:45 And I would most likely be charged for a no-show appointment. He did give me $30.00 off for my inconvenience but my bill was still over $100. Will not be returning!

I'd like to give a shout out to Jacob and the gentleman that worked with him that swap the tires on my boat trailer. I was in a hurry and they were able to get me right in. They took care of my tires and no time and we're very professional. These gentlemen represent your company well. Because of them you have gained a new customer.

Took my car in for a state inspection. Failed me because they said I don't have shims on the front brakes. Last brake job was 1.5 years ago, passed last years inspection, no issues driving the car. Quoted me over $200 for the shims to be put on so I could pass the inspection. Won't be back to this place.

Had double appointments for 2 of our vehicles. Got them in and done within a reasonable time. Bayberry Goodyear is my "go to" spot for auto work.

These guys (specifically Dan) got me in on a Sunday at 4:30 pm after I was refused in by the Mavis where I had an appointment. They waited for me, got me in with no problems, treated me like a human being and STILL applied a coupon on my purchase. Can t thank these guys enough for everything

Took a car in to have the winter tires put on. They told me they could not get 19 of the 20 lug nuts off because they were swollen, this does happen. They wanted to charge me $120.00 for lug nuts all around. However, I took the tires off a week before for an inspection with no problem. Told them no, took it to Mr. Tire next door and they took the lug nuts off with no problem. Obviously Goodyear lost a customer today.

I had a great first experience here. I had not the best visit with Pep Boys and called here for a second opinion and the fact they were able to get me in. They were upfront, honest, quick, and respectful. They explained everything to me in a kind way. My car drives much better now. This will definitely be my new go -to place. Thank you Brad and crew!

I stopped in to get a nail removed from my tire and a patch and came back 30 minutes later and was told that the nail was actually a tack that didn't puncture the tire and they removed it and charged me $0. Really appreciate the honesty as most businesses would have still charged. Will definitely give this place business in the future.

In the past 2 years, I have had several questionable experiences with service centers from various companies in Syracuse NY and the surrounding area. My experience today at Liverpool Goodyear topped them all. Setting an appointment on their website was fast and accurate. The technicians got my car right in to change the oil, inspect the vehicle, and rotate the tires all in less than an hour. The desk clerk explained any costs before the services were performed, and recommended the NY state inspection to be completed during this visit. This saved me both time and money. Thank you everyone at this service center for your outstanding service.

I was very impressed with the way in which the entire staff interacted with the variety of people that came in while I sat in their waiting area (which was very neat and comfortable by the way. As an older white gentlemen, I am often overlooked as employees make disparaging remarks about women, immigrants, minorities, etc. after they leave the store. I guess they figure I won't care. In any case, I was glad to see/hear the staff at this Goodyear store treating everyone with great respect and professionalism. I wish it wasn't true...but this is to often not the case in my experience. Oh...and by the way... the service they provided to my vehicle was timely, priced right and done well!!! Much respect to the workers at this establishment!!!!

A great place to get work done! I called to make an appointment to have my tires swapped over, an oil change and an inspection. Jason got me an appointment right away and the work was performed quickly once I got there. Also, they informed me that my vehicle had a safety recall issued, which I had no idea about. I wish that I could give them six stars!

I have taken my car here multiple times, and they are always honest about what absolutely needs to be done and what can wait but needs to be monitored. Every employee I have encountered is friendly and helpful, and Mike has gone above and beyond. This has been one of the first shops I have ever felt truly confident taking my car to knowing they aren't just trying to squeeze money out of me. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience at this Good Year! The manager and team made it a quick and painless process to get my car fixed. Clear communication about what was wrong and what needed to be done. Honest and trustworthy which can be hard to come by. The only place I will be bringing my vehicle!

I couldn't be happier with our first experience at Goodyear in Liverpool. My wife recently purchased a used vehicle from a dealership, but had been having trouble with one of the headlights. We initially dropped the car off to have the controller replaced. However, while they had the bumper off, the technician realized that the AC condensor was leaking coolant in more than one place! (looked like the dealership was pretty dishonest - they charged the system and sent us on our way.) When we received the call from the manager at Goodyear (Jason) about the additional issues, it could have been an extremely uncomfortable situation. Fortunately, he explained the issues very clearly and described the steps that they would take to fix the problems with full transparency. I felt that were not pushed into anything that we didn't want to do, and the pricing was more than fair. We had the AC system and headlight repaired in about a day, and the vehicle is running very well! I'll be dropping my truck off later in the week for brakes, and am looking forward to working with them again!

Great experience. I brought my vehicle in to get my snow tires swapped out. Jason was very helpful and professional. Also was able to help me with a last minute oil change and inspection request. Will not take my care anywhere else.

I went to Goodyear for a NYS Inspection. The car failed due to a broken parking brake cable. The part was no longer available new or aftermarket so I replaced with a used part. I brought it back to have it reinspected and they broke the replacement one. Mike was rude and even said I brought it to them broken. After arguing with him, he said they would fix it. I brought it back and Mike said they couldn t fix it and didn t know what to do. I had the cable fabricated and installed it myself. I brought it back to have it reinspected and they failed it for a missing sway bar and rusted frame neither of which was brought up the first three times. When I tried to get reimbursed for the cable Mike said it wasn t their problem and hung up on me.

Went in for a state inspection. The man at the front desk is incredibly nice (Dan, I think?) but the wait time is atrocious (not Dan's fault). My appointment was at 10am. I didn't leave until 11:30. Seems like my inspection was done by 11 but because poor Dan was the only person working the front desk, it took another half an hour because other customers kept coming in and calling. It's not rocket science to realize that placing all front desk responsibilities on one person is going to bring subpar results. As for the actual inspection, they left a huge chunk of glue residue above the actual sticker... Why was that not cleaned up? Seems silly.

I can t say enough great things about the staff at this location. Had a tear in the wall of our brand new tire. Less than 3000 miles on the car. 9 month pregnant wife with me and the staff helped us immediately and changed out a tire for us. They were getting ready to close and were completely kind, patient, and eager to help us out! Highly recommend these guys.

Went there for the last time yesterday. I had a similar experience the time before I went there, but figured it was a fluke. I have a fleet vehicle that has been serviced there 5 or 6 times. I called ahead to make an appointment where I had to wait with the vehicle to have an oil change and purchase new snow tires. I always show up early to my appointments just in case there are approval issues. Here is the time line of my day.9:30 arrive check in vehicle go grab coffee and try to get a little admin work done10:00 the time of the scheduled appointment11:30 I was called saying they haven't had approval yet and they requested it at 11:00. Then towards the end of the call they say they can't do the oil change on my truck because the lifts can't lift it now.12:10 after a few phone calls I get an email confirmation approving the snow tires and saying the approval was sent to the store. I notify the store of that.1:15 I arrive back at the store and my truck still is not getting serviced they say it will be in at 2:00 I go grab lunch2:30 arrive back at the shop and the truck is not being serviced3:05 truck enters shopi5:00 finally receive my truck back5:05 arrive at Valvoline5:20 Valvoline had finished my oil change, air filter and cabin filter replacement, and transfer case inspection.I'll never return to this shop since this is the second time something like this has happened. It is a very poorly managed shop.

With 6 children and 8 cars , Goodyear is the only place we go to for our car care! The staff are always friendly, courteous, informative and knowledgeable giving us theirbest price. We have never been disappointed. Would highly recommend Goodyear on Oswego Rd Liverpool.

This is the second time I have gone to this to this auto service of Goodyear on Route 31 & 57 and I am overwhelmed by such great customer service. The first time was months ago ( just before covid) I had a leak in my tire without an appointment I showed up late one Saturday afternoon they were a bit busy but the man at the desk (name eludes me now) was gracious and said no worries we will take your car right in dont want you driving around on a bad tire they pulled my car in and just needed to fix the seal. They didn't try to sell me a tire they took care of it - was respectful & when I went to pay they were like nope your good . I was surprised I figured there would be some fee for their time but no. I told them I would remember them and I would be back. Today I went in the man at the counter Julio greeted me with a smile & we discussed why I was there he looked something up for me, which truly he didn t have to I could have waited for an appointment and he gave me the information I so needed to move forward. I will be back there soon. Always great people skills making me feel like I wasn t just an older lady without any sense, my questions were valid! Great place! I will continue doing business here. Thanks guys

The entire staff at Goodyear was incredible. They were kind, compassionate, helpful and turned a high stress situation into a smooth stress free fix for me. Theresa is exceptional, and so is the entire team. I can't thank them enough, and they deserve the highest level of praise for going above and beyond for their customers.

I brought my car in for my New York State inspection and they called me and made some costly recommendations. They said none of them were necessary, save one, which was an issue they saw with my suspension, and would require around $225 to fix, or I would fail the inspection. I was suspicious, as I had just had my suspension redone, and so I declined the service and went elsewhere for the inspection, without a sticker and carrying the failure report.When I took it to a different shop (Firestone), they had not one, but three state inspectors come to look look at the issue which Goodyear had failed me for, and all three saw no issue, especially one which should have required a failure. Since it not only cost me money, but time as well (I had to leave my car for the day so they could get to it), I am very dissatisfied with this experience and will not be taking my car to this Goodyear location again.EDIT: After my complaint involved wasting my time, the "good people" at Goodyear replied and told me to call a number where I waited on hold for OVER HALF AN HOUR. I cannot give them a low enough rating at this point.

Terrible service. We scheduled to have 4 tires and a NYS inspection at 9am. We recieved E-mails confirming the 9am time slot. By 2:30pm we hadn't heard from them, so we called and they said it was going to be brought in at 3pm. They said it was a drop, and because it was a drop it gets moved the next available time slot. He claimed he called and confirmed the appointment of a drop but when he called he confirmed the 9am appointment. He then basically blew us off and told us the vehicle would be done by close and said goodbye. This was the Manager.
