Brandon was absolutely wonderful, communicative, swift and helpful. I had 2 inches of water on the floor of my car and no idea what it could ve been. This was the only shop to kindly offer to help immediately. I went in and they quickly diagnosed the problem and vacuumed my car out for free. The price of the service that followed was very reasonable and was done extremely quickly. Will be coming here for all my auto body needs!

Brandon and his team did a perfect job on my car, the service is excellent. Their service is so efficient too, I made an appointment on Wednesday and came to the shop on Thursday, 3hrs the dent is fixed! They even fixed the old dent and wash the car for me( I didn t even know). The dents are completely gone now and my car looks like a new car again! Overall, for the price and the service, I think this might be the best body shop you can find in Syracuse Area.

Brandon, the owner of Chuck Taylor s was great to work with. He was patient and respectful, answered all my questions and made things easy for me to understand. I d never been in an accident before so I wasn t sure what I was supposed to do. He gave me solid advice on what I should do to move forward.The work they did to restore my driver side front and passenger door was top notch. It looked perfect and I couldn t be happier. He s a really decent person and I m glad I used them, would recommend and would definitely go back.

I have had collision work and undercoating work done here for many years. Each time has been a 5 star experience. When talking to my insurance company about the repair, they ask who is doing the work and when I said Chuck Taylor's. The response was "Great!" and no more questions were asked.Undercoating? - My Florida purchased 2006 Accord was undercoated twice since I have owned it. I invite you to find rust on this car. The Corrosion Free system they use and the skill of the technician means I will be driving this car, rust free, for another 50k miles. For $230 per application - that is cheap insurance.

They did a great job on my car! It was ready even earlier than they said! Everyone there was so nice too so even great customer service --hard to find in today's world. I definitely recommend them!

Glad to be a loyal customer. I have for years been more than satisfied with the undercoating product , as advertised it clings to all the components treated. It doesn t drip like other treatment products out there ! I believe in this technology. But, this is not why I decided to contribute a review . Actually I am so impressed with the manner in which I am treated that it caused me to step up and do a review. They consistently return my vehicles to me with pride in their work. I ve never had a reason to complain. Whether it was my truck or cars .. each and every time I get them back looking better than ever! They take time to explain what was done in detail. and last but not least to mention they never fail to be professional in the way they conduct themselves. They set the bar high for their industry. All others should take notice.

I ve only worked with one other shop ever that made my experience as easy as this body shop. Insurance needs to be told about other damages? They did it. Need to be picked up at body shop by rental car company, they did it. Need rental extended because parts weren t immediately available? They did it. I did nothing except drop my damaged truck off and then pick it up. They even had rental car company come pick up rental from shop. These are the above and beyond s. The work was perfect. My truck looked amazing and was clean inside and out. They took care of everything. Very highly recommend this body shop

Was involved in a hit and run the other day, so I decided to rewrite the definition Get hit, run to Chuck Taylor s Body Shop! Brandon and Anthony have always taken care of my family's cars. They are reliable, honest, timely, and are reasonably priced. I wouldn t take our vehicles anywhere else, if I could give them 10 stars I would!!

My Kia Soul was hit by a deer and had considerable damage! I just got my car back and it looks beautiful! Good as new! Busted mirror I wanted to go to a local auto body place. They ordered the new mirror. It arrived in two days and it was installed when they received it. They did an excellent job and I highly recommend them for their attention to detail and customer service.

I've used them several times as well as had friends and family that have done so. They were the one shop in town willing to fix a dent in the bumper rather than just swapping it out for a completely brand new one, and did it for a lot less than the alternative.Recently had the Corrosion Free service done to prevent any further rust on my aging car, and they even threw in a free bottle of touch up paint to fill in the little road chips from regular driving to prevent rust in other areas. Also gave me a tip on how to apply the touchup paint to the really small points with an old matchstick so that I wouldn't overuse the paint.Service: Body & Trim

If I could tell whoever is reading this to run away so far from this body shop, personally, I WOULD. I have never in my life seen such unprofessional, lying, and manipulative people in my life. I had recently been hit on my passenger side, needing repairs done to both doors and the frame. State farm referred me to Chuck Taylor's Body Shop once everything with the insurance was ready, set, go. I called them to ask for their availability and they gave me Monday September 25, 2023. I brought my car to them on that Friday (due to me not being able to get there on Monday) and did not see my car until OVER A MONTH. It is now November 3rd and I am just now getting my car back. I had to call multiple times for them to continue to lie to me; countless times at that!. I will be calling State Farm and The Better Business Bureau. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

3 generations of thoughtful, helpful and caring professionals who want your vehicle to look like brand new when you drive away. I think our 2023 vehicle looked even better than the day we bought it and was completely repaired when we left their busy shop. Taylor s body shop did an excellent job fixing my car. Brandon led the way in restoring my car to its original pre accident condition. He made sure all work was performed to my satisfaction in a timely manner. Over the years this body shop has always been honest and professional. I highly recommend this company.

I have used Chuck Tayler Body Shop for many years and Brandon, Anthony and all his employees are always very nice and make sure everything is done right and my vehicle is clean when I get my vehicles back! Have recommended them to anyone that is in need of any type of body work to their vehicles!

I had a great experience with Brandon Taylor's auto body shop. I was so surprised with the speed with which he was able to get my car back into beautiful condition after I had backed out of my garage without noticing that I hadn't closed the rear hatch. Not only did he not laugh at me but he also discovered a way to save me over $200 on a $900 estimate!Service: Body & Trim

This was a really refreshing experience...we needed an estimate for work on an older PT Cruiser which had been sitting around for two months, and even after the determination it was too costly to fix, the guys at Chuck Taylor's filled up a low tire, charged the battery, and TRANSPORTED this terrible car back to my house, fearing that if they shut it off it wouldn't restart! Brandon went over and above the call of duty without earning a dime from all of that effort. Cannot say enough good things about them!

Recently had my daughters car in for repair and they did an excellent job. Everyone was polite and courteous and answered all questions quickly. I was most impressed a month later when we brought it in due to the heat shield coming loose and hanging under the car. They told us this was not part of the repairs they had completed, but brought the car in and fixed it for us free of charge [even though we offered to pay]. Problem fixed on the spot and excellent service, we will definitely be bringing our cars back for any body work needed. You do not see customer service like that anymore...thank you Chuck Taylor's Body Shop !!!!Service: Body & Trim

Anytime we have had to have body work done to a car, Chuck Taylor s Body Shop is the ONLY business we contact. They are pleasant to deal with and their quality is outstanding! We appreciate the positive experience! And although we don t want to see you again anytime soon because it means we need body work; lol :) we know we can count on you guys if we do! Thank you! I can't say enough good about this body shop! They were able to get me in right away, kept me updated and informed the whole time. They also handled updating the car rental company. I'm like a year late on this review BUT felt it necessary to still give. Owner is polite and trustworthy, extremely helpful and so understanding. They do everything they can to get you back in your vehicle as quickly as possible. When I say they go above and beyond its an understatement.!! Thank you for all that you do and being the best, wouldn't go anywhere else.!! 10 stars ; ]

Brandon and all the guys did a great job fixing my sons VWJetta after he hit a deer. They were able to get me in quickly and turned the car around in a couple weeks. It looks amazing. They were very easy to work with especially with our insurance. We needed towing and they took care of that also. I would recommend them to anyone! Great work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Honestly the work they did on my car was pretty good last year, but it was disappointing in communicating with the time that I didn't have my car. A 2 week thing ended up being over a month because things kept getting pushed back.I was given a loaner eventually to get by, but I would've appreciated a more realistic timetable. I get that things shift but still

Glad I stopped in to get a second opinion on repairing some scratches on a side door. I took my car in to the dealership to see how much it would cost to fix. I was given 2 options that I could have done . It was recommended that I choose the one that costs over $800.I spoke with Brandon at Chuck Taylor s , he took a look at it and said he could fix it and touch it up saving me hundreds of dollars. Car looks fantastic and I am so happy with the experience I received that I will be referring my friends and family to them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Customer service is by far top notch. I've been going here for years for the Corrosion Free undercoating on multiple vehicles. I've dealt with both the owner and his son, who always want the customer to be completely satisfied.

They made it so easy from start to finish with my vehicle damage. Reasonable prices, readily available appointments and stuck to the timeline they initially quoted. The work is exceptional - you d never know there was ever any damage.
