I can't even begin to express how wonderful my experience with Thriftway Auto Collision has been. I will start off by saying that when they were finished with my car it looked Un-friggin-believable! It literally looked like new.I am the original owner of a 2013 Audi A5 and have always taken very good care of it. I was so bummed when someone drove into it in a parking lot. I have never used Thriftway, I only went there by referral and I am so happy I did. The first day I went in there to check out the establishment, I was pleasantly greeted by Linda; she works behind the desk (sweetheart). Then I had the pleasure of meeting Steve (super nice guy). He came out from the garage to look at the damage. I was impressed that he was so detail oriented and went over everything with a fine-tooth comb. Linda and Steve were awesome! They made me feel very welcomed and I felt very comfortable that they were very experienced and knowledgeable. The two of them made everything so easy for me too. They literally took care of everything. They handled all the details with the insurance company, made appointment with adjuster, and even set me up with a car rental.The day I dropped off my car I met with Chris. Once I met him, I knew my car was going to be in good hands. He is very professional and genuinely a kind man. He kept me informed the entire time of how my car was progressing and went above and beyond to take care of me. I couldn't believe when I picked up my car how amazing it looked! They even went as far as completely detailing it. Beautiful! I love it! :)I can't thank Chris, Steve and Linda enough for the great work they did.Hands down the Best Body Shop!

I went to Thriftway after a bus hit my car while i was on vacation. The Team there was super professional throughout the entire process and helped me navigate dealing with the insurance company every step of the way and even getting me setup with a rental. I got my car back today after a short wait and it looks absolutely fantastic. I cant thank Chris and the rest of his team enough for the great work they did.Service: Body & Trim

These guys are extraordinary. Professional, courteous, fast, and all at a great price. I won t bring my car anywhere else. Chris was a pleasure to deal with, and the whole staff is top notch. I was referred here by my cousin to get some body work done after cracking my front bumper. The car was finished so much faster than it was supposed to be and Steve updated me every step of the way. Steve and his crew thoroughly checked the car and found every little damaged piece under the car. They made sure everything was fixed with factory parts too. When I got my car back, I didn't even recognize it! I got my car back in better condition than when I bought it from the dealer! I was so impressed and will definitely use them again. Chris and his staff are great.Having to get accident damage repair is very stressful on it s own.Chis took over the whole process from dealing with the insurance to making sure I had a loaner car. He took all of the stress out of the process so I could go about my business and not have to worry about getting my car repaired. And I could not be happier with the repair the paint matches beautifully and my car looks great.Definitely a top notch customer focused operation.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

It does not get better than thriftway. Dealing with any type of auto collision, big or small, can be so stressful. Thriftway takes care of everything!!!! I brought my truck in for damage from a hit and run, and they took care of every single step along the way. Zero stress, plus the staff is thorough, polite and a pleasure to deal with. Truck is immaculate and looks better than new.

By far the best service I've ever received anywhere , Steve and his crew are exceptional, they go above and beyond from helping getting you into a rental to the amazing work they do. My car is officially brand new again and I can't thank them enough. If you're looking for reliable, honest car care definitely go to thriftway you'll always return for any issues you have down the road. 5 stars isn't enough because this is the first body shop I've found that didn't beat me over the head and had my car ready exactly when they said they would.. amazing staff and owner..Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The customer service for this shop is great! They get the work done in a timely manner, are straightforward with what needs to be done and give an accurate timeline. My car looks like it is brand new again. They even cleaned my car which was a pleasant surprise. Chris and Thriftway are excellent! They handle everything with no stress to the customer. Tustworthy, hi-quality workmanship, and prices that are more than fair. For over 7 years I have traveled from 4 towns over and pass several autobody shops to work with Thriftway.

Had my 2016 ram 2500 in for rear end damage and paint. They finished the job before schedule. communication between them was the best customer service I ever experienced with a auto body shop. From handling all the insurance paperwork ,rental car it was easy for me knowing I was being taken cared of . The truck looks brand New!!! They went above and beyond on the paint work and even touched up the truck in spots that I thought were never going to look new again. Had our brand new 2022 Ford Edge repaired after a bad accident. Chris did an amazing job and got it back to us sooner then he promised! I've never been in an accident before so dealing with insurance and all things included were a bit overwhelming for me. Steve made the entire process so seamless and easy. He continuously kept me in the loop of what was going on and each step that needed to be taken. My car looked like it was brand new when I picked it up. He really went above and beyond to make things easier and comfortable for me, which is greatly appreciated.

I recently got into an accident and needed work on my car. I was referred to use this shop and I am so happy I did! They were excellent! The customer service was the best I ve ever used they were extremely helpful. This was my first accident and I wasn t sure of next steps, but they helped me out through every single step. Always there when I had a question! The nicest staff I ve ever dealt with. The work on my car came out phenomenal, looks brand new!! I will never go anywhere else. To begin with I went to Thriftway Auto Collision via a friends recommendation and not for nothin I feel better getting a referral from a close friend than just picking a random place, cause my old girl doesn't go just anywhere...I met with Steve and Chris about some damage on my (old girl) 2007 Dodge Ram. After speaking with them, I liked the options they gave me and was confident moving forward with there shop.I'm so happy with the work that they did on my truck, that not only will I use them again for any body work but I would bring Mother's car here..Thank you Steve and the whole team at Thriftway Auto Collision .I'm a customer for life.. Chris and everyone from Thriftway Auto Body are the best. Been taking my cars here for 15-20 years. Always very professional in every aspect of the Auto body world. From my cars being towed, to keeping me up to date on the progress of a car, dealing with the insurance companies( never easy for most) to the final delivery and the absolute beautiful work they do in making your car look as great as it did before!! Part of my house came off and hit my car. Thriftway handled everything with my insurance, and car rental, including returning my rental and making my car look like new again. Chris was very personal and compassionate he arranged for the adjuster to come to the garage to inspect all the damage. I brought my car to Thriftway Autobody for some body work and I met with Steve he was a very nice guy and took great care of my car. I went in banged up and came out shining and looking brand new.
