Excellent service at South Shore Subaru. I was greeted by Brandon who explained everything and gave me options, which I really appreciated. Really great service. Courteous and efficient. Beautiful waiting area. With bagels! Great communication, very fast delivery, and exactly as described. Very easy install less than an hour for all doors plus tweeters. Wish I would have done this sooner. Will definitely be ordering from Tim J again. Thank you.

The service here is typically amazing! Love them here. However, I had an issue with my tires where it was leaking air with the tire pressure light on every couple weeks or so. I took my car to the service center multiple times for them to find an issue with it because it became an annoyance and an inconvenience.They found nothing every time.I had to take it somewhere else and the problem was resolved and my tire was patched. And I haven t had the issue since. A little annoyed with that because the time I have spent going to them and complaining, was resolved within a day.

I brought my Forester into South Shore Subaru for a warranty issue. Brandon and Lisa in the service department were so helpful, communicative, quick and a pleasure to deal with! The service waiting area was clean (as was the bathroom) which added to my pleasant experience.

I was having some car trouble and called into the office as soon as they opened. Lisa was able to get me set up with a same day appointment as well as a loaner, with no issues at all. She was great with all of her help and made sure that I was taken care of. She had a car waiting for me and i was in and out in no time. I then worked with Brandon when I got into the shop. He was able to help me with all of my questions and was very detailed when it came to letting me know what was going on. He also let me know there was one day during the process he would not be in and he said that I would hear from him the following day. It was great customer service as he did not leave me hanging without knowing what was going on. The mechanics took good care of my car as they made sure that they did extra testing before handing the car over. I felt very comfortable and satisfied with my whole experience with Subaru.

Brandon was awesome and accommodating.He went over and above to get me out as quick as possible knowing I had another appointment to get to . One of the Best service advisors Subaru has servicing their customers . Thank you Brandon , I will definitely be back .

The guys and Lisa at Subaru always take great care of us at service .. anything we need is met with a smile! Brandon and Josh have been handling our car for all the service maintenance with care .. rich has always answered our questions and is very knowledgeable. Lisa and Justin always take great care of us with the loaner cars.. we can only use the forester as my mother is handicap. The forester is the only vehicle she can get in with out to much of an issue.

Brandon and crew were all friendly and very accommodating today. I brought my forester for an oil change and was also buying a car from them down the road Spoke to Lou today too. Exceptional staff. They drove me to the showroom also.

I had my 37500 mile service this past Saturday. Joshua was awesome and kept me constantly informed with their progress. I used to bring my car to another dealership but am a true South Shore customer now thank to the awesome service and staff.

South Shore Subaru Service was G R E A T! They kept to the Appt schedule & I was in an out in an hour and a half. Especially noteworthy was my automotive assistant LOU MARTINEZ he kept me informed every step of the way and explained anything I needed to know. His customer service is superb. I left as a happy, satisfied customer.

Recently serviced at South shore Service to install a new radio in my outback. My service Rep , Lou Martinez was wonderful in expediting the whole process from insurance claim to the radio replacement. Lou even helped me re-connect my cell phone to the new radio since I am not tech savvy.Thanks again Lou!

I had a braking issue with my vehicle on the road. I had my car towed after hours on a Friday, to South Shore Subaru to hopefully be looked at the following day. They were extremely polite and accommodating. Brandon in the service dept contacted me early the next morning to ask what happened. They found the issue (a faulty bolt) right away and as I have always had my car serviced there, they replaced the part at no charge. I had my car back that afternoon. Highly recommend!

Recently brought my Subaru in for service after the check engine light came on. My service advisor was Luis Martinez, and after diagnosing the problem, he proceeded to guide me through a fairly painless experience. Luis was very professional, clearly explaining what needed to be done, answering any questions, and keeping me updated on the progress of the entire repair. Since the fix would take a couple of days, he offered me a loaner car which came in handy getting to and from work. I've taken my car to South Shore for all service since purchasing it there in 2019, and have been satisfied so far. Definitely recommend this dealer, and especially Luis, whom I'll be requesting for future service.Service: Engine repair

Brandon and all the guys in the service department are top notch..very through diagnostic and clear explanation of what needed to be done to my vehicle they respected my decisions and were not pushy like salesmen..they treated me and my car like we were their most important customer stellar service and I will be coming back with my next vehicle repair. Great service, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I dropped my WRX off to get a wheel repair and a rental car was waiting for me. Brandon was the representative that helped me out. He kept in constant contact with me through text and let me know what was going on every step of the way, which I really appreciated. I have to say overall it was a great experience. So far I am very happy with my car and the service. I will definitely recommend South Shore Subaru to all my friends and family.
