You MUST see Sean. Been to a lot of service departments over the years and dealing with Sean is by far the best!! Clear, honest, understanding, informative This guy knows his stuff and is friendly to boot. Hands down, where I will be taking my car for servicing from now on. Aces in my book. Your car needs service, talk to Sean!!

Excellent service. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Will only come to Mavis, specifically this location, for my tire needs. Nelson at the front desk took the time to answer all of my questions and helped me choose the best tire for my needs and not the most expensive just to make the sale. 150% satisfied. Outstanding !

The best Mavis location around. I needed a tire rotation and I showed up without an appointment. They took me right in and had me back in my truck in less than 30 minutes. Very reasonable prices, great service, and good deals on new tires for those looking.

My tire was low in air and I came into Mavis to get it repaired. They took me in 5 minutes and found a peice if metal in my tire. They plugged the tire and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. They are always so accommodating and very nice. Happy Holidays!

The best experience I ve ever had at mavis! Came in for a bad TPMS sensor on my tire that was preventing my car passing inspection. They expeditiously rectified the issue at a great and reasonable price. The staff was friendly and professional. I cannot recommend them enough and will be coming back again in the future.

Had no problems getting an appointment, or dropping my vehicle off, the gentleman behind the counter was very helpful and polite. He told me they closed at 6:00 I could pick my vehicle up anytime before then. I got a phone call that my vehicle was ready, I told them I would be there around 5:00 5:15, and was told by the lady on the phone that won't work, that they locked the lobby at 5:00, I would have to be there before then or pick my vehicle up tomorrow. I mentioned I was told I could pick it up anytime before 6:00 and she very rudely told me the lobby gets locked at 5:00. I left work early to pick up my vehicle by 445pm, the hours sign on the door clearly stating open till 6pm,and was standing in the lobby for 10 minutes waiting for someone to help me before he I had to go around to the open garage door and yell in for help. The response from the woman in the back was "what, be there in a minute." She walks up from the back and again very rudely asks for my name, tells me the price and basically walks away. Fast service, not so great customer service.

Dropped the car off in the morning to mount/balance new tires and get an alignment before work. Got a call that it was done around 11. Went to drive it and the car pulls left. Went back and told me they would redo the alignment. I wait around for about 40 minutes and Nelson told me that they can t do the alignment because the machine wasn t working. So you couldn t tell the machine wasn t working the first time you did it? Didn t even do a road test before handing it back to the customer? So you would rather have them waste their own time because apparently the customer has nothing else to do right? What s the point of being a tire shop if you can t do an alignment? Worst part is that they didn t even know the machine wasn t working. However, they have no problem charging you for the service . Also, they scratched my wheels while mounting the new tires. Waste of my time never again coming here and I advise you all to do the same.

I found that my tire was flat when I walked out of work. I drove straight to Mavis and they changed both back tires in less than 30 minutes. They were quick, efficient, and accommodating! Thank you!!

Got a flat tire. Gave a call to Mavis and the woman at the front desk was happy to help. She offered me a variety of options upon arrival and the guys are Mavis hooked me up with a passenger side tire. Appreciate you guys.

I always use this location for my cars service and purchasing tires. The staff is courteous and the mechanics are spot on. I highly recommend this Mavis location
