I ve been going to elite for upgrades and maintenance for years, they tuned my brothers 2017 Volts Wagon GLI all APR Stage 1 ECU and TCU, they ve been their for me ever step of the way since I picked up my 2020 Audi s4. Phenomenal Service and Customer Care. Any Upgrades I Needed they where their for me. Joe at the front desk is one of the nicest guys I ve ever met in my entire life including their entire staff. Their genuine guys that love making your car even better then it was from factory. Whether Your Going to get your car Serviced Or Upgraded, for Aesthetics or tuning. Elite Motorsports is truly the best of the best. If you re thinking about sending your car to elite, do it. You will not be disappointed with the quality and craftsmanship these guys put out. Everything is 10/10

I've been going to Elite Motor Sports since switching from BMW to Audi. I have a 2005 Audi S4 B6 and been going to Elite Motor Sports since the previous owner recommended this shop to me. I go here for my cars oil changes and other services that my car required. They are upfront and honest with prices and service time window. Joseph who is a top Audi specialist is absolutely top level and has kept my B6 S4 running in tip top condition. He has literally kept my car alive and running better than any other car I have ever owned. I literally can't say enough good things about Joseph and his knowledge in Audi services. I live pretty far from their location but I am more than willing to travel to their shop for my car's services. I have recommended this shop to my friends and family who own German cars. Highly A+++ recommended!

I got my golf R serviced , and the car feels like it s brand new. Joe Miranda was awesome and answered all my questions. He knew exactly what was needed when I presented the problem I was having with my car to him and he recommended me in the right direction as far as what needed to be replaced etc. I felt very comfortable going to elite Motorsports and dealing with Joe. Service all around was top notch. Glad to have a reliable shop to take care of my car for the future now.

If you want great customer service and high level mechanics working on your vehicle Elite Motorsports is the best choice. They are the only shop I trust with my 2019 Mustang GT. They are honest and very fair with their pricing. I have used Elite since May of 2015, I bought a brand new Audi S3 and its only been to my dealer twice because of "recalls". Kai and Sal have taken Great care of me since the start. They have done every oil change, brakes, and of course the Tuning. I got the stage 1 first and that woke up my car, a year later went with the stage Two, that made the car feel like a whole different car, has no problem keeping up with some of the fastest cars on the road. These guys are professionals, truly mean that. My cars runs perfect and it now has almost 63,500 miles on it , Never had 1 issue with this car until my back window wouldnt go up, no problem, kai ordered the part and in few hours I was on my way. We just bought an Audi 7 for "the Wife" I plan on getting her car there next. Keep up the Great work boys!Services: Auto engine tuning, Body & Trim, Oil change

I recently visited Elite Motorsports for some maintenance work on my 911, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, Joe was incredibly friendly and accommodating.The technicians were highly skilled and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain in detail the work that needed to be done and the best course of action. They were also very transparent about the costs involved, providing an accurate estimate upfront, so there were no surprises at the end of the job.The repair work was completed promptly, and my car is now running flawlessly. Very impressed with my experience with Elite Motor Sports repair shop. Needed to have our Audi towed and called to see if I could bring it to Elite Motor Sports. The front desk was informative and attentive and the Elite mechanics were quickly able to assess the problem and provide solutions and estimates. Their quality of service, skills and knowledge on European cars, were excellent. Very professional at each step. Overall, excellent customer service and skilled and knowledgeable mechanics, who will go out of their way to help their customers. I visited Elite for the first time this week. I had previously made an appointment for a 75K service and inspection, along with an APR tune for my Audi Q5. Joe was very friendly and helpful from the moment I walked into the shop.It's obviously a very busy place and I appreciated them doing precisely the work they said they would do. Joe explained everything and covered every base. He actually called me a few times through the day to ask questions and provide status updates. This was tremendously reassuring for me.Looking forward to going back soon for more upgrades. Thank you Joe and thanks to all the techs in the shop. Kai and the crew at Elite Motorsports did an excellent job of performance enhancement on my '12 Audi A4 Avant. They took an aging vehicle I was actively considering it was time for an upgrade and gave it new life and performance better than new. Now I'm keeping it!!

This was my second visit the Elite Motorsports. This time for an APR software installation and an alignment. Both were done on time and correct. It feels like a different car now. As the car is new to me it was also nice that they pointed out a few issues that I need to take care of. Very nice people.

Kai and his team are by far the most professional shop on Long Island. With the honest, reliable service they provide it is always worth it every single time. I have been going to Elite for 8+ years now and will always go back. They have performed countless service, vehicle inspections, tuning and performance upgrades to my Audi. Took my A3 for lowering springs install and alignment and couldn t be happier with the result. Job was done cleanly, professionally and at the right price. It looks like I found me a new place in place of stealerships.

Elite Motorsports has and does it all! I knew going in this place was legit and after getting my Audi serviced there I am forever hooked. Joe at the front desk is such a staple to the business, I have not had the pleasure to meet other's yet but they perform very fine work & am truly looking forward to my next visit. Far better then any dealership services, they are here to earn YOUR respect, its that plain and simple. It may look like a place to pass up on, they have no fancy waiting rooms, or latte machine but I'll bring my own and check out the project's they work on to keep myself entertained :) Thanks again!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

guys at elite motorsports are TOP NOTCH !!! Giving very Generous $$$ Professional courtesy to fellow Automotive Venders like myself...KAI , SAL and all the techs at the shop are very knowlegable with tuned European Automobiles . ... and serviced my 2011 Audi A4 with APR Performance Intake, downpipe and cat and stage 2 tune.. and got me my NYS inspection as well ..thanks again guys 5 star auto sales will be back

I ve been dealing with Elite for the better half of three years now. What drew me into their business initially was their transparency. They were honest about the parts I needed and did not try to upsell me. They are also update to on any sensor recalibration needed for my car. This helped me trust their service.
