I woke up to my trunk window on my SUV completely shattered. I called Allstate, and the earliest date they had to repair was April 22. I searched different glass companies and found A & A Auto Glass in Lindenhurst. The owner Carina moved mountains to get the glass repaired asap. She originally gave me Monday for a repair date. She managed to expedite the ordering of the glass for today. She even had a personal affair to attend. She offered to store the car in her shop. She then called and said it would be done today. Within a couple of hours I had my car back with an amazing job! She certainly went above and beyond! I rate them a 5+++++++Happy customer,Benny Leggio

I ignored a small crack on my windshield for the past year and it grew big enough that the mechanic didn't want to pass me on inspection. I just stopped into this place and they got my insurance company on the phone immediately. I was in there for like 5 min and walked out with an appointment for the next morning. They replaced my windshield in less than 24 hours and it only took them like 30 min to change the glass. I couldn't believe how fast and easy it was and loved that I didn't have to deal with the insurance company other than give them my approval when they handed me the phone. They offered to come to me too if I needed it. Highly recommend this company! Very friendly service and Corinna and Morgan were both awesome.

Above and beyond customer service! I had a crack on my windshield and filed a claim at 9pm and by 9:30pm Corinna texted me to let me know she can fix it first thing in the morning. Corinna's staff came to my job and picked up my car and replaced the windshield and dropped off my car back at my job all within 2 hours! I had a great first experience and definitely will recommend this amazing company to everyone who needs!

This is the only place to go to. We called them on a holiday and they answered immediately. 48 hours later the job was done. Customer Service is fantastic. Highly recommend!

Reinstalled my review mirror in one shot when I attempted twice with no luck. Can t say enough about the amazing customer service Corinna provided. She has exceptional communication through email and by phone. She was able to fit me in a time that worked for me. She truly cares about her customers and providing them with the best possible experience. The best thing about it is that she wouldn t charge me for the service. They go above and beyond for their customer. Twice i have used their service and both times it was a weekend and even on their own time they were abke to get back to me and work so that I would have my windiows replaced the very next day. Also prices are very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone

Quickest response time ever. I had 2 vehicles done one of which they came to my location and changed the glass and the other I had to bring in due to camera reset , This company offered me 2 locations to choose from and got both of my vehicles done within 24 hours of contact, I am beyond impressed with their professionalism and workmanship. The owner takes Her time to help with scheduling , troubleshooting and oversees the job ever step of the way. I will only go to this company for my vehicle s glass needs now. Had Keith replace the windshield on my 1988 corvette convertible. This windshield happens to be a very difficult job that requires experience and patience to be done correctly. Well he did a perfect job like factory. His new facility is beautiful. Being in the automotive industry myself for over 25 years I highly recommend him and A&A auto glass to anyone in need of service. Thank you Keith!

The entire team was so helpful and accommodating to me and my needs. I had previous issues from a past window installment and calibration job and developed a new crack on my windshield and AA took care of everything. They fit me in the day after reaching out to them. They truly went above and beyond to accommodate me. The team was wonderful. I will absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs repair services. If I could leave more than 5 stars I would! I just had the best experience ever with A&A! We ve all been programmed to think we have to use Safelite for auto glass replacement, but I m SO HAPPY I dug a little deeper and found A&A.I couldn t get an appointment with Safelite for like a week and a half so I started to look into other options. I called A&A on a Friday at 6:30 and Corrina answered the phone after hours, answered all my questions, and told me she s be able to replace my windshield on Monday! Then she even texted me first thing Saturday morning with an update on the glass, I dropped my car off on Sunday and she texted me later in the day showing me she received my key and it was safe, and then by Monday the glass was replaced and good as new as she promised!She took care of everything with insurance, replaced the stickers on the windshield, recalibrated the windshield and everything! It just doesn t get any better than this when it comes to customer service and I truly appreciate Corrina and A&A!

This is the place to go. Clear, concise, personal service by the owner herself. I was helped with all insurance red tape, everything was taken care of and the appointment to replace my windshield was made as soon as possible. It was quick and easy, no hassle and the customer service truly oozes a family run place, which I loved. If you're anywhere in the Western Suffolk area or you're in a jam, GO HERE. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL!I recently purchased an audi that had a previous windshield issue. I brought it into this shop and they replaced the glass with an oem audi windshield. They calibrated the computer and everything works great! Corinna kept me updated with text message pictures and even followed up the next day to make sure everything was working properly. I was greeted on entry. The customer service is excellent. Everything was explained to me thoroughly. I had a few concerns and questions after the installation of my windshield which were addressed immediately and put me at ease right away. This business does not honor an appointment and took no ownership of their inability to honor an appointment. I tried to take my business to a local community based business. And in reply to the business response, I would have been happy if they honored my appointment time. I work. I rearranged my schedule to take care of the safety of my car. They called me the morning of to move the appointment up two hours.

Everybody at this shop is so friendly! Big plus for me. And cherry on top was they offered me the best quote. I called about 5 other places for quotes because I am on a tight budget. They saw me same day, I was in and out in about 25 minutes. Great place for your glass need had a car windshield replacement great in people here the woman at the front desk took great by care of me she did it all set up my appointment made sure to have the new windshield on hand took care of the insurance part so very happy with the service this was my first time going to this business but I will recommend them to everyone and I will be a repeat customer again if one of my car's need any kind of window replacement use them they're great

We had our windshield replaced on our 2018 Ford Edge to find out we had a bigger problem on our hands. From the factory they did not do the caulking around the existing windshield correct .We had it to the Ford dealer a number of times and they could not find the leak . We brought it to A &A the shop took care of the problem. They could not have been nicer . I can not say enough about the owner and the staff how they took care of us . I went to my dealer to get my windshield replaced and they wanted to charge over $1000. Someone recommend a & a and I am so glad that I listened. They installed the new glass for $600, did it about an hour and was super helpful and friendly! What a great experience! Highly recommended.

Alison Graham:I was recommended to A&A Auto Glass Plus after a horrible experience with Safelite. The installation of my front windshield was not properly installed by Safelite, which caused water damage in my car.Upon arrival at A&A Auto Glass Plus (with no appointment), the owner Corinna couldn t have been more professional and understanding of my situation. She had her technician find where the leak was coming from, while over seeing the situation herself.From there on in she dealt with my insurance company and Safelite as to rectifying the situation. And let me tell you, as the owner, Corinna personally handles many phone calls, sometimes three lines at one time. I saw this firsthand while in the waiting area.My car remained at A&A Auto Glass Plus. Representatives from my insurance company and Safelite needed to inspect the improper installation and damage to my vehicle. Once inspected and approved A&A Auto Glass Plus installed a new windshield in my car, and all is great.Throughout this whole ordeal Corinna constantly kept me informed of who she spoke to, conversations, and her own recommendations.I truly recommend this business for their professional, competent and reliable services!Service: Auto windshield repair

AMAZING! I contacted A&A auto glass AKA action auto glass late last night when my appointment for a new windshield and drivers side door window was pushed to March 30th. The incident happened March 8th.. Insurance companies aren't using or looking into places that can help us and I'm glad I did. Not even 12 hours after contacting A&A my car is done. They have people responding to quotes all hours of the night. I was able to get my car done because someone was working on getting my glass while most companies are asleep. They aren't waiting until 9am to call and help customers.After filling out the quote online I was contacted within 20 minutes. From there we set up everything up and had to wait for my insurance company to open. Thank you guys so much. Single mom with 3 kids and you really helped me out. The service guys were great, the office staff handling the appt and quotes were great I'm highly I'm impressed and thankful. My jeep looks great!

So depressing spending $1,000 on a windshield and it s used. Window came with numerous scratches on it and it just put me in a bad space knowing I saved up to get this job done.
