The best! Every time I go they are so quick and efficient. The best prices too! The staff is so attentive and professional you can tell they know what they are doing. Receptionist is very nice as well. Highly recommend, definitely will be back!

Went to get a leak plugged, I mistakenly told them the wrong tire. I pulled in and the place was empty 4 workers were in the garage, one guy said I need new tires. I just wanted the leak repaired and not looking for tires. A customer pulled in after me got 2 tires repaired. I was still waiting, then asked why am I waiting 25 minutes for a plug. I was told we are trying to save you money and fix your sensor. When they were done they said $35. I said guys I came in for a plug you didn t tell me I need a new sensor. I got back in my car and realized that it was the wrong tire they worked onand I had no issues with that tire. Their normal price for a plug is $21 at 631.After all that I took my car to Pro Lube on Route 109 and Arnold Ave in West Babylon, they plugged the tire for $10. 631 auto repair on the other side of the tire shop is aces, very honest and reasonable. The tire shop has gone downhill, will never use their tire shop again..

THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY! This tire place ordered the wrong size tires for my rims. Not only that but one of the tires are bad which makes my truck shake. I ve spent countless dollars trying to make my truck stop shaking all to find out I got a dud tire. Tommy refuses to replace my deformed tire and refuses to answer the phone. There s no communication. If I could give 0 stars I would. DONT GO HERE this place will take your money.

These gentleman are world class!! They even helped me find the wheel lock in my car. Thank you, I highly recommend. The lady at the desk was very welcoming as well!

Pulled in with a leaky tire. Did not wait long. Quick service and not over priced. Came back 15 minutes later with another car. Same results! Highly recommended.

Spoke to the lady in the morning, confirmed availability of the size required. Came down and had a look, clean shop. Got down to the job straightaway. Happy with the selection and professionalism.

I purchased a used tire when I was in a bind with a flat. They put a tire that had dry rot in the tread. And then 4 days later the tire went flat from a nail. No way of knowing if the nail was already there. But $220 later I had to get a new tire put on at a different Shop.

This is a very good place. But the woman in the office is so racist and treats people so horrible and always does everything with a bad attitude. And always giving bad faces when u ask to get something done , like she doesn t want to be there. My family goes there and even they got mistreated by her. Its sad because it s generally a good place and affordable and get treated very well by the men who work there.They always have a good attitude and always try and help, and always do an amazing job.But the lady is such a horrible person I don t know how they can have someone like that working at a place. I will never go and get something done at that place if that woman is still working there.

They handled what could have been a bad situation very well. I was appreciative of the office staff for trying and I only gave 4 stars because of the way the tech handled the situation. It was rectified in the most sensible way and thats all you can ask for.

Simply the BEST tire shop around. Great service, great pricing and super convenient. I've had my work trucks done here, my hot rods done here and my daily drivers done here. Always easy to deal with. Highly recommend

Came in short notice because I randomly got a flat tire. Everyone told me most tire places would be closed because it was 4pm on a Saturday but thankfully these guys were still open. The staff was super friendly and had the nail out of my tire and plugged up within 10 minutes! $15 dollars later my tire feels good as new. So thankful for this place!

Do not go to this tire shop. I took my pick up truck which has aftermarket wheels with half inch spacers. I went to go use the bathroom and the employee tells me that I m missing one spacer but he has one to sell me in his toolbox for $20. I was explaining to him there s no way that could be because the wheel will not sit on the hub without the spacer. The little blonde came out of the office with a dumb look on her face knowing that I was right. And then another gentleman came out of the office and I tried to explain to him that I found my original spacer 20 feet away from my truck behind an umbrella that was tucked behind a oil drum. The guy that came out of the office insisted that the spacer bounced off the floor and made its way behind the umbrella. Do not use this tire shop. After the white girl that came out of the office was finished cursing me out and the white guy explain to me that I had no idea what I was talking about they try to give me free service I refuse free service and I paid full cost for the service. Do not use this tire shop

Fast, efficient, and fair. I had several issues with my rims due to potholes. I took my car here to have to problems fixed and I am more than happy with the results. They quickly diagnosed the problems and were able to fix my rims for a fair price. They definitely saved me money on buying new rims and tires. I would definitely recommend this place!

They rush through cars and very careless. I brought my Mustang to get tires only to find out weeks later that they stripped 3 of my wheel studs due to cross threading the lug nuts and after bringing my wife's Acura here weeks later I discovered the wheel lock key was chewed up due to it not being on the lug correctly before it was removed. It's not always worth saving a few dollars now only to waste hours later fixing amateur mistakes. I highly recommend bringing your business elsewhere.

Bought 4 tires very fair prices.I bought there house brand,price includes mounting and balance quick and friendly service also wheel alignment .Tires ride very well quiet and smooth.They are honest after 5 years they inspected my brakes and said they are still good.All my car needs will go to them,My girl friend goes there too. Thanks 631 tired I

Great place..very friendly and helpful.. As a women i felt comfortable... Once they put on tires... Alex was helpful enough to drive my vehicle to mechanics around corner..part of there team.. And aligned my tires.. Thank you all.. I would recommend them to all.. Thanks again Alex and Louie-!!So a year+ latter and less then a year for my daughter and tires had to be replaced-!! And i only drive local and my daughter who had her tires done there less then a year ago . all gone..I don't recommend getting there used tires after what i have gone through...

I went there out of the blue, asked for a price, the price was the best around. I was told pull the truck 9n the middle bay, in seconds 4 guys jacked up my ram1500, each guy taking a tire, they had 3 machines and a balancer they all did something like a well oiled machine, I was out in an hr and 10 minutes! My tires are 35x12.50R17 .Pure beast tires weighing in at 70 lbs each. THESE GUYS ARE GREAT, ILL USE AGAIN AN HIGHLY RECOMEND

Charged us $140 to remove 4 tires and put on 4 new tires purchased from Amazon! And when I said does such a high price at least include new valves? They said no! I went there thinking it would be half that price at least.

Ask for Tommy. Pleasure to deal with. I shopped around and he was the best priced as well as took him up on his valued advice with tires. In and out in 20 minutes. Clean, Professional, honest and competitive.

Great experience.Called ahead to make sure they had the tire I needed, they did. When I got there I was directed to pull into a bay. I didn t even have to leave my car! They installed my new tire quickly and I was on my way!
