Was desperate for a knock sensor for friend's car when was in the area on a road trip. Had in stock and staff was helpful. What more can you ask for.

The inexpensive rotors at Advance are garbage, installed them twice and they warped. After the second time you would think that Advance would offer you at least a store credit. No they will offer you another set of rotors so you can go through the trouble of installing them again, I am now stuck with a full set of rotors I will never use again and out over $400. Advance now known to me as Trail Behind Auto Parts. Found Detroit Axle (detroitaxle) on ebay, over a thousand miles on them and no problems, the ones from Ad. no more than 300 miles and the car would shimmy, and best of all the ones from Detroit are 1/2 the price. GOODBYE ADVANCE, and your uncaring manager in Liberty NY. (I know managers can make exceptions).

Staff here is rude when it comes toUPS drop offs. Should be de-listed as an access point. The people who work here make up arbitrary rules when it comes to package drop off. I was told today my box is too big. It s slightly larger than a file box. Apparently it was because their designated shelf was full of other large boxes . Waste of time.

This location claims to have a UPS dropoff on-site.However, there is a sign in the window which states that they're not accepting any additional packages and the sign next to it give the location for the UPS customer Center. I've driven up to this location several times, at different times during the day, and found the same sign. It's quite it's quite possible that this location might be a great store for auto parts, but it certainly does not function as a UPS drop off. Based on my experience it should be delisted for UPS.

Great service. Just extremely higher end retail priced. Some if the same items on Amazon for 1/3 the price or less. But if you need it fast and can afford to spend $60. on a bulb that costs less than $30. online, this store or the Auto Zone right across the street will suffice.

So...after having my headlights go out, I stopped in to see if I can get a replacement bulb. The guys that were there were very helpful and knowledgeable, and helped to remedy the problem. Trevor did an awesome job of finding the problem, and his expertise was impressive.I would highly recommend this car parts store, as their service surpassed my expectations, and the guys were awesome, and should definitely get raises!

You can order everything online, ready to pick up. Discounts are great. They warrantied a starter with a lifetime warranty that I bought over 10 years ago online with no problem. No complaints, I've been to many of their locations.

I will Not prefer any one to stop in this store, especially with UPS drop off the, Lady there is very nasty and talks to the customers with disrespectful, the man there uses word like F..K , i Would tell the owners of the Company ADVANCED AUTO PARTS that they should change and use better customer service tellers on this Store 5378 Liberty Location, and UPS should look for another Store Drop Off if they still looking for people to use them in this Area.

Don t come here to drop off your UPS packages. In spite of it being listed as a drop off point, this location decides at random what packages they ll accept for pickup without listing any size limits on their site or sharing when you call. It s not a drop off point if you can t drop off one box. We will be complaining to UPS.

Employees are knowledgeable and helpful, and the store is well supplied, clean,and organized. If they don't have the part and needs to be ordered, it's usually processed in a timely manner.

Used to be really great place to shop for parts. But by all means not competitive with online parts houses. Majority of parts are made in China, India. Oil and lubricants are overpriced in my opinion. Can purchase same oil in Wal-Mart much much cheaper. Not enough employees to cover customers. Also they are not experienced like old school parts house guys. they can't even cross reference a part if their life depends on it.

The worst customer service. You literally have to beg the guys at the counter to do their job. I asked for a very simple part, when the guy went into the back he didn't actually look to see if they had the part he just said "nope we don't have it". This is the second time something like this has happened. I'll wait till Monday and get it from napa.

I came in I asked for a tail light bulb for my car they searched up exactly what type of car I have and I bought the bulbs it was the wrong one I guess it s not written right on there computerI came back they easily returned it and I took the one I need it

I Iive right next door to Advanced Auto parts and the manager of the store located in Liberty NY had my car illegally towed. She represents this location and has been harassing me for weeks. I bring my kids to the bus and she comes out yelling and cursing at me with my daughter in the back seat. I am not happy with what Advance Auto Parts is allowing happen by an employee.

Hands down the best parts store in Liberty. They have a lot of experience on the counter and were able to find me parts that Autozone couldn t even find on their computer.
