After my fave store is being replaced for another business. I tried this store for the first time. I can tell you that the old tradition of giving a straight answer, being charged for what I asked for, and being completed in a decent amount of time for my vehicle and for every every customer waiting there, I've nothing other than very good recommendations for this place. I do recommend to "shop local" because we need them and they need us! Perfect business at perfect place.

Fast, to-the-point, great service, honest - I have been going here for a long, long time, won't go anywhere else - for tires, brakes, inspection - a true family-run business, and they all work really hard.

So I (as well as several family members) have been a customer here for several years. Never a problem until today when I went in for a NYS Inspection. I am told that I need a drivers side wiper blade which seemed odd since I checked them right before I left to go there since they always seem to get me for this item. Seeing this as strange I asked to see the blade and sure enough, it was ripped halfway down the spine!!! Not sure how I missed that but no big deal. I told them to go ahead and change it. After five minutes (not sure how they did a NYS inspection so quickly) the old guy who I think is the owner comes to the window of the waiting room and says, loud enough for all to hear "Next time (which he need not worry about) I fail the car right away" and calls me a scumbag. LOL. Not sure but last I heard a repair shop was required by law to show you the defective parts and even return them to you if requested. So he slinks away and I get up and ask the guy behind the counter if I just heard correctly - he gives me some nonsense excuse and I ask him if the guy who just called me a scumbag would like to discuss it further with me. Shocking, but unfortunately he had already run and hid in the back room by that point.

UPDATE - 2/5/2024 Back here again after my battery died. Thankfully the crew was able to take me in and get me out in just about an hour. Haven't seen faster, better service EVER! This place rocks!Went here for the first time on 1/24/2024. They were referred by Dani up the road. (Muffler & Tire Repair). Went for an oil change and inspection (which apparently everyone else did too, lol).I will mirror what many have said here before....I was in and out within a half hour and even got new wiper blades. Service was with a smile and the waiting area was bigger than I expected. Welp. Thank you Dani, I've found a new home for my vehicle inspection and other needs....

There are 5 cars driven by our 5 family members. All our maintenance and tire needs are done here. They do a great job at a fair price, and never try to over sell you!!

Fast professional service and at a good price. I wish I could give them 6 stars. This place is so convenient if you have tire issues and more.I called ahead to see if they had a certain tire. They did not stock it. They ordered it for me which took 1 day as promised.When I showed up the next day my tires were sitting and waiting for me and they took my truck in before I could sit down to wait.I'm so happy with the service!!!

Got two new tires and alinment. Came back the next day because there was a screw in my back tire (one of the old tires). When they plugged it they said the front tires are losing air because the old valves are leaking so they had to replace those too. After I get home I look at my tires and they are all mixed up. The front driver side and rear passenger has the old tires. The front passenger and rear driver side has the new tires. I took the valve covers off so you can see the difference

The tire pressure light was coming up in my Altima. My doctor recommended I come to this place. This was my 1st time here...the staff was excellent, caring towards my needs & concerns. Will definitely be back in future if need be. Highly recommend this place!!!

Recently my daughter moved to North Massapequa and she called me today in a panic that she had gotten a tree branch in the sidewall of her tire. Being an auto mechanic for 25 years plus, she told me she was going to go to Mavis Tire to get it fixed and told her to stay far away from that place (had and knew friends with very bad experiences with that place, besides being over priced and don't perform most of the work they charge you for) and i will look for someone close to her home to go to. I googled her area and found your place Tire Discount Tire Pros. She went over to you guys and when she called me when she was done she told me how everyone was so nice over there and that you had her tire for her and was in and out very quickly. She told me she will be returning and recommending you to her friends.Not being so near to where she lives worries me about her car, but knowing she found you guys makes it easier.Thank you so much.

My neighbor told me about this gem and I have been a customer for 20 years. Today takes the cake. I had a slow leak in my front right tire. I drove 50 miles arriving at 5:13p, they found the leak, repaired it and I was on my way at 5:17p...no joke. This place is the best.

A few days ago I was driving in Long Island and I was noticed that my steering shaking a little bit on the highway at 65-75mph. I decided to stop by that tire shop and perform the high-speed wheel balancing for the front ones. The service was quick but not quality at all. When I got my car back I checked the front tires and I saw they installed old weights. Then I started inspecting their job I touch one metal weight with my finger and it is fall off. I got back to the office and tell them that the job was done very slappy. they took my vehicle back and rebalance that wheel. I finally left. I got to the highway the imbalance becomes worst than before. I called them immediately they said you can come back and we will do the job again. But it was close to the evening at traffic builds up and my GPS show it is 35 minutes to go back. When I got to my neighborhood I stopped by my local tire place and ask them to check what was done to my wheels. The guy speaking of the wheel at his machine and shows 2.25oz on the outer side and 1.50oz on the inner side. He redoes the balancing and my car became very smooth on the highway.

Tire pros Levittown across from ShopRite on Hempstead Turnpike5 thumbs up!!I went in there the guy at the desk told me 30 minutes. I was out in 10! Poor kid fixed the tire in the pouring rain too! Go see Paulie if you need a tire fixed, great kid!

Ha a comedy of errors and hot headed old guys. I worked out some simple work and was either unclear or it wasn t communicated right. Job done wrong. Went to complain and got into a nose to nose toe to toe w the owner. The employees were freaked out. After 5 minutes of yelling at each other we realized we re old, it s 98 degrees, we re all busy and stressed. We laughed and both conceded they could have done better. He cut me a great deal on a replacement tire which I needed to pass inspection, did the work as needed and even got in an oil change and inspection. In business it s not always the problem that matters, but how it s resolved. I continue to use and recommend this shop. The owner and I will be fighting on the undercard of UFC 299. Lol. I can't say enough good things about this shop. I've used them for well over a decade - everything from inspections to nails in my tires, full tire replacements several cars. When I was younger and a newer car owner I shopped around for tires and this shop gave me the best price so I've been going back to them since. Just this morning my headlight was out. I stopped by the shop to see if they could quickly replace it. The guy came back in 5 minutes later and told me that the connection was just loose so he tightened it up and it was no charge. I appreciate their honestly, respectfulness, and customer service over the years. I can't imagine this ever NOT being my go-to shop and I'm happy to tell everyone I know about my positive experiences with them.

In and out in less than 30 minutes for a tire change. They were half the price that Mavis wanted to charge me. No BS or shady business tactics. I would highly recommend

I wouldn't go here if it was the last place on earth for tires. The owner has an attitude and makes you feel like a dirtbag. The employees seemed nice and apologized. Feel bad for them. I'm still shocked. I never do this complaining game. I haven't been disrespected like that in a long time. Bad business..

I will drive out of my way to come here. The staff is honest , their prices are reasonable and they get you in and out extremely fast. I have used them for tires a few times now and will continue to come back .

This is the only place I ll take my cars in the area. The staff is extremely helpful and won t try to take advantage of you. I ve been more than 5 times and every time I m in and out within an hour.

Brought my car here for tires and, not only they're polite but efficient starting at the reception. They seem to be fully stocked with all the brands. Quick service and quality. Got my car back within the hour and drove home satisfied. Tire pros is a reliable place. I'll be back... :)

Everybody was really really nice guy with the beard amazing job helping me with picking out the tires even showed me what the tires would look like. I am really impressed with what knowledge he had. I ordered the tires from him two days ago and then they came right on time. Friday I got them install everything with insulation went perfectly tires are amazing. I m really happy with the actual job. Only thing I ll say is the girl behind the desk should not be working behind the desk. She is very nonchalant and seems like she does not care about the customers. She s loud and kind of annoying to be honest. Basically lacks customer relations and customer service in general, all of my business. She didn t specifically do anything wrong it s just a tone that she has does not seem like she should be in front of the customers. She had issues with other customers while I was sitting there waiting for my stuff to be done . Just a thought , She was yelling at the guy putting on the wipers on someone s car because the person only put on one wiper kept yelling at him saying that it s making her look bad it s making her look bad super loud for everyone to hear. That s something she should talk to them about in the back somewhere not in front of us so we don t wanna hear the issues you have at your tire shop. Just get the job done without giving us stress of being in the Shop Waiting for and listening to that.

THE NICEST and most HONEST CAR PLACE EVER!!!!!!! I went in with what i thought was a flat tire. They took time to look over ALL my tires, check for flats, holes, etc. They found nothing and recalibrated the tire pressure on my car computer. They did all that and charged me nothing. They were amazing. Its rare to find good, honest people who know what they're doing. I will absolutely be back and i HIGHLY Recommend !!!!!!!
