I was definitely impressed by Brad Simon s expertise, patience, and knowledge. He was able to answer all my questions regarding leasing my new Mach-e since it would be my first time leasing. He made sure I understood the car and I was very impressed by that. He took the time to show me the car even after I had signed off on it. Which was a big deal for me being that this has not been my experience with my previous car from a different dealership. Brad also helped my dad purchase a Ranger and again had a great experience. We re a big family so it s safe to say we ve had different experiences at quite a few dealerships but we can t complain about this one. We felt welcomed and as if being taken care of by family. Brad (sales), Waiel (finance), and Eric (finance) made for our experience to be smooth and stress-free! Also the rest of the staff is nice and friendly. We were greeted and while we looked around they took the time to answer our questions. 10/10 experience and will definitely recommend!

My boyfriend and I just leased a beautiful 2023 Ford Edge from Levittown Ford and had a wonderful experience through the whole process. Our sales guy Mike F was very easy to work with , patient and made sure he found the perfect car for our family . Also Erik from finance made that entire process extremely fast and easy! If you re looking for a car I highly reccomend you go to Levittown ford ! You will not be disappointed!!

My vehicle was dropped off on October 10, 2023, for a list of issues which included transmission issues. The vehicle was ready for pickup on Nov. 2ND,2023 with only the transmission issue fixed as other issues were not needed or parts were needed. I drove it 1HR out east and the transmission was leaking and burning on my exhaust with an awful chemical smell which I have videos of. Took the vehicle back the same day and the service department found that the transmission pan gasket was leaking which was part of the transmission overhaul originally done. Picked up the vehicle on Nov 8th. noticed it was still full of trans fluid and could smell it while driving home. The smell persisted for weeks but didn't take it back in because I was awaiting rental reimbursements which were over $2500 and FORD's extended warranty policy only covered $400. I had confirmation from multiple reps and service advisors that my 10 days were approved and have all case numbers and screenshots of this. Reimbursements were never received from the dealership. DECEMBER 11TH took another drive in an attempt to go back home to Florida and the vehicle started leaking again. Went in the next day and did not like the attitude of the service so I did not leave my vehicle to be serviced and before I left I confirmed that I was receiving the $400 which I should have recorded because I contacted the dealership today and received this message from the GM"I am sorry you are having problems with your F-150. All repairs performed at Levittown Ford Service were performed according to Ford Motor co. standards and procedure. Any reimbursement for money you might have laid out for a loner vehicle must be approved by Ford. Tonia did submit a reimbursement request on your behalf, and it was denied.Unfortunately, because you have you have retained counsel and have an active lemon law case open with Ford, Levittown Ford can no longer be involved with your case.Good luck in the future.Best Regards,Charles RicottoniGeneral Manager "I informed them of the ongoing issues I had with the vehicle and the current lemon lawsuit I am in progress with Ford regarding a settlement because of all the downtime I had with the vehicle which added up to over 3 months since owning this vehicle over the 2 years and some months. A lemon lawsuit does not affect any warranty on the vehicle or extended warranty bought on the original contract. I've requested information regarding this from the dealership via email and did not get a response. I then had to call Ford Customer Rep after 2-30min calls were dropped I got in touch with a nice rep that informed me the reimbursement case was denied because 2/4 rentals I submitted were a BMW which I rented because I had to fly home to Florida and that was only for 4 days the other rentals I had were an F150 pickup for 2 weeks and a Ford Explorer for 1 week which were in NY. I am baffled that this is the response and the dealer does not want to fix issues that arose after they were the only ones that serviced the transmission. I am posting this with no malicious intent but as a warning about the type of service provided by this dealership and the response from upper management. I've visited countless automotive dealerships across Long Island over the years but have never felt compelled to leave a 5-star review until now. My recent encounter with Kevin at Levittown Ford completely changed my perspective on car sales.With an upcoming out-of-state move, I found myself in a position where I no longer needed my truck, despite having six months and over $5,000 in payments left on it. I gave Kevin a heads-up that I was pressed for time and only had 20 minutes to spare. True to his word, Kevin expedited the appraisal process, had the numbers ready within five minutes, and managed to free me from my lease without any additional expenses on my part. All of this, impressively, within the 20-minute window.The efficiency, honesty, and straightforwardness displayed were unparalleled. Handing over my keys and concluding the deal was a breeze. This encounter stands out as the most seamless and satisfying dealership experience I've had in over two decades.

I bought my 2023 Bronco wildtrak from Levittown Ford. I had a wonderful experience throughout the whole transaction. My sales person Treigh was very friendly and professional. He guided us through the whole process and made sure delivery goes very smooth! Will at finance got us the best deal possible through a credit union! Got a new service rep Elvis. He s definitely the best. Easy to work with. Knows his information and recommendations are accurate. Time is always important to me and he was quick and for the first time ever of dealing with car services in numerous locations and brands this is the first that my car was actually done when it was going to be done. Highly highly recommend Elvis if your looking to go here for a service.

I went to purchase a mustang and Artie Growich was a phenomenal help. He assisted me in test driving the car and writing up all the information without any delay. He also answered each and every question I had, the whole process was extremely smooth thanks to him. While I can t speak for the whole ford team, I can speak on his behalf as he was part of the reason I completed the purchase the same day. Will fawaz also was such a great help and he made the financing and final transition smooth while accommodating for me. Both these individuals are solely why I will come buy a car from this dealership again and recommend it to my friends and family.

I just brought my explorer in for its first oil change at the service center and was helped by service advisor Alexis Bell. Alexis was fantastic she noticed that there were no Ford points added to my account, so she made a phone call and made sure my points were added onto my account. As my first maintenance check, small repair and oil change were going to take some time she arranged to have me brought home until the work was done. I am so impressed with the customer service I received. Alexis was very personable, professional and efficient. I would highly recommend using Levittown Ford, not only their service center but the dealership itself as that is were I originally bought my car and received the same courteous, helpful service.

I just bought an explorer from Levittown ford yesterday. The transaction couldn t have been any smoother thanks to Zaid Badsha. I was in and out within an hour. He had everything set up for when I arrived. I was searching for an explorer throughout the city and Long Island the past couple of weeks and had nothing but bad luck. Some places wouldn t work with the price while others were flat out rude. I m honestly happy with my purchase, and highly recommend if you are looking for a car to go to Levittown ford and ask for Zaid. If I ever buy another ford in the future I definitely will be buying it from here.

The worst experience we ve ever had buying a car, let alone from a dealership. My boyfriend loves cars, especially Fords, so he is no newbie when it comes to buying/trading cars.We were coming from 4 hours away to trade for an Expedition. We reached out to them the week prior and let them run credit, submitted all the necessary documents like insurance, title etc. so that when we were down there it would be a smooth process. It could not have been further from that. We were at the dealership in total for 6 hours (with a toddler). They were not ready for us at all with the loan or the trade paperwork. They offered us a low price for our trade which okay that s the market but still it was a rare Focus RS super clean with low miles. They ran my credit 3 times, and asked for every single piece of paper or information that we had previously given them the week prior via email, text or online. At the time of the deal they assured us they would return our plates so we didn t have to. We got a letter in the mail from DMV a few months later that my boyfriend s license was suspended due to not returning plates. Turns out they were sitting in the sales persons desk the entire time. The cherry on top is how disgusting the car was. We bought a $40,000 car and the inside was gross. And let s not forget the gas light was on so we pulled out of the dealership and had to immediately stop for gas. It was literally a joke. If we hadn t come from 4 hours away we would have walked out.All I can say is that last week I purchased a car from a local dealership and from the time I walked in to the time I walked out I was there for 2 hours. The car was detailed, the tank was full and they were on top of their game. What a difference from Levittown Ford.

Just bought a car from Brad Simon from Levittown Ford. He was an awesome sales man. He talked with me, made me feel like I was important. Answered my questions, helped me understand how my Mustang operated. Last car I bought, the sales person wouldn't even talk to me. Just told me to fill out the forms while he was on the phone. I will definitely be coming back here for my future cars. Would highly recommend this location to anyone who wants to buy a car.
