I visited this establishment for a tire replacement on my Tesla, and I was thoroughly impressed by their exceptional professionalism and the fact that they possessed the appropriate equipment to safely lift a Tesla. Incredibly, I was efficiently in and out in less than half an hour. I wholeheartedly endorse this establishment for anyone seeking high-quality service.

Quick and Efficient Service. My Tesla got a flat tire. I went to few more service providers they could not fix flat tire. I landed at house of tires at the end. They are Very welcoming.The staffs are really professional and hard working. Went on a weekday it was less crowded. The service was pretty fast. Price was reasonable.They have a nice waiting area too. Would love to visit again.

I brought a car here to get diagnosed and to find out if the car was worth keeping or not, Fred diagnosed my car because I had a check engine light on and a bunch of other lights, Fred said after handing me four pages of fault codes to sell the car as fast as you can and get what you can for it because it's not worth fixing, that's too bad because it was a really nice Cadillac SUV however I was not interested in dumping a couple of thousand $$$$ into it.

This place has very good service, went here to buy a new tire, installed & balanced on a rim. Got there a little early before they were open. Went inside were Fred helped me. Took care of it himself. Had the tire done in about 15 minutes. I appreciate that I was not waiting for 2 hours like some of the places for just for one tire. I recommend this place has good service & no attitudes.

heard about this place from a friend and I was amazed. Not only did this place deal with my indecisiveness for three days about which tire I was going to get they guided me in the right direction until I came in from Queens (over an hour drive(based on trust)and even spoke with me before I opened the front door of the establishment (somebody was outdoors, which seems to be often since the garage door is open-while they work) once I walked in I was greeted by staff and sat down. I was lucky enough to charge my cell phone bc the outlet was next to me in the waiting room (as it died in transport1 hour 15 to get to this amazing place) and even asked the woman to charge my phone behind the counter while I walked around the quaint little town.Besides, the new tires coming out of the box, somebody cleans the tire again, so they can mount the tire safely which I have never seen before in my 16 years of driving and getting new tires elsewhere! I was so lucky to have found this place as I will continue the journey of life with getting new tires here! Thank you team. you have gained a life long customer!I forgot to mention great price of each selection of tires!

Needed a set of 4 tires. They matched the tires to the type of driving I do. No pressure to buy a more expensive tire . In fact, the tire I originally wanted to put on my car I was talked out of because they said it would be too much tire for my driving needs. I got a less expensive tire but a very good brand and an extremely good rating. These tires are great and give my car a very quiet ride and handle the bumps extremely well making for a smooth and soft ride. I am very happy with my purchase and they were able to save me a couple of hundred dollars.

Highly recommend! The gentlemen in the front are knowledgeable, kind and answered all of my questions. The service was quick, seamless and everything you could ask for. I will be a returning customer. Thank you to the wonderful team of Levittown House of Tires :)

Went in with a screw in tire. The Shop wouldn't repair the tire saying it's this and that and I need a new tire. I was 30 miles from home and they would only put air in it. I needed a plug or a patch but they were unwilling for liability reasons. The tire was not bald and definitely safe to drive. I didn't disclose to them that I have over 30 years experience in new and used auto sales . I immediately drove towards home with my slowly leaking tire with the screw in place and went directly to my usual tire shop. A few minutes later the tire was fixed for $20.

Not only did they destroy my radiator to the point where my car was overheating, but my cabin camera picked up the mechanics, one which was the lead mechanic insulting me about my weight. Furthermore, the driver was almost nodding out as he was driving my car, and both mechanics were driving without seatbelts for over 90% of the trip.After making all this known to the owner, he simply refused to fix it and gave me $271 back without any regard to how I was treated.We are a local business as well and strive to do the best we can for our customers- I never treated any customer, even the less favorable ones, nearly as poorly as I was treated.Avoid this place at all costs!

These guys are the best! A rare find in the tire market, they are not looking to gouge your wallet. Had my car finished in 2 hours and saved $1000 over what Mercedes Roslyn wanted to charge. Highly recommend.

This is my go to place. Absolutely trust the people here, I don't have to worry about if someone is trying to rip me off or not. They are honest, genuine and sincerely cares about customers. Could not be more grateful that they are located in my neighborhood .

Took my HVAC work truck here for brakes. Not only did they take my $900 for the brakesTHEY STOLE AT LEAST ONE PART OUT OF THE BACK OF MY TRUCK!!!!!! And let my truck run idle for so long my MPG went from 28 to SIX!!! Why does my truck have to idle to do a brake job? They lost me. My wife and 2 kids cars. NEVER AGAIN!!! I only wish I could give ZERO stars Pathetic employees STEALING food off my kids plates. So I'm back to my old mechanic. More expensive but at least they were trust worthy.UPDATEMore lies from the untrustworthy mechanics. I never brought my tuck In for "a noise". It was a brake job!! So no reason to idle for hours And no I wont be calling you. For what exactly? so you can call me a liar some more? No thanks thiefs.

Great Service. I went there because I recently got a flat tire that bit through to the wheel. So I chose this location because they also repair wheels and I wanted to choose something local instead of a big company. They did all the work. They inspected my tire for me, let me know that the wheel was fine, and the new tire was balanced and mounted in 40 minutes - even with two customers ahead of me. Overall great experience, and this will be the first place I think of next time I need to do anything involving tires or wheels.

I visited this location middle of winter season in need of tires. I walked in as a single female under duress. I had a donut on one wheel and tires that weren't up to standards for wet weather. The response I got from all the guys here was fantastic.I had my own tires to install but they weren't the right size. Instead of them taking advantage of the situation they were all business. Each one was very respectful and showed genuine concern for my safety The gentleman in charge gave me options and left the decision up to me.They gave me a price and a time when the tries would be there ready to install. The next day I came in on my lunch break. They remembered me and got me in & out within the hour. I paid the same price I was quoted. My one criticism is the technician(s) left my glove and console compartments in disarray looking for nut locks. Other than that, I absolutely recommend House of Tires!

Excellent, honest, top quality master mechanics. Perfect honest gentleman working here. They walk their talk, work is rooted in integrity and customer satisfaction. I cannot state enough good and I m an ornery combative type who s skeptical. Highly recommended. Refreshing to see there s still honest hard working people in business who value their reputation. I bought some brand new tires here there was no muss no fuss 30 minutes later I was out and finished driving down the road. Very effective and efficient. Polite staff as well. In my further dealings with this business there have been some bumps in the road. I bought a new tire and had them rotate all of them. The week before, I had an inspection done. My truck was passed. Two weeks later there was a problem with my brakes. When I called to see if I could bring it in, I was told yes come on down. When I got halfway there I got a call saying that they actually couldn't take me. They were too busy. When I brought it to another Mechanic shop I found out that I needed a $1300 brake job. And that I was lucky not to have been in an accident in the preceding weeks. House of tires had my wheels off twice in those preceding weeks, one of those times being an inspection, and no one mentioned anything about my rotors having deep grooves in them like I was shown after spending $1300 in the other Mechanics shop. I should have been warned! This was a serious oversight that could've resulted in myself and possibly my family being injured.

So long story short I had just come back from a 3 day vacation to find my car had a flat. I rushed over to Brett and I can t say enough good things about him his father rick and the entire staff. I only wanted used tires and Brett said no problem at first and they could find them so he gave me an incredible deal on 2 brand new tires. The mechanic was Great and very nice, and the rest of the staff was. Great too....I will be going back to get my brakes done just because of this experience I just had with them

Be careful. love love Brett the Son. Brought food for these dear gentleman in line with some of his neighbors on the streets behind them, we are trying to bring the community together. And some of them were very rude says my friend who was on the phone with me at the time. I have some customers for them. And have shared dish with my mechanic friends. But they and Rick was very rude. They ate my food but they treated us very rude they promised us a deal and then when I had a flat in the tire that they gave me they got all their money back. That was sneaky. But the father Rick. Didn't give us friendly service and they were a little too witty it seemed to upset my friend who was with me. They charge me over $27 to plug a tire. Was trying to recommend to some friends . As of September 2019 they still conduct business the same way. Very annoying

This place is always amazing and HONEST. I needed an inspection/oil change/ wiper blade etc. My vehicle is 13 years old and I also heard a noise from the serpentine belt and asked to have it replaced. When the work was done I asked about the cost of the belt and was told it was fine and just needed to be tightened/adjusted. This is not the first time I thought I needed something and was told it was fine. The workers and owners are great. Keep up the good work and the honesty..

I had my brake pads and rotors changed on both axles. It took 2.5 hours total which is better than expected since they were very busy. They let me bring my own parts and charged reasonable labor rates. The charges were clearly explained to me beforehand, and they stayed to their quoted rate. I'm extremely satisfied and will return to them for work on my car.

Had a slow leak and they took me in and fixed it even though they were extremely busy. Sounds like everyone that goes there likes them as well. Thanks for getting my tire fixed even though you were busy. I truly appreciate it!

Absolutely the best customer service here!!, I was helped by Frank who was able to find a tire for my Acura ILX, Great prices here & great service. Will be back anytime I need tires. There is good reason why they have been in business for over 60 years. Thank so much

This place seems right out of the 50s, including service with a smile. Ordered 4 tires for my '94 Camry, and they delivered on a competitive price, with installation, valves and balancing all included. Moreover, I arrived at their shop at 8:05 a.m., and was in my car, headed home, within 45 minutes. Amazing bunch of people.

Excellent service. Brought in a slow leaking the and the repair was quickly completed at a reasonable price. Sally my tire developed a bubble on the sidewall. I brought in a replacement tire and one again... within a short time the tire was replaced. Always friendly staff.
