I had a tire blow out a guy with backward cap on was complaining quite a bit at first even saying they may not be able to do anything until the next day even though they had 2hrs left of being open, when he said he would try he said he couldn't get tire to bead even though I don't recall ever hearing the blaster which is pretty loud, I have expensive rims because they supposedly couldn't get tire on scratched up my rim also I went to sloat tire and they were able to do it in 15 mins and even said Monroe shouldn't have a problem doing it.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Monro Muffler Shop MMB 369 in LeRoy, New York. On March 5, 2024, I brought my 2011 Suzuki SX4 into the shop to have the front left TPMS sensor replaced. Despite being charged $147.95 for the repair, the problem was not resolved.To make things worse, the staff failed to inform me that my serpentine belt was missing a splash guard, which damaged the belt. I had to take my car to another mechanic to replace the belt. After replacing it at Monro, this cost me an additional $222.31 a month.I felt discriminated against by two employees due to my disability, which caused slight differences in my mannerisms and speech. The unprofessional behavior of a female front desk manager and a tall, slim individual with black hair, glasses, and a dark-colored backward baseball hat made me feel mistreated. I had been there for alignment and LED light bulb installation a day earlier, which cost me over $220. While I understand that some tasks can be challenging, charging $80 for installing light bulbs, which I purchased from Amazon, seems excessive to me, especially since I have carpal tunnel syndrome, which makes it difficult for me to turn the two black objects attached to the headlights on my own.I feel like the person wearing the backward baseball cap complained about having to 'fix' my TPMS and told me he didn't like it. When I asked about doing it the next day, he became rude and told me to make an appointment with the lady at the front desk. Before these two incidents, I would have recommended people turn to this shop or the Geneseo branch for their car needs, but not anymore. It seems that integrity is lacking in the world of mechanics.On March 25, 2024, at 3:58 PM, I called Monro Corp Customer Service to seek a resolution to the issue. I was placed on hold for 30 minutes. After I explained what was happening to the representative, she hung up on me.This Monro Muffler Shop provided poor service, failed to resolve the issue I came in for, and neglected to inform me about additional problems with my vehicle. The staff's unprofessional conduct and the company's poor customer service leave me deeply unsatisfied. I strongly advise against taking your vehicle to this location, as they seem more interested in making a quick buck than providing quality service and treating customers with respect.

I directed my son to Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers after he called me looking for help with the tire blow out he had on the highway. He was in and out in a little over an hour with a fairly priced brand new tire installed on his car. I can't thank you enough for the high quality, quick service!

Had a tire blow out on interstate they sold us a new tire and installed the tire in less than an hour and we were on our way. Friendly people to work with

I would recommend anyone who goes in the store to get their car fixed and for some reason their cars fuse box, I was told that my car wouldn't run without a fuel pump which would cost me over $500 for the part and labor, they showed me my car not running and I told them I didn't have the money. Not even a week goes by I finally find a mechanic and I have a part which I got for a little over $100 the car ran perfectly fine the mechanic didn't need to do anything to it, he told me what most likely happened was that they took out a few so my car wouldn't run. I mean I get it they get paid on commission, but that's dishonest work and I cannot stand that. Aside from that the receptionist guy was actually really nice I've talked to him quite a few times, but the work that's this honest and I cannot stand that. And I don't want anyone to read this review and think that this mechanic shop is the only shop that does that there are a lot that do that quite a lot, but now that I've caught them in the act I like to warn others to check their fuse boxes if their car is not starting

This is my go-to service spot for my car - they're usually able to get me scheduled and get the work done on my car without issue, and they make sure to contact me before doing any extra work that wasn't anticipated. They're also careful to explain what kind of problems I may have if I choose not to get something fixed. The prices are reasonable from my perspective, too!

Best shop ever! Stopped at Monro on a road trip from Boston after noticing my car was leaking oil. I had just had an oil change two days prior. Thankfully, it was just the plug that was loose. The tightened it, topped off my oil and sent me on my way. Free of change and in under 15 minutes! Super friendly staff and nice waiting area!

The people over here are really top notch.Very honest and helpful mechanics, if they can't fix your problem, they will point you in the right direction, toward someone who can. I've had such good experiences with them, I go there before I go to my dealership to verify the problems.Going into any place informed by a pro is a great tool, that is why I would refer this Monro Muffler to anyone.

Had a fantastic experience at Monro Auto Service. We were at the beginning of a long road trip and we had a tire issue. They were great to educate us on plugs vs patches, and then they did a tire patch for us. They set us up for success on our road trip and they were fast and friendly. Thanks! Highly recommend!

James and his team were terrific over the weekend. Brought my Explorer in with metal on metal brake pad that developed while driving up from Philadelphia. They were able to get the car in, diagnose, give me a call and repair it that afternoon. I added an oil change and tire rotation. Great work guys. Courteous, professional and very accommodating. Thanks Again!

I have had 2 great experiences here. James is great , helpful, and knowledgeable. His inspection guy was great also, can't recall his name but been there numerous years because he wants to take care of his customers. This place is fair and not ready to stick it to you like other places. Go to this Leroy Monroe muffler and not Geneseo one. 6 star rating.

I ve taken my 2012 Chevy traverse there and have had no issues. All the guys at the shop are so friendly and helpful. The prices aren t bad. They work fast to get you out of there and explain each detail every step of the way!

Always quick and friendly service there when I go to get my oil change. My check engine light was on, had a repair that needed to be done with an oil change. They told me in a hour they would be finished. They were done within a hour. The guys do a great job at Monro Muffler in Leroy!!

I wasn t happy that the technicians did not put paper mats on my carpet and got grease in my light grey carpet. This is the second time this has happened and this time i addressed the problem to the tech. He said he was sorry but the paper mats are on back order. Sorry doesn t clean my carpet.

I came in for a flat tire and the whole experience was fabulous. All the guys were nice especially Ken and Steven. I had an appointment and they took my car right on time. I would highly recommend coming to see them for all your car service needs!!!!

Came in from out of town noticed my inspection was up. Stopped at 6 places before and no one could take me. Shop manager Kenneth Ellsworth took me right away to get it done! He was very nice and accommodating to all who stopped while I was there! Would recommend to anyone. Thanks Kenneth!!

James the store manager always goes out of his way to ensure that Customers get taken care of quickly and professionally! Very hardworking team who you can trust! I have many Monro locations near me but I always choose Leroy Monro!!! Always a great experience!

I am a frequent customer at Monroe Muffler in Le Roy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I feel like they are giving an honest opinion. You will not be led astray! I highly recommend this business for your car service needs!

Jim and his crew are truly the best. They will get the job done, nothing too small or too big. Whether it's something minor like an oil change or something major, they will give you the best deal. They are extremely knowledgeable and will always go the extra mile for you. I would recommend them to anybody. A++++

Just got my vehicle inspected here for the first time. Staff was very friendly and helpful with answering any questions I had and I had noticed the same quality customer service towards everyone who was in the waiting room. Had my vehicle in and out within minutes. I would highly reccomend going here for your automotive services.

Great service every time. Would not go any one els.That was a year ago, when james was manager.Now were dealing with Garry.. untrustworthy, likes to double charge.tells people there are no appointments for small charge items like flat repair.had to dispute charges through bank of Castile. They were granted, and we were told by bank manager we weren't the only one there for the same complaints.

I always get great service at this location. They're always flexible and can get me right in. They always take the extra time to explain/show me exactly what's wrong with my car. The guys are always super friendly and very helpful to me.

Been coming here for 7 years. These guys go above and beyond to make the experience as easy as can be (maintenance), and as helpful as can be (dreaded fixes). Ken is a pro and the customer service just gets better.
