Amazing customer service. Made a late night inquire on a Surron Light Bee X, was followed up within minutes with the info I requested. Business stayed open for me 2hours after close to facilitate the sale of the bike as I expressed my excitement to pick it up in time to ride for the weekend. Would Highly recommend going to them for any powersport needs, has a large selection of Surron's as well. Definitely will return for my future powersports needs

Wilmer was amazing! I went in for a bike I saw on his site, and an hour later I was taking it home. There was no pressure or trying to upsell at all, he was just very friendly, helpful and informative. Not only did he answer any question without talking down or making me feel stupid, but he even helped me load it up and get it ready for the ride home. The experience from start to finish was outstanding and I will definitely be heading back that way with anything I need.

If you ever tried to do business with the previous management then you are in for a treat. The new management is personable, knowledgeable and actually friendly. I stopped there because they offered on-line appointments for inspections. I was so impressed with Wilmer that I came back the same day and ordered new tires for my 08 BMW. New tires arrived the next day and the mounting was flawless. While their focus is dirt bikes they are willing to work on anything. I plan on continuing to do business with 7S in the future.

7S PowerSports is always ready to fix my motorcycle. While everyplace in Rochester has a wait list weeks to months long, 7S is much quicker. They are reliable, courteous , and knowledgeable.

Under new ownership so I gave them another chance. The shop is much cleaner and more organized than before. They did the work I needed faster than expected and were very professional. I would not hesitate to go back and give them more business.

Just discovered them at the recommendation of a friend. They offered to do a same-day motorcycle inspection, which was awesome, and also got some new tires ordered for my ride. First impressions are really good!

Had step rails put on my 2012 Dodge pickup. They gave me a timely appointment to install them. To make along story short. There were supposed to be factory drilled holes that were not there .They took the time to show me instructions and years that that should have them. So installation took extra time that didn't charge me for. The staff was great and would go there again. Thanks to all at 7s.

I had I shopped around at different powersports stores ultimately I ended up at 7S power sports where they had the best prices the greatest customer service and the best overall shopping experience hands down I would definitely recommend 7S powersports And I will proudy continue to give them business for all my motorsports needs

Needed a new chain for my street bike. The woman at the counter helped us out very fast. One of the techs came from the back and helped explain how to install the new one.PS they have candy at the counter

I called twice. First I tried run starting the 4 stroke 125cc and kick-starting but it was different than last bike I rode (2 stroke). They helped get it started over the phone. Later on, the brake bolt fell off. I was kinda annoyed and they still had patience to talk me through it. Thanks for the help! Alot of miles on the bike already

Very professional and knowledgeable when it comes to diagnosing and tuning. Ron has been on the racing scene since forever and does trackside support for riders both amateur and pro.

Seems have a fairly good selection of used apparel..sxs are all the lesser brands which is fine if thats what your in market for..not a whole lot of selection. Just stopped to see what they had.
