Great service from the start! Razin and Herman patiently explained what I needed to get my car back on the road. They also went through my options and offered good pricing including rebates. The service was quick and thorough. I would definitely recommend coming to this Mavis.

Ended up getting a flat on the way back from JFK, drove to Mavis they gave me a good deal on a tire, so I just decided to replace all 4 at the same time. Also needed new brakes & rotors & Herman was able to give me good price on that as well

The reason why I gave 5 stars is because of Moe! During the process of changing my tire, Moe was super nice and absolutely very helpful. He really contributes and makes up for the atmosphere here at Mavis Discount Tire. I wanna say thank you again Moe!

My service was amazing the guy at the front Prinson was so helpful and patient with me. He took the time out to really explain the problems I was having with my car and answered all my questions and I left feeling more comfortable and knowledgeable with my car, if I could give him 10 stars I would! Great service over all highly recommend.

The managers at this Mavis location are probably the most honest and helpful I ve been to. These guys are awesome!! They always take care of all my car needs and they actually listen to what issues I m having instead of cutting me off trying to sell me stuff I don t need. They actually take you into the shop and show you the issue and explain how things work so you can understand and then make a decision. They don t pressure you and make you feel comfortable. Also the biggest thing about these guys is that they don t surprise you with hidden prices. I ll always come back here.

The service here is one of the best! Mo is the one that always helps me when I need it. The prices for tires & installation is a good deal compared to other businesses. All of the workers are kind & very knowledgeable. I refer everyone that I know to here because the service is always great. Glad to do business with you guys!!

Great Experience! Victor Prinson & Razim really were a great help. They did not only do my oil change but informed me on the importance of getting one done lol. Made me feel very comfortable to ask questions. I will definitely be back !! 10/10

Awesome place to get wheels and tires and any other kinds of service. Recently got and alignment done to my bmw 528i and now my car is running extremely smooth. Manager Jameel took good care of me and my care made sure my car had no problems. His expertise and friendly approach made this place my go to service center and all wheel related things. Highly recommend to others

I took my IS500 to install new tires. It was a great experience, both managers were very courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. All staff/workers were very efficient and professional. Facility was clean with lot of comfortable seating. Overall will highly recommend for tire or any other automotive needs.

$98 for a oil change? They did a brake check and tires check. You all doing to much I dint asked for all that . Next time ask if I want any other services besides oil change . What happened if I dint have $98 on me to pay them. They used to give you a receipt where they brake everything down. I don t even know how much was for the extra service and labor.

Jameel and Mo are amazing. I bought 4 new tires for my m5 comp and these guys did amazing work installing the tires and doing the alignment. I ve also bought my other cars here for routine maintenance like brakes and suspension and these guys always take care of me.

Brought in my Tesla Model Y. I was quoted $500 for a new tire by Tesla. And my insurance wanted to tow it. These guys had me in and out in under 20min. Recommended

Jameel and moh are the best. Had me in and out in a very reasonable time at a very reasonable price. I bring all my vehicles here and these guys have never let me down. Always very respectful and friendly and always willing to help and take care of their customers. Definitely consider this Mavis location because they ll go out of their way to help you out. I had my first experience with Mavis on Rockaway Turnpike in Lawrence today and they were absolutely fantastic. The prices were great, the service was great, plus the staff were friendly and extremely accommodating. They did great work and have me in & out in a very timely fashion. I would highly recommend patronizing this establishment and I will most certainly be back. Thank you!

Hozaifa and Moh are honest and very trustworthy. As a woman a lot of mechanics sometimes try to take advantage but these two gentlemen told me and actually showed me exactly what I needed, how it works, and why I needed those specific things.It was my first time at this Mavis and I won t be going anywhere else from now on.

Ripped me off to do a plug on a tire. I have a repair shop large delivery fleet.All they did was plug the tire and. Made me take it off! smhThe manager there I think his name is prison. He says he is the fleet manager. He has never dealt with a fleet ..could barely jack up the light duty sprinter van with a floor jack. ITS A TIRE SHOP I would hope they can lift vehicles up. than I get the bill they charged me for balancing the tire, Tpms check. and oil changeI didn t get any of that.All they did was plug a tire that I took off the vehicle and give me 1 ct of brake fluid. Again I put in myself.STAY AWAY. CROOKS. THIEFS. LIARS.and they probably wonder why the shop is empty always. Shop absolutely filled with mechanics all doing nothing. I wonder why.
