Came in today to get my tints done. Guy took his time to service my car professionally and with care. Great people inside this shop. Definitely a recommendation. They make sure that they take care of you with delicacy.

A true hidden gem in Far Rockaway. Upon arrival we were greeted with a friendly face and a warm smile. The professionalism and expertise that my family and I received from Pauley and the staff was beyond my expectations. I appreciated the service that the fellas provided. I had an absolutely outstanding experience with Audio Plug, and especially with Paul, who handled my service request. I had a remote system installed on my vehicle, and from start to finish, Paul explained the process, walked me through the options, and kept me up to date on the progress once I had made my decision. He was extremely respectful of both me and my time, and really went above and beyond to ensure my complete satisfaction. I heartily recommend Audio Plug, and suggest you ask for Paul.

I had hyper flashing due to led tail lights. I had resisters installed along with hard wiring of a dash cam and wiring done for led strips in my fog lights. Very friendly and professional. Pricing was fair and honest. I got to see all the work first hand I ll be coming back.

A friend recommended Audio Plug to have my windows tinted, I arrived and immediately was serviced. The staff was very professional and the young man who did my tints worked fast and did an amazing job with my windows overall amazing service

My boyfriend came to this business 3 times to do his tints. The first 2 times was bad experience due to the color coming off the tint. The 3rd time he went to do a different color. All 3 times they cut around the registration and inspection sticker very carelessly. This time it was worse then the last time. They also have a nasty attitude. So disappointed, we could have been loyal customers.

The absolute worst experience. Had a screen and remote start installed. Was told it would take 6 hours. It took two days. When I arrived the guy wanted 400$ more then the set price, for work that took him 1.5 days extra then expected. The next morning the screen fell into the hood of the car. The remote start doesn t work and the backup camera flickers on and off. I got completely scammed! Would definitely not recommend.

A friend recommended me to get tints here and it was very well worth it. Pauley, who helped booked my appointment and helped walked me through the tint process was fantastic and made my choice of tints easier. The final product was amazing, without a single air bubble.

I needed my Axel, control arms & four other parts fixed which Paul helped me with & even though it was a struggle for me to get all of the right parts he helped me with everything including their 24/7 tow truck service, I got lucky. He was very patient and kept me updated the whole time. Very reasonable pricing & very professional. Audio plug highly recommended can t wait to do more business

Came back after having subwoofers and amplifier installed after the amplifier wasn't receiving power. I was told I needed a new amplifier, instead of checking the power source smh, and they won't make an appointment to correct the problem. I definitely recommend doing your research and going somewhere that has good reviews and years of good reputation.

I came in to get my backup camera I had installed myself get checked out after it stopped working. Brown from de islands helped me, he's the nicest guy and very knowledgeable too. He wasn't even going to charge me. Very recommended for all your electrical needs.

DO NOT GET YOUR CAR TINTED HERE See my attached pictures. There small bubbles all around the back windshield. I took my car back to the shop two weeks after installation and the tint guy's explanation was that dust got in between the glass and the film while installing, something I have to live with it. Learn from my experience and GO ELSEWHERE.PS This guy had such a bad attitude, what kind of work ethics is this.

I heard about auto plug from a very close friend of mine, he was saying they did an amazing job on his car, they were so friendly, very attentive and they made him feel like family. Well I decided to give them a visit and I ended up buying are car from them that I m so in love with. Their customer service was just amazing. Not that great of a job. They do predominantly led work bc it s simply a plug and play system. Pretty pricey. They working on my headlights and they didn t readjust it afterwards and my lights were aiming at my bumper. Basic things that these young guys don t know. 3 stars bc I was able to fix the job myself and and they sold me the product but they pricey.
