Had a motor issue I caused by trying to do it myself. Not only did Mike drive to me to see if he could fix it in my driveway but when it was evident that wasn t going to work he got it right in once it got towed there. Throughout the process which we decided to refresh the motor by replacing old parts he kept me informed of any issue or any work being done. I m shade tree at best but he treated me with a huge amount of respect by letting me know each step. He got my old 7.3 back driving again, I own a few diesel trucks and if they need work I always call him.

Was camping nearby this summer while my son was playing baseball at Cooperstown and had a problem with my fuel system. A local at the park recommended Hausmann's and they were very friendly and helpful. They took care of my repair quickly for a very reasonable price. So glad we found them. They made our stressful situation a whole lot less stressful. Definitely recommend Hausmann's Diesel Performance!

Jess and Mike are great people and very knowledgeable when it comes to trucks. I have had them do multiple jobs on my tow trucks and they are always top notch. I highly recommend Haussmann Diesel. Always honest and always professional

This is a family business, Mike was incredible after an unplanned breakdown on a trip where a blown injector literally left us stranded. My 6.0 was towed in. I really can't thank them enough my only regret is that I wish I lived in the area so they could work on my truck all the time. Highly recommend trustworthy knowledgeable and extremely reasonable prices. Thank you again!!!

We are from Alberta Canada. we were doing a cross country trip. i was driving a 03 dodge ram 3500 cummins and pulling a toyhauler with our motorcycles aboard. while crossing New York state my fuel pump stopped working and i had to pull into a parking lot. I called everywhere to try and find parts but most people would'nt even talk to me. I called Mike and he we so friendly and willing to help me as he knew i was out of county and stranded. I rode my motorcycle 2 hours in the rain to bring him my old pump to rebuild as he had the parts on hand. it was pouring rain and i was soaked!!! he was not not happy with me riding back, he got one of the workers to drive me to assure i made it safely. which i did as well as his guy helped me fix the truck get the truck running. We went back to Mike and Jess's and parked the truck and trailer by the shop and he let us plug in. it was great to know we could have a good rest after the whole nightmare. The next day Mike did a few things on my truck to assure the rest of my trip would a safe one. Our family can not say enough great things of Mike and Jess and the outstanding service we received as well as a welcoming hand. Its 2 years ago and Back here in Alberta im still pointing to mike for help and advise all the way to New York state. If you have any mechanical needs Hausmann's is the only place in New York state i would use. Great People, Great Price,Great quality work.Services: Engine repair, Brakes, Oil change

Found myself in mechanical trouble way off the beaten path and 963 miles from home. Within a few hours of getting my truck Mike and his team had me up and running. Great bunch of guys with a vast knowledge of diesel trucks. After receiving my bill which was less than half what I anticipated, I was thankful for finding a shop that didn t take advantage of a traveler in need. Thanks Mike...

Mike and his team are awesome. Being new to the diesel world I had many questions, Mike was so knowledgeable on my duramax. In 5 mins of a test drive he was able to assess and diagnosed the problem where other repair shop had failed.

Absolutely wonderful people, and very knowledgeable. They helped me out and got me a quote for the work needed on a vehicle I bought from a used dealership that scammed me. Definitely the best diesel mechanic I've spoken to around here and very kind people!

Always makes time for us and fits us in for the random fixes on one of our trucks. Has tuned and modified our truck. Amazing performance and clean work. Friendly and professional. Always does quality work. A little off the beaten path in terms of location but worth the back road ride.

Talked to him on the phone about a 13 ram trans conversion from 68rfe to a g56. Really know his stuff and doesn't seem afraid to tackle anything told me what will be needed and now I'm getting parts for the swap. Hands down the best shop iv talked to about this. Mentioned this to other shops that say its not worth it and wouldn't hear me out when he did.

Michael Hausmanns diesel service is phenomenal! 2 o'clock appointment. He started EXACTLY at 2! Very knowledgeable and VERY efficient! His rates are more than reasonable! I highly recommend Hausmann Diesel! My Duramax has found a new Doctor!

Fantastic service! Literally talked me through a 6.0 diesels issue that was keeping my business from moving forward in a bind. If I could give 30 stars I would. I highly recommend this place for the best experience possible.

I was having a problem with tuning my truck and I m not close to these guys so I couldn t drive there with the problems the truck was having. I was desperate and called the best shop I could find. Jess answered the phone and walked me through step by step (WITH A TUNER SHE HAS NEVER USED) the truck runs better than it ever has and I can t thank these guys enough. Couldn t ask for better knowledge or service.
