Well I didn t check the ratings before but wasn t surprised when I saw the high ratings. The dealership was pleasant with the greetings. I got introduced to Tom Salamida as the sales person. Tom s style was wonderful no pitches just info and insight. I did end up agreeing to a vehicle. I also met Alexandra, business manager who was again thoughtful in her discussion. One thing of note was that I had asked for a test drive appointment but didn t get a confirmation. The walk-in experience was good enough in my case.Now comes the hard part but Look forward to the start of this relationship.

The customer service is impeccable, my vehicle was there for a while and they were very patient with me. Never rushed me out the door when they could ve charged extra for the delay. Thank you to the service team & Christina! My onlyConcern is i purchased two rims and was never offered a warranty which would ve saved me a lotOf money but now i know for the future

I had booked an appointement for our Sprinter-based motorhome before we embark on our one-year trip across the Americas. We had some recalls and maintenance work to be done and many thanks to Keeler for their amazing work done on July 5. There was a lot to be done within a day and they have put on some overtime to complete the alignment so we can continue our journey safely. Staff is very professional and courteous. Difficult these days to get great service but Keeler bat it out of the park!

I ve been here many times for commercial service (and have bought a sprinter here).Bill in the Sprinter service dept is always great to deal with and really cares about the customer!First time bringing in a passenger vehicle,Chris Adams and the entire service team were very helpful and accommodating!I have no hesitation in giving them my highest recommendation. My husband and I purchased a car from the Mercedes-Benz Center at Keeler over a year ago and we will be lifetime customers. The car is beautiful but even more impressive is the service department (Chris Adams and his team), the sales department and everyone else - even the woman who booked our service appointment and then rescheduled it for us per my request- have all been incredibly kind, accommodating, supportive and professional. I dealt with Pete in sales, he promptly greeted me. I was there just for service on my wife s BMW next door, but came in to check the EQE. Long story short he turned me in to a buyer with a great deal, and fast service. I was able to chose a vehicle, step out and work the deal on my phone. Once we had a deal I came back and was in and out with in 35 mins. Probably the fastest dealI ever worked

I would like to share a stellar review of Mercedes Benz in Albany: I live in Western Massachusetts and happened to be in Albany visiting a friend when my car caused some trouble and had to bring it into the dealership. They took me in immediately without an appointment, and solved my problem promptly, efficiently, competently. Special mention to Matt, in Service. My favorite kind of people: people who know what they re doing.

I leased a GLB for 3 years. I maintained the car and kept car clean. No accidents whatsoever. However, I had to bring it back to the dealer for transmission, radiator, 4matic issues FIVE times. For 4 of the times, I went without a car for upto 10 days - No loaner was ever provided or offered. I was provided with a loaner car the first time I came to service the car, maybe because it was within the first few months of my lease.When it came time to return lease I was charged $1500. I went over 600 miles which I accept and will pay the charge. I was charged for a missing key?? I handed both keys to the dealer which was acknowledged. I was charged "wheels broken". I have no idea what this was. I was never informed of this when they had a third party come and inspect vehicle. I put on brand new tires before returning lease. I am getting calls from them to get into a new Mercedes. With my experience, this will not be happening.I will not be returning to the dealer again.

Came down to purchase a sprinter with my father and we were told they could not finish that day to come back another time . So we said we d be back the next day and the manager/salesman told us that he d been working all week that he was tired so we made an appointment to pick it up on Saturday 2 days later, we showed up today 3 hours of driving later and we were told that it was sold I would never return here even if I was paid too very sad for such a high class dealership too not even bother calling us too notify it was sold BIG RED FLAG !!

Dishonest, unethical, and don t stand behind the vehicles they sell. Recently took our 2018 Mercedes GLS450 to them for service for an issue with the air suspension system which malfunctioned maybe 1/3 the time we started the car. They diagnosed the issue and gave my wife a $1900 estimate to repair the car. They performed the repair but we immediately noticed the car s behavior had not changed. The system was still failing at the same rate. We brought it back and we re told we need to spend another $1300 to repair the car. I questioned this and the service rep tried to explain to me that he told my wife before the first repair that the $1900 repair might not fix the car. My wife absolutely denies he said this. I expressed that even if that were true I don t appreciate the throw spaghetti at the wall approach to fixing our car where each attempt costs me thousands of dollars. I expressed that in this day and age with certified technicians I find it ridiculous they can t determine root cause. He tried to explain that these systems are complicated, can t easily be diagnosed and many times they have to try repairs in succession to find the broken part; a notion I found ridiculous at the time and still do. This made me feel instantly that they were trying to extract maximum dollars from us something I find highly unethical. I also asked why they started with the most expensive repair first, a question he did not answer. I have now spoken to other mechanics that have confirmed they absolutely can take diagnostic steps and determine exactly which part of the air suspension system is causing our issue. I told them I wanted my money refunded and asked how they would return my car to its original state. After much negotiation they reluctantly agreed to refund our money. They said that (a week later) they still had my original compressor. Something that shocked me but was glad to hear. They offered to put my original compressor back in and I agreed. Picked up the car but found the car s compressor now makes this horrible noise and doesn t work at all where before it worked 2/3 the time. The mechanic I am now working with says it s highly unlikely they still had my old compressor and most likely threw in another faulty compressor that came in from another car repair that week. The new mechanic believes strongly the compressor was not faulty to begin with based on the car s age and symptoms I was describing and it is highly probable that the culprit is a leak in the system caused by a faulty valve that didn t always trip to cause compression to the rear tires. This was supported by the fact that the car s behavior was unchanged after the first repair. Basically they replaced a perfectly good compressor unnecessaril even though it was the least likely culprit but most expensive repair. Now my car is worse than when I originally brought it in as the compressor they did put back in my car makes this horrible noise, which it never made before, and is broken 100%. I am now looking at replacing multiple parts. I am going to call Keeler and give them one more chance to make this right and will update this post when it s all said and done.Lastly I want to add that this is a certified pre-owned Mercedes that they sold us and is less than 6-years old and has less than $70k miles on it. Research shows that the compressor should last 8-10-years and/or $120k miles AT LEAST. I am still shocked they would not stand behind the car they sold and treated us as badly as they did. I felt strongly from my first interaction they were trying to extract as many dollars from us as possible. My initial instincts have been proven correct as I have learned that they absolutely could have diagnosed the problem from go to the single faulty part.

The GM, connolly, is RUDE and condescending and not fit to manage a traffic jam. I did however have an encounter with the manager of (actual mechanic) service, who was very professional. If you are a woman and you need a car Please see ERIKA FERRACANE, she is professional and caring. Matt Pagani is usually professional. Dan R promised my car would be fixed correctly but as it is I m on my third visit for same problem, which is then labeled with it was another problem . In a 10 month old car, Not his fault of course, but a Mercedes that was built with faults.Ut oh $$$$ for problems. Not good.

I have been doing business with KeelerMercedes for a number of years. Needless to say I just leased my 6th Mercedes from Keeler.I would be remiss if I did not comment on what a great salesman they have in Dominique Cadet. This is the 3rd vehicle that he assisted me in the sale. I found him to be very personable, knowledgeable of the product and above all his honesty. Keeler is very fortunate to have him on their team. Michael Severino Went above and beyond to help me with my Mercedes. My vehicle was overheating and I was spending tons of cash on rentals to not risk causing damage to my engine. Mike was able to help me with a loaner and pinpoint the cause of my concern! I should have went here first I spent countless hours and dollars at other repair facilities and the problem persisted.. THEY MADE MAGIC HAPPEN!! If you want the job done the right GO TO KEELER!!! It cost a little extra but the work is done the right way and it s warrantied.. You cant put a price on peace of mind and if your car is important to you its worth having experts do it instead of some Joe Shmoe.. go to Keeler Mercedes and get it done the right way!!!!

Dealing with Rod has been phenomenal!! Rod is very responsive and answered every question I had about the vehicle. Rod even gave me his personal cellphone number so we could instantly message each-other, he was very knowledgeable about the car and the previous owners of the vehicle !!The particular vehicle had an accident on the CarFax and Rod tracked down the invoice at the Body Shop to prove it was simply a paint-less dent repair . When purchasing a car I Highly recommend Rod!!

I m impressed. It was the first time I had been at a Mercedes-Benz Service location. I bought a used MB that was slightly taken care of, but heavily neglected in maintenance. It s gonna cost me a pretty penny to make this car what I want it to be. The guys at Keeler were very honest in letting me know about some previous work done on the car from another state and owner (no names were mentioned) and give me options on some over due maintenance needed in the car which I was very willing to get done. I was prepared to walk away with only paying $700 until I realized I also wanted new lug nuts which were in stock and I got at a fair price and without hassle. In my car model all of the cars I ve seen have rusty lug nuts. Other places I had gone to gave me the run-around over lug nuts...Keeler MB did not. Keeler MB said we can add the lug nuts to your current ticket and they did. I like this place. I ll be back for more work on the car. I also like that they wash your car after they do work on it. The feeling of coming back to a clean car makes you feel special.I m only giving Keeler MB 4 stars because I expected to see muffins or some type of real food in the the lounge. The lounge chairs are comfortable and there is a TV in there.One last thing please check out the coffee maker if you re there. This machine is like a personal barista, I got a cappuccino, a latte, and coffee all simply amazing.

I just bought my first car, a 2019 Toyota Rav4 from Dominique Cadet at Keeler, and it was a great experience! I love the car, it was a great deal for the current market, and Dom is hands-down the most knowledgeable, savvy and kindhearted car salesperson I've ever encountered. I joke he is a car whisperer because he has such a great intuitive sense about it. He found a car that fit my needs perfectly and set everything up for me so it was very straightforward. I'm very thankful for Peter Connolly, I was experiencing some difficulty with my service and warranty. Sorry I had to jump through many hoops, but in the end, Mr. Connolly was kind and understanding. The Mercedes-Benz dealership at Keeler Motor is extremely customer oriented. We have found their service department to be very responsive, both when the car is brought in for service, or at times, when we've had to call with various questions. We've had an absolutely wonderful experience with the salesman who has already worked with us on our purchase of 3 different vehicles over the years. He not only has been responsive during the initial purchase periods, but has maintained contact with us over the years, and offered various forms of help and assistance, that have gone above and beyond the call of duty. His name is Casper, and in all our years of purchasing vehicles, we have never encountered such a person who works with you throughout your ownership of a vehicle. Our kudos to the staff at this dealership!

This is my wife's and myself second Mercedes 300 Series purchase at Keeler Mercedes. Our sales representative Paul Martell is very professional and enthusiastic in helping my wife and myself make our decision. Paul professional demeanor, his knowledge of the automobile and especially noteworthy attention to the details of the vehicle is so greatly appreciated. Paul always treats us like family and so friendly and considerate. Paul goes above and beyond to make sure that all our needs are met, and that we are fully satisfied with the purchase. We have to take a moment to give a huge shout-out to Bill and his team in the Sprinter Department at Keeler Motor Car Company.During our trip through New England this weekend, some road debris damaged the underside of our van and my dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree with warning lights.We were able to finish delivering the last couple of dogs and end our trip in Albany, where we waited until this morning, to try and get it looked at.We showed up at the dealership at 9am, hoping they would be able to look at it. I was expecting the worst, entailing a multi day stay and multi-$K cost.I cannot describe how surprised, thrilled and impressed I was when they were able to diagnose the problem within an hour of us getting there, and most importantly THEY FIXED IT BY noon and also took care of a couple of recall issues and put in a new fuel filter.To say I m impressed and grateful would be an understatement.Everyone there was incredibly kind, friendly and helpful.Thank you from the bottom of my heart for getting us back on the road so quickly and kindly - AJC RESCUE & TRANSPORT TEAM

Bought a new car. The process was seamless. From Matt Pagani in Service to Dominique in Sales. These are the most professional, knowledgeable and courteous people Ive met, seriously!. Ive been bringing my C-300 here for servicing for years and finally traded it in for a new car. Matt & Dom made it easy for me, zero pressure. Kudos to you both and to Peter Connolly for setting the standard. Great experience!
