Oh where do I start. This dealership and all its associates go ABOVE AND BEYOND to truly make this the best experience possible! As a first time new car buyer, I was having some issues and THEY made it possible. I honestly would have made this my first stop if I had known beforehand how amazing this place is. Honestly Nemer is who they are because of the hard working people there. I can t express my gratitude enough, they are TRUE lifesavers. I was in for service for my vehicle last Saturday and decided to look around while I was waiting. I wasn t in the market for a new vehicle but a beautiful vehicle caught my eye in the showroom. Keith Scianna from financing approached me and gave me all the details on the car then introduced me to salesman Fred Maser. It was an exceptional experience working with Brad , Fred , and Keith. These guys deserve more than 5 star. They get a 10/10 from me! They went above and beyond to make me happy and they did . Great job guys!!

I had the best experience with the Nemer group. Their customer service was spectacular during every step of the process. Someone was checking in after every visit to ensure I received a great experience or asked what could be done to improve. I specifically worked with Archie, who was fantastic! He was super relaxed, helpful, transparent, answered all my questions thoughtfully. He was very informative about pricing/inventory for leases specifically. He even showed me features on my old car (from a different vw dealer) I had no idea even existed. From start to finish I was so impressed. Especially if you are a returning vw customer, they will take care of you!! We got it done in a snap. Thanks Archie & Nemer!

I recently purchased an Atlas from Archie and I can honestly say it s been my best experience yet. He took the time to explain every detail, met my budget exactly and was extremely patient during this process as it wasn t a clear path forward right away. He is a professional first, but also very personable as he made this experience pleasant and stress free! I purchased a CPO GTI from Nemer VW last week. Firstly, I'd like to mention that I'm an out-of-state customer looking for a specific model and trim. After finding it online via the VW CPO website, I was immediately contacted by representatives from Nemer VW.I want to give a special shoutout to Manny, who was amazing to work with. He was very responsive to all my messages and questions. We were able to agree on a price, and I was pleasantly surprised with their transparent pricing & no hidden markups.Despite the 5-hour drive in total to complete the paperwork and see the car in person, this has been my best car shopping experience to date. Manny is a true professional, and I wouldn't hesitate to do business with Nemer VW again in the future.

Warm greeting. No surprises. No delays. Attentive to my needs. Detailed explanation of work performed. Recommendations made for next year's service. As in all my previous year's annual services, I can easily see how well trained their personnel are and how they are all pulling in the same direction - customer focus seems to be everywhere, even a friendly greeting by their General Manager! This staff makes you feel like they actually value you as their customer, which is a nice feeling. My wife and I trust Nemer to take care of our valued Passat.

Thank you to the wonderful team at Nemer. They had exactly the used vehicle I wanted, but I live 3 hours away in Vermont. On Friday, Manny (my salesperson) communicated with me throughout the day, prompting me for information and answering questions I had. By day's end, he assured me that everything would be ready in the morning, when I was to drive down to complete the deal. I arrived at 9:15 the next day, took the vehicle for a drive, completed the paperwork, and was back on the road by 11:00. They even gave me a VW t-shirt for my daughter, after I mentioned that she drives a Jetta. I would absolutely recommend buying from this dealership; it was the best car-buying experience I've ever had. Five strong stars.

Many Maliq was super helpful in the process of buying a car, and was super patient and helpful in navigating the entire process. The service department is also incredible and honest. I have never felt like I have been upsold on something I didn't need.

If I could give negative stars, I would. The engine on my GLI blew because of some shoddy oil changes by Goodyear. Brought it to nemer to get it diagnosed and fixed. Four months later(only partially their fault) they "fixed" it and gave it back. Before accepting, I noticed they hadn't put a hose clamp where there needed to be a hose clamp. The mechanic said he had broken it when removing it and they didn't have another one. That is completely unacceptable. If you break a part, you need to put a new one on, not give back an incomplete car without even telling the customer. Went across the street to home Depot to get one (they wouldn't reimburse for the part they broke and returned an incomplete vehicle to me claiming it was 100%). Upon driving it home, I found the clutch wasn't working properly. I called another mechanic who said if the engine fails in the exact manner mine did, then the clutch is also fried. Now, Nemer did tell me I needed a new clutch, but rescinded that when I told them I had just gotten an after market clutch put in a few months prior. I am not a mechanic, I am not a Volkswagen dealer. Not only did they give back a car they hadn't even completed, they let me drive away on a vehicle they knew was unsafe and not fixed properly. Nemer misdiagnosed my vehicle and then tried to hide that fact when they gave me back a broken car for which they just got paid $17,000. They should be ashamed and embarrassed for putting not only myself, but my three year old in danger.

We returned to Nemer for our second car because Archie is fantastic to work with! He has a relaxing/calm demeanor, and always explains things clearly. We never felt pushed or rushed. It s refreshing to work with someone who is both genuine and good at what he does. Highly recommend reaching out to Archie next time you re looking for a car!

too much to type but my car still has chemical ordor, after weeks of leaving windows and roof open, at least the $300 detailing was able to clean the mess made on everything (I'd upload pictures if I could). What I don't understand is why the body shop would have set off a second fogger, instead of giving me the product name so I could get a list of chemicals involved all I was told was that it was "plant based". Also, I guess I shouldn't be surprised that sales never got back to me regarding a trade in after I test drove a Tiguan, that was a first.

Great selection of new & used cars. Had exactly what we were shopping for. Great young salesman helped us through the process (Mr Samuels). Went from test drive to owning in 2 days time!! Would recommend without hesitation. My only "negative" would be that not all of the transaction was handled as closely as it should have been- a couple of paperwork issues remained, and a couple of "certified pre-owned inspected" issues had been overlooked. (as we went to leave there was a low battery warning for a key fob, and we discovered a bulge in a sidewall of a tire that was missed!) Over all- super pleased with our "new to us" vehicle...and the process as a whole.

They were the absolute WORST dealership I have ever worked with. I ve purchased a new vehicle once a year for the last 5 years in a row and I have never been treated so poorly as I was at Nemer. My sales person Donte G has been terrible at follow through resolving issues I ve had since the time of purchase-issues that shouldn t have occurred in the first place. My second key was misplaced when I purchased the vehicle in October 2023. I followed up several times regarding the key, it is now March 2024 with still no key. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle I had also referred a friend who purchased a vehicle through him and was promised (as advertised) I would receive a $300 referral. Still nowhere to be found. At this point after months of leaving messages, texting, trying to get in touch the dealership won t even contact me back. The sales manager was also extremely rude at the time of purchase when I declined purchasing an extended warranty through them. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT NEMER.

We purchased our first 2018 Atlas from Nemer years ago, decided to try out a different car brand and are now back with a 2024 Atlas from Nemer. Absolutely thrilled again with sales & service at Nemer and options that Volkswagen has. Swavek was patient and incredibly helpful. Quick process too!

From the moment we walked in till the moment we drove out was very professional, very helpful very good communication. They helped my daughter walk out of there with a car, this will help her build her credit plus driving a safe car now. Finance manager was very helpful also got us a great APR rate, explained everything in detail. If you need a car, want the process to go smooth, without feeling more stressed than you should buying a car ..THEN GO SEE NEMER VOLKSWAGEN run don t walk you won t be sorry .just my opinion but go see for urself

Nemer in Latham was great to deal with! I was looking at 2 specific cars and Mike M was very helpful and thorough. I ended up buying a Certified Pre-Owned Tiguan and he made the process very easy! Will definitely recommend the dealership to family & friends in the market for a new car.

This is our first time buying a VW car. Me and my family are mostly a Toyota or Honda fan. But my daughter found Nemer VW and met Archie and fell in love with the car. Not only it s a gorgeous car, it s also has a lot of safety features that s good for a college student. And not only that, it fits perfect on our budget. Archie and the rest of the staff accommodates our needs and they went above and beyond. Thank you Archie. I ll be calling you when I need a new car. Keep up with the great work.

Had a great experience purchasing my new to me 2019 Mazda CX-3, Kristian is a great salesman who didn't try any classic salesman tactics on me, let me come and go at my own pace and was willing to haggle on the price a little bit! Unfortunately though, on the first day of owning it I heard some noises in the wheels but Travis from service got me right in and they got everything all fixed up. There was some more wheel noise going on a couple days later and Travis got me right back in this morning to check it all out and make sure I was good to go. After my last purchase from a different dealership back in early 2020 I wasn't going into this with high hopes but the service at Nemer has been pretty superb so far and exceeded my expectations. Thank you for a smooth transaction and after care!

Very upset that we were scheduled for a 9 am appointment and when we arrived they didn't have the people for our warranty repair. Also we were charged $152 for a simple oil change. I could have two oil changes for that price. Very dissatisfied with scheduling and pricing.

The guys in service are great (even know they can t call me just text lol)i had an issue no one had seen and they sent the video to someone who figured what was going on and they got the part and so far everything is working fine. Your always great we have 2 cars from there

The service staff Justin/Mike at Nemer VW are so incredibly rude it s amazing that these people have jobs. Clearly this goes on all day everyday by reading the reviews Anyway, I thought my car was having an issue stalling when it ending up being hill assist which I did not know was a thing. I brought my car there to get looked at and wanted expert advice, not to feel like I m an idiot and talked down to. Not only that, I went here for my second oil change which was supposed to be covered under the no worry/guaranteed 20,000 maintenance warranty but ended up paying because I thought the first one was free, not the second. I only realized that I wasn t supposed to pay several months later. Wouldn t you people know I only have 16,000 miles on my car?? This warranty is right on your website.Also, my brakes began grinding on metal 9,000 miles after Nemer s inspection. They made mention of brakes deteriorating because I would have been covered for the rear brake recall VW sent out. Since then, I paid out of pocket at 25,000 miles for new brakes which is unheard of. I ve contacted corporate and want them to work out a refund. So, if you want to get ripped off, talked down to and argue with the most condescending, arrogant staff you ll ever meet in your life, check out Nemer VW in Latham! They wont disappoint!

Just bought a certified used Atlas from Archie and It was easily the best car buying experience I ve ever had. He gave me a good value on my trade in and was very upfront about everything and there was no smoke and mirrors that I was so used to from buying from a dealership.Archie s knowledge of every car we asked to see was exceptional and he made the experience fun and not stressful. The entire team at Nemer was very polite and helpful.I am extremely happy with our purchase and really blown away by how simple and stress free this buying experience was.

Walked in to get an idea of what they would offer me on a trade in. Wound up walking out with a used 2020 chevy even though my trade in was worth less than I owed on it and I only put $500 down. Noah, Joe and the whole team here are phenomenal and made the process extremely painless.Edit: so it came time for my first oil change, which I was advised at time of purchase that my first two oil changes and my first set of brakes would be included only to set up a service appointment and be told that nothing was included and to take it up with sales. Needless to say I'm quite perturbed after such an accommodating sales experience. Will definitely be going elsewhere for my future car purchases.
